It’s a nice clean store but I don’t like how the employees follow you around & keep watching you. It makes me feel uncomfortable. When shopping, give people SPACE!

I love going to Bath and Body works because its pretty decent prices

I really appreciate all the help that I received today in your establishment, thank you so much. My daughter was disappointed that a lot of your items that she wanted have been discontinued. My daughter is very particular and those items that she wanted, she ended up not wanting anything from your establishment. Its her birthday wkend. But I on the other hand was content. Very agitated with this branch. I have worked at B&B works in the past as a seasonal employee so I think I know how the coupons work. I had an employee tell me I couldn’t use my “free body care product up to a value of $14.50” coupon on a body care item that was $7.50. She said it had to be the large size and equal $14.50. Hand lotion is considered a body care item. Very frustrating I even had to explain this. I ended up just leaving and not using my coupon for my free body care item. Very annoyed.

Love this store. It is so clean. Great cashier. She was very helpful with finding the scent that I wanted. Not crowded and could move around without bumping into someone, or something. Great experience all around.

I love body works products but the associates are just plain mean here in Lawrence. Theres plenty of examples but the most recent, was when I was asking about what kind of travel size lotions they have. The associate was talking over me and made us feel like we had no idea what we were talking about.Terrible experience everytime.

Theyre a little pricey but well worth it during their sales... And now they have hand sanitizer sprays.

I love bath and body works in general. But the staff at the Lawrence store could use some customer service training. I wasnt greeted when I came in, no one offered to help me, and when I asked about a product I was treated as though I was beneath the sales associate. I wont return to this store again.

The staff is really helpful and kind. I went in the day before Mothers Day. So, it was really crowded and I had to bail..anxiety wins again.

The layout of the shop isnt good for people with mobility issues, but the staff was fast and friendly and they had exactly what I was looking for in easy reach, despite a REALLY good sale on that product.

Its was okay, but the staff was not very friendly to minority customers and didnt offer me any extra help or coupons like other customers in the store. I spent over $35.

As long as you go during one of the sale times, this is a fantastic store for gifts or four youre home. The Lawrence Bath & Body Works always keeps the store clean and organized.

The man behind the register insisted upon telling me the prices of the items I intended to purchase with heavy insinuations that I couldnt pay for them. He looked me and a friend up and down and seeing metal shirts and torn Jeans decided we were unworthy
