Highly recommend this place!! I brought my electric guitar in for a setup-other places had told me it would be 2-3 weeks and $50-$60 and I took it here and I had it back within a few hours and it was less than $30!

The new layout is awesome! Looks great and the man that was at the cash register was very informed and helpful! Showed me some differences in what I was looking at and recommend the right item for me.

I feel somewhat odd writing a review for a music shop when I primarily write about food. That said I do love this place, wether I am here to buy something, rent something or just talk shop the folks behind the counter are always knowledgeable and friendly. Working across the street from Supersonic makes it convenient not only for me but for bands should they forget something, like a pick or need new drum heads.This is the place to go I feel.

We are very fortunate to have two outstanding music stores in Lawrence.Supersonic has a more broad range of products. In addition to guitars, they also have a lot of drums, percussion, keyboards and amplifiers. They also stock a wide range of effects pedals, digital audio accessories and microphones. The only drawback is that the shop is small. If more than a handful of customers are there, it will feel crowded.But thats a small price to pay for an outstanding selection of music related products. Speaking of small price, they also have really good prices. The people working here are friendly and knowledgeable.As a long time musician, I highly recommend this shop.

Super friendly staff. Their cymbal prices are really reasonable, and they do bundle pricing for many manufacturers. Definitely my new go-to drum shop.

Awesome selection, Iv played drums for 23 years, spent an hour trying to deside on which drum I wanted and they where patient and let me try them all. Very knowledgeable and polite. Love this place

The people here are really chill and theyre down to help you find what you need. Theyve got a good selection of various kinds of instruments and accessories, and even though they didnt have the very unique set of guitar strings I needed, theyre still getting 5 stars.

Lawrence store is so cluttered you cant hardly move around in it. The staff is very rude and would rather sit around then help anyone out. Was going to get a guitars that was over $1500 but gave up and had to leave after they didnt help me after I was there for over 20 mins. They were not even busy at the time the employee was just goofy off with what I assume was his buddy. Asked for help he told me he would be with me in a minute the went on about crude things with his friend and after 20 mins I just gave up and went else were. There are to many stores in the area to waste time with these guys.
