Came in to get a phone case, got helped by Matt who was super helpful and friendly. Made sure cases got perfect and even went out of his way to find the best deal for me AND make sure I didnt buy something I didnt need. Will definitely be a return customer because of his service!

IPhone had froze up. Tried to power off/on ... nothing happened. Power circle kept spinning. Brought it into the shop and walked out with an operating iPhone in less than 10 minutes @ no charge. Really good place to get a phone fixed in a pinch. Only issue I had was I came in right at open, was first in the queue and it still took 3 hours to repair my phone. When I repaired phone if it took me more than an hour and a half the customer would not be happy. I am only docking one star for this as it was only a minor inconvenience. All in all a great place to go, and the prices are great. It was 30 bucks cheaper to have them fix it then to order the part and wait for it, plus they back their work as well. Give them a try its cheaper to repair then to replace in alot of cases.

He had some great recommendations about my options to resolve my issue. If I could rate him 10 stars I would!

I made a 9.4.21 appointment online for curbside service (an option offered on their website) to repair my iPhone screen. I called the number from the confirmation email to let them know I was there. The person I talked to said they’d be right out to get it; I told them the make/model of my car, made a quip about the rainy weather, and waited for 20 minutes. I assumed they were busy. Then I called back.The person who answered sounded extremely aggravated; it honestly took me aback. They aggressively said they don’t do curbside, and they couldn’t do my appointment since they were the only one working and they couldn’t “abandon” the store to come out and get my phone. Ok. I politely said I was confused since I’d talked to someone who said otherwise. They said I must have talked to someone at the call center before - which is confusing since I gave them the details about being there in-person that I mentioned above, and that person said okay, they’d be right out, and I called literally the same number both times. They did not offer to schedule a different appointment, or any solution to help me. All in all, a very confusing and weird customer service experience. I’ll get my phone fixed somewhere else.

After 6 trips of nearly 1.5 hours each way, they finally both fixed my original repair, and the warranty work they caused during the original repair. I called and talked with staff about the screen needing replaced after they made a previous repair. I was assured it wasnt a big issue, and I could come in anytime and have the repair made. Due to the long drive and my schedule I couldnt return for 2 weeks. When I did I was told they didnt have the parts. Asked if a manager would contact me about how to make this right, and he called a few days later. He assured me my parts were on order and he was ordering extra. That I could come in the following weekend.Fast forward to the next weekend, made the drive again. And AGAIN they didnt have the parts. Today they finally both had the parts and completed the repair. They made no other effort to make all of this right in any way.I am not unreasonable and am generally understanding with customer service issues, but this was complete and total lack of respect for me and my time.TL:DR.. if you have an unlimited amount of time off, and like driving nearly 3 hours every weekend on your only day off, for over a month, and enjoy extremely poor customer service, this may be the place for you.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The camera on my laptop wasn’t working and I initially took it to Best Buy and they told me I would have to have it sent in and it would be expensive to fix (mind you they didn’t even want to look at my laptop first), so they recommended I buy a webcam (which I did). But then my friend recommended uBreakiFix and so I went! They were super helpful and nice, actually looked at my laptop, and he had it fixed within minutes! So happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back if I have any other issues!

Called for a quote to replace a pixel 4 screen the guy I talked to was apparently their call center and not the associates at the store they quoted me $200 and a 2 hour repair. I agreed and set up an appointment for 10am Saturday. I promptly brought the phone in Saturday morning at 10am when I talked to the associate they told me it would be $300 and 4-5 hours for a repair. I hesitated because and explained what I was quoted they didnt seem to care much and just blamed the call center was told that price wasnt negotiable. I agreed to give it a shot they said they would call me. I waited until 5pm that day decided to call for an update and it just rang busy. I looked up the update on their online update tracker and I got a message saying my phone was ready but not repairable. I drove over to the store and find out they could not in fact fix it and somehow it got worse now my side buttons dont work I wasnt charged any amount, I left the store with a phone in worse shape than when it showed up because they couldnt even get the screen to work while I was there and stated it may have reset itself. The only positive here is I was able to get my screen to come up after tinkering with it for a bit and will receive a refurbished phone from swappa for about $120 less than what I was going to pay if they had fixed it. Glad I was able to get it semi working about 2 mins after I left their shop. Wasted some gas money back and forth but definitely a learning experience for me. Wont be going back for any reason after that. 7 hours no updates and unable to call them because their voip wasnt working.

Brought my phone here last year for a repair. Cracked glass over a Samsung camera assembly. They did the repair (albeit after some issues with the Samsung warranty dpt taking much longer than originally quoted, not their fault) . They fixed the glass, but neglected to clean off the camera lens resulting in a forever blurred main camera (1x). Ive been taking my pictures in 0.5 or 4x for the past year hoping maybe one day the dust would just come off. Nope.Bought an iFixit kit last week, pulled the back cover, used a miniscule amount of a $2 can of compressed air and now I have a functional camera again.Lesson learned. Go to an independent repair shop or DIY it.

Came in hat in hand with what I thought was a strange request (needed a T-3 driver) to simply take out an ssd from a laptop. I was immediately helped; the employee (Bradley) lent me the driver without hesitation, and I was able to pull it out right then and there. Probably not your standard ask, but the willingness to help and be of service to even weird one off things like this I’m sure is indicative of the type of customer service you can expect. I will be back.

Went to get my phones charging port fixed. Bradley cleaned it out and got it to fast charge again in about 5 minutes. Several times he would stop and recognize that it wasnt 100% yet and kept working on it. If you need your phone fixed, take it here.

I really hand it to Daltan and George, they really made me feel comfortable with the repair, were honest about a mistake with the back glass (and replaced it), fixed my cracked screen and replaced my battery. George was very friendly to talk to and made sure I understood the repair and process and my options for future coverage. Very happy.

I recently dropped off my phone to get port fixed. Supposed to cost 120. When I got there to pick phone up they let me get it free of charge. I didn’t ask why thought it was a mix up but come to find out they messed up my screen! I think they pressed the screen too hard cause the lighting is messed up. Luckily it isn’t too bad and I’m planning on getting a phone soon anyway plus I got free port. Which is why I give 2 stars. I just believe someone should’ve held themselves accountable and told me they messed the screen up instead of finding out once I charged my phone. Accountability goes a long way.02/11/21 edit post - I wouldn’t recommend them. After a week or so getting my phone back I found out no one can hear what I’m saying to them. They literally trashed my phone and gave it back to me like everything was fine. I’ll never go back to them. If you do just know you’ve been warned. I learned the hard way. Very disappointed in their customer service and quality of work. Do better

My phone screen was broken and I had my repair scheduled, they came to my home and fixed my screen for the low payment with insurance. The repair was fast and the tech was friendly and helpful. However, when I got my phone back, the back glass on the phone was damaged from the phone being opened too quickly. Even though this happened, the technician owned up to opening it too quickly and damaging the back glass and offered to take care of it on the backend if I took my phone to the store in Lawrence. I did, and the second repair experience was good, but not as good as I had expected. I had to make the trip out to get my phone fixed, and thought repair time would at least be close to the first if not just a little longer to avoid more damage. I ended up spending 2 if not 3 hours waiting around in Lawrence (not where I live) waiting to get my phone back. If not for the long wait on the second repair, I would give 5 stars. They were friendly and fixed my phone making it look brand new. Thanks guys.

Had a cellphone that suddenly wasnt able to charge. Turns out something got lodged in the charging port. They were able to find this and quickly remove it free of charge. Have had charger issues in the past and always worried the repair cost would make it more cost effective to replace the phone. I went there to fix my Samsung Note 9 broken screen. They told me that the need to order the part first, which took well over a week to get to them. After that, the maintenance time was supposed to take two hours max, but I kept going back and forth five time and it took them a whole day to fix it. I dropped my phone at around 10:30 am and had to pick it up about 4:30 pm. Had I gone to another place in town, I couldve gotten the phone fixed way faster... really disappointing especially that they are Samsung agents.

My wifes Google Pixel 3a was having a glitching problem. I took it to T-mobile where it was purchased and was not offered any assistance. I took it to UBREAKIFIX and the professional staff helped talk me through a few options and got it reset. Made an Asurion claim and it sent me to the store to have my screen replaced. When I came in the workers made up a pretty obvious lie as to why they couldnt do it here and also didnt mention this until they heard it was an insurance claim.Edit:You clearly didnt even talk to your employees about what happened. The excuse that was an obvious lie wasnt that the claim had not shown up in your system yet...Dont go to this place unless you have an iPhone anything else and they dont know how to replace the screen so they make up an excuse and tell you to contact Asurion to go to another location.

My iPhone 6plus locked up on the logo screen while restarting it. Took it to Apple and they had a 1 1/2 week wait, WHAT EVEN?? Apple had someone call me to try to walk me through fixing it myself and it was very clear he was reading from a transcript and didn’t know as much about it as I did. I had already done everything he suggested by doing a simple google search. I was going to give up and buy a new phone when a Verizon employee suggested Phone Medic! Took it there and within the hour, my phone was alive again! The young man working there was very kind and helpful. He wasn’t able to restore it, but he was able to set it back to factory settings. I lost some photos, passwords and apps, but it was so worth it not to have to spend a lot of money on a new phone! If you are having phone problems, take it to Phone Medic! They also work on all makes of phones, tablets and computers. You won’t be disappointed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My new laptop stopped taking a charge on a weekend, and I needed it the following week. I came in on Sunday and Matthew took a few minutes to carefully open the back to check the battery and other connections. Nothing appeared wrong so Matthew suggested I get a new charger and if that didn’t work, then I should get with the manufacturer as it was likely the motherboard. I offered to pay for the inspection and he said it wasn’t necessary. I did get a new charger and it’s taking a charge now. I appreciated they are open on the weekends as I was in a jam. And I appreciated their friendliness and professionalism. If I need help again, I will go back here.

In the end, refunded the $90 20 days later.( Because I failed to stop in the shop for those 20 days.....cause my crazy life gets busy) Ill definitely recommend their services. Great crew!

My experience at uBreakiFix exceeded my expectations. I brought my iPhone 6S in with a badly cracked screen, broken charger port, and a battery that needed service with the hope that they could fix at least one of my issues at a reasonable price. They immediately took a look at my phone and were able to give me a completely new screen, fix my charging issue, and give me a brand new battery all within 60 minutes at around $150 total. I walked in previously and was quoted a price for just a install of a screen, since I already had one. Went back a few weeks later to get the screen replaced and found out that the screen was not for my phone it was for a i6s and I have a 7. Chris was awesome right off the bat and helped me out. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with uBreakiFix recently. I own a Galaxy S9+. One day, I was mowing on my riding lawnmower, listening to music on my headphones, when they became snagged on the branch of a low-hanging tree and were ripped out of my phones jack. I attempted to plug it back in, but it wouldnt snap back in place, so I assumed I broke something in my phone. My warranty being expired, and I had Verizon insurance, but the insurance company said they wouldnt be able to fix the jack and would have to replace the whole phone, which would have cost $199! Looking for a different option, I remembered my pastors wife had said that shed had a good experience with uBreakiFix in Lawrence, KS, so I headed there. I explained what happened, and one technician took a look at my phone, trying to see the issue. He had another technician look with him, and the second gentlemen decided to get a thin pair of tweezers and reach down in there. He gently scraped about a bit, turned the phone over, and a bunch of dirt dumped out! And shucky-darn, look at that--my headphones now plug in! And here I thought I broke something! I asked what I owed them, and they said, No charge, just leave us a good Google review. So here it is, boys! These guys were super nice and very helpful, and for them to actually handle my problem without thinking to scam me as others might do goes a long way with me. Highly recommended, and a great experience. I will be back in a jiffy for my phone issues from now on!

Broken screen fixed very quickly in under 2 hours after walking in the door. A little pricey but not unexpected. Word of advice to everyone - don’t forget to buy a phone protection plan! Great service overall. Highly recommended.

Great staff and great service. Affordable repairs and excellent communication between costumer and shop. They repaired two phones in my household already and the whole experience was fantastic. They had the phone repaired on time, they didnt overcharge for anything additional! They just charge what they told me before they started the job! Best place in town to take your broken phone or electronic to have it repaired!

Re-posting: Took my laptop in for a quick diagnostic. The power button was not working. It only took a day for them to fix the issue and cost was very reasonable as well.

They were informative, did excellent work, and the repair was ready exactly as promised. Only thing I would suggest is informing the customer that when doing a battery repair that the waterproof seal is not typically done. They did say they would take care of it when I picked it up but I didn’t have time. They were awesome to work with.
