As soon as I walked in I was welcomed; they were crazy busy, but it felt good to be acknowledged. Super glad I had made an online reservation, as they were completely booked for the weekend.Anderson helped me check in & was very kind, helpful and personal. I rented a tow behind trailer & Jeff was quick to help connect, check safety /lights and send me on my way with a smile, kind words & a wave! Very confident giving 5 stars, they absolutely exceeded my expectations.

This business has 0 disregards for human life servicing clients without covid mask and on the way out we took the picture of the gas meter was told that it was higher not very responsible at all but customer service was fast and easy...

I needed a trailer to tow my motorcycle. I made a reservation online and came to pick it up and was addressed immediately as soon I walked in.Reason for my review is for Anderson who helped me out with the transaction. This review started off as 1 star and ended in 5 stars. I had trouble with my pickup due to low inventory and they made it right. When I had a problem they listened to me and took some money off my bill without hesitation and were very friendly on the phone. Thank you for helping us with our move everyone at u-haul.

Jeff and Moyce are super helpful. I cant remember when Ive experienced better customer service. The only downside of this location is the size of the lot. There needs to be more room to park and move vehicles. I would definitely recommend this location as long as Jeff is the manager 👍

I found the staff exceptionally and surprisingly polite and professional. Its a busy location, so be prepared to wait a bit, especially on the weekend. If anyone at U-Haul corporates reading this, how about increasing their staffing budget to hire additional workers and give the fellas a raise.

Experience with Uhaul of Lawrence was a great one overall staff including Jeff and Anderson were very professional, friendly attentive, orderly, and helpful. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is for the location. It is in the middle of Lawrence on Broadway and it is a little difficult to navigate the parking lot once you get there. Other than that everything was great and we had a great experience overall

Honestly it was a patience test the WHOLE 45 minutes I was there only waiting to be attended to be registered after Being scheduled to pick up the truck at a certain time. Customer services must improve and more employees should be hired and/or on shifts, two was not enough. When I expressed my concern for the long wait, the response from one of the only two employees working was other people have waited longer as if thats acceptable. Very careless about peoples time and rude. I do not like writing bad review about my city businesses, because people tend to trash Lawrence, MA BUT this one was a must.

I left my belonging in their store and one of the workers saw it and they still can’t give my stuff back And they refuse to check the cameras, when I call can’t reach them.

They have lots of trucks, but a small parking lot so dont assume you can leave your car there or do mobile pick up after hours(trucks are parked in). We couldnt even get into the lot, had to park across the street

Great customer service! Dropped a 4x8 trailer off here & was in & out in 10 minutes. Ill go out of my way to rent from here versus other uhaul locations.

Reserved a truck online days in advance. Came in to pick it up at 8AM as reserved and was told that they moved me to 4:15PM because their system overbooked. And Id have to drop it off the very next day at 10AM.No voice mail, nothing. Entire weekend ruined and not even sure what to do yet

The guy that works there is a true uhaul professional. Just wish the wait time was shorter.

Let me start with the lack of parking. The young man asked me not to park in the lot because it of the limited space! I said, what? Am I supposed to walk here!! So, o will not be going back to that particular truck rental.

The clerk was not very delicate in the treatment. He wanted to buy some tapes and he sent me to leave the area without asking what I wanted. I was more than 7 from the other client and it was really rude.
