Will definitely NOT be going back to that store. For a minute I thought it was self checkout. I waited for about 10 minutes in fron of the cash register without the employees acknowledged that they saw me and would help me in a minute. I just finally got tired of waiting and left.

They were helpful! They didnt have many steel toe options in my size, but I did find an acceptable pair.

Terrible customer service! Was told the order I placed on a Monday night would arrive at the store in one day. On Tuesday, the order had not arrived. Manager told me it should arrive on Wednesday. It is now Wednesday night and my order is still in transit. I am now being told the order might arrive on Thursday. Turns out the order didnt even ship until Wednesday afternoon. On top of all of this I have been refused a refund because I now have to wait for the order to arrive then process a return. Point of my story is this, it must be okay to lie to the customers to get a sale. I will be returning my order and shopping somewhere else on principal at this point!

I went to the boot barn in Lawrence, KS a couple weeks ago to have them re-work one of my favorite cowboy hats by Serratelli. It had literally gotten bent out of shape and needed the steam machine. I spoke to the store manager. The steam machine was not turned on. It was 10:00 am. I explained everything I thought needed to be done to make the hat look right again. She said she would have my hat ready within 24 hours. I filled out a request form and signed it before leaving. I called the store at 10 am the next day and they said the hat was ready for pick up. My wife picked it up and brought it home. When I looked at the hat, they had not even touched it. They lied through their teeth about fixing it. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. But Ill never give my business to this boot barn because the employees lie and cannot be trusted.

I will be a regular Customer here at Boot Barn. A lot of nice clothing, Boots and accessories. And the Girls are excellent, very nice and helpful.

Had a great experience for the most part. One employee was kind of standoffish and didnt appear to want to help us. But the other one e was amazing. Very helpful. We will be back

We were helped by a very knowledgeable and exceptional lady named Brooklyn in the Lawrence,ks stire.

First, the customer service was 5 stars! Outstanding help from associates! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I went to find womens steel toe/safety shoes and was disappointed with the extremely small section they had to offer. What they had available was marked up much more expensive than the other shoe stores I had been to. The selection and styles in the safety/steel toe for women was very limited. The store was very nice and clean and the parking and hours were good. The staff was great. Will probably not go there again since Im not a regular boot wearer, just needed a pair for work.

Staff comes across as super judgmental. Apparently its not possible for certain people have enough money to spend at the barn. I mean, I am aware that I dont look like a dude who would shop at the boot barn. However they do have a few things I like man. But I guess I must be shoplifting from them or whatever hahaha. Nice store, staff is a bit too far outta my class. Ya know, being a peasant, or whatever they think I am, I have zero business in this store for only a select members of the Lawrence upper crust. Maybe one day...maybe one day...

Very nice looking clothing & accessories-not necessary made to last though. The boots, well, yeah, good brands, but probably not the best prices. Staff is pretty friendly.

Great place if you like country duds! I could look for hours in this place. Staff is outgoing and knowledgeable also. If your ready to get your country on then this is the place!

The manager TJ is super friendly. I came from a student store, and he had no idea who I was. None the less he greeted me like he had known me forever, and provided me with a good show of his store location and provided me with knowledge of the area.

The whole staff family is great. When I walk in the store I am greeted like family. Even if I go in just to look around someone is always asking if I need any help. Great staff great environment great prices.

Very nice staff, not constantly on you to buy something.

Went in with 3 cowboy hats to have them shaped. Told it be 2 days and they would call and they would be done....2 weeks later no call.... Came into the store to talk to the manager and she said the lady that shapes the hats only works a few days a week. Okay let that go....2 more weeks later no call went in and got my hats still sitting in the same spot. Thought by taking them there it would be closer for me, but I will take them to R Bar B where Russ will have them dont in no time.

What can I say, I love this company. I have 4 pairs of cowboy boots and alot of shirts, belts, and boot socks. This place has,some great deals,too.

The customer service was awesome. My husband bought a pair of boots in January 1st, they had some sort of defect in the leather and he had to return them. We read their return policy and were apprehensive that we would not be able to return them. The ladies were super friendly and could really tell that there was a problem with the boots. They said to go pick another pair and get us taken care of. We eventually bought a more expensive pair of boots. The lady who helped us was great, she even told us about the manufacturers warranty plan that we never had been told before at other retailers and have bought several pairs of this same brand. I would recommend this store highly.
