Love their vape selection. It’s limited a lot of the time but they stay open 24/7 so I am not complaining at all.

Going in after midnight is always risky. Tonight I went in for cigarettes and when I refused to take off my mask after showing my ID I was called a communist and a “sheeple.” Really? I just wanted cigarettes, not some Qanon nonsense, especially not from a middle aged man in a fedora. FDT

Walked back out when I saw staff visibly chewing something; mask off; stocking cups. Health hazard.

If I go in during the day the clerk is nice and friendly but if I get in at night its normal for the clerk to make a rude comment while Im there. I get people smoke but saying ugh go away about other customers in front of one is rude and then turning around and telling that customer youre lucky you came before I lit my cigarette is even more rude. Sadly rude comes like that happen around me and to me almost every time I go into this location at night to get something. Im honestly done with this location now. Even stopping to get gas.

I recently went in here and bought gas and I gave the clerk too much money to fill my car up. When I went back to get my money back (not used for gas), there were 4 people in line and the cashier, Martha, wouldnt give me my money right away but said I had to wait in line to get it. I know other gas stations dont do this and will give you your money back immediately, frequently having it ready for you when you return but this Martha did not, and although she knew I was in a hurry and I did show respect until she argued with me, she wouldnt right away refund my money but argued with me. I later contacted the manager and made a complaint but she just backed the cashier up and said its store policy that you have to wait in line to get your refund, which I dont believe, and I know theyve just been purchased by Break Time and are no longer Circle K. Ill never return to this store because of this, as I told the manager, and she was okay with this. Theres obviously poor management here and most gas stations dont make you wait in line when you return for your refund after you pay too much gas. Theres poor customer service here, which the manager obviously supports. Also, the cashier has to make all fountain drinks for customers but they do not wear a mask or even gloves when they do so. This is probably against company policy but this is a fact.

Cindy works way way too much. She keeps that store running. Great place. I love going there.

I like their roller Hot Dogs and the coffee selection is decent for the price. However, there is never any napkins unless upon request and some roller items fall off and onto the counter.

The bathroom smells absolutely disgusting. As soon as you walk in the bathroom you could smell urine.

The assistant manager is a low life thief and so are the people working the 3-11 shift.

I am here and its a decent gas station and I was actually run off for pan handling and i asked if I could. Rest a bit outside after making my purchase. They were cool and said yes which was awesome because I was homeless and really needed. To just be able to stop walking around and just breathe for a minute.....but then. I got run off after a girl I barely knew walked up and sat next to me and started harassing g people for change.Now that is over and I am not homeless and I just want to go in and buy a pack of cigarettes but crackhead Kevin is out front and I do not want to talk tocrackhead Kevin he is a pain in the ass crackhead and he will always ask you for money and he can be a jerk he is definitely planning to buy drugs with it standing out front facing walking inside actually looking kind of imposing for a crackhead and stopping me from getting out of my car because I do not want to deal with crackhead Kevin and I do not know why the cashier is tolerating this I dont have anything against all panhandlers but that guy come on why do they let him out front I hope they fix the problem soon

Asked for a Juul he asked what kind (as in what flavor of pods ) I said not pods I need an actual Juul. He said ok then only rang up my drink. No point in dealing with incompetence lost my business.

The manager with short brown hair is the rudest person in the store besides the girl with light brown hair shes just as rude. I will not go in that store again!!

They play advertisements once you start pumping gas. Dont go here! Horrible gas station. Like being forced to hear radio or TV ads while getting gas!
