Both Leeway Franks and Leeway butcher are absolutely the best you can get in the area. Their stock changes, their quality does not. You will not be disappointed with anything you choose. Lee also makes some of the best soups Ive had the pleasure of trying, check these good people out!

They can tell you exactly where that beef, lamb, pork, etc came from, and usually its Kansas raised. Love that.

Im very particular about how the meat I buy is raised and have been so disappointed by the selection of ethically raised, pastured meat nearby until now! They are very knowledgeable about where their meats are sourced and they make a delicious product. I love that they support local farms and can tell you where each cut came from.
