Do not go in if you are in a hurry. I went in and was looking for some house paint. I do not know much about the paint. Just wanted a good paint for the exterior of my house. After about 30 min of waiting to talk to someone. I left with no paint. I still have a house that needs painted. I did not want to do that job anyway.

PEOPLE ARE NICE. NOT VERY HELPFUL AT MATCHING THEIR OWN PAINT WITH LABEL AND ONLY FOUR YEARS OLD. GAVE ME ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES INCLUDING IF I HAD ENOUGH EXPERIENCE PAINTING AND IF I WAS USING THE SAME TYPE OF ROLLER AS THE CONTRACTOR. AFTER TRYING TO MATCH AND SEVERAL TRIPS BACK AND FORTH, I ASKED IF SOMEONE CAN COME TO THE HOUSE AND SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE. NO TAKERS, ALTHOUGH I OFFERED TO DRIVE THEM TO THE HOUSE AND BACK TO THE STORE. FOLKS AT SPECTRUM PAINTS HAVE BEEN TO THE HOUSE TWICE AND ARE WORKING WITH ME CLOSELY TO MATCH THE PAINT.

The paint is great quality, but I come here because the staff is exceptional. We have always gotten the help and advice we need to make every painting project successful.The staff even held an educational event for our scout troop - they were very patient and great with the boys.

Having great difficulty finding the right color of paint.....all the samples turned out a different color than expected. I learned a lot about the color gray from the salesman who was patient and kind and helped me pick out colors that would work.

Bought a can of paint from them seven years earlier but did not tint it at the time. Seven years later, finally ready to paint a room, I brought the can in to be tinted the color we chose. No questions asked, and the paint was still good! Just dont let it freeze or get too hot and its a great product.

I never thought the best customer service I would get, would be at a paint store, but it be like that sometimes. I have to come here a couple times over the last few weeks, and every time they have been helpful, and gone above and beyond what I asked.

The employees all seem to know both the S-W product line and painting technique. I have been a customer of this store for four years and although there seems to be high turnover of personnel, all are knowledgable and cordial.
