God who doesnt love a great warm toasted bagel for breakfast?

This store has a rare gem. The morning manager (not sure of his name) has just the best customer service skills. He always has a smile on his face and a warm welcome. He is just all around a great guy.

I got the big breakfast box, first time here was delicious. Really good service, staff friendly l. Would eat here again.

Wish they would open up their indoor seating area. Not sure but I think Steve is the gentleman who has prepared my order the last two times. Great service!

Bagles were good but poor location need another one in town this location no place to park have to walk a long long way.

Mobile pick up is efficient. Great bagels ready for pick up on weekends!

Service is as fast as they can make it and the Nova Lox is primo. They have a lot of new items these days but smoked salmon on cream cheese is just heavenly.

These employees are customer service focussed. They are non-stop busy yet they treat every customer as if they are special. I highly recommend their food, everything is so fresh and delishious!

The bagel and lox was on point! Stopped in for an early bird coffee, and loved every second of it.

Rude staff that act like medical experts. Unhealthy, sugar laden food, but that is typical of fast food.

Employee leader, Jared, is the bagel master. This man makes my Einstein’s experience one to remember- every single time. He is delicate with his technique, never serving anything less than perfection. He is a warm, friendly face to greet you by name and with a smile each morning. He goes the extra mile in insuring that each and every customer is not only satisfied, but moved by their experience here - leaving them planning the next time they’re coming back before they have ever even left the building. Jared is special, and he makes my time at Einstein’s feel special too. Jared is the hero we all need, but not the hero we deserve. Thanks for everything, Bagel Master.

The best black tea is here. Breakfast, lunch, or just a snack will satisfy u here .

Wonderful service. I showed up early to my carryout. The staff was good about keeping me updated about my order. They would not stop apologising for being late, they were not I was early. So much so the manager came out when I got my food and personally apologised and gave me some coupons for my next visit. Food was spot on as always.

Helpful staff and quick service. The food is pretty good for such a quick meal. As far as the bagels, theyre way better than grocery store bagels. Not NY level, but for Kansas, more than acceptable. Good coffee. Its a nice place for a quick bite with a friend.

Went in to get my order that I placed online and when I walked up to the counter I was completely ignored by all staff.

Employee who I think was a manager was very rude, I was waiting for a online order which was 30 minutes late, when I asked if it was ready he said it was getting prepared. Ten minutes passed by, still nothing so I cancelled order. While watching for 30 minutes I saw him wipe his nose and was not even washing his hands multiple times. I will never order from them ever again.

They were sold out of all the good cheese bagels, which unfortunately happens a lot when I go to any Einsteins. The service was quick and our order was correct. Its clean and set up nicely on the inside. The location is also very convenient with ample street parking.

Have always loved Einsteins - the coffee is great. Bagels are always on point. Just wish they didnt close so soon. You have to be out by 3:00 in the afternoon.

I really liked the Coffee here. This place feel like a breath of fresh air from the normal everyday food you get at fast food joints. Everything on either a bagel or a biscotti or other type of bread making some really tasty sandwich. They have some nice areas of seating and there potato salad was good. I really enjoyed this place and would love to come back more often then it seems like I do. I really glad I gave this place a Try.

Make sure to ask for light butter on bagels, they put on way too much. Other than that, great bagels and decent coffee. The quality in coffee went down after they started serving caribou coffee.

Fast service and of course great bagles. I do wish they had lower calorie options, but who goes to a bagle shop to watch calories, right? 😄

Cheap bagels and tasty coffee (they carry Caribou brand). Cheddar jalepeno is a favorite, it has a good kick to it. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Mondays are the way to fly cheap at this bagel joint (the finest in #LFK).As of 04 June 2018, you can buy 13 bagels for U$D 7.00!Super-competent and kind service keeps me coming back swinging.

Love Eunstein Bris Bagels. but the last 2 times we were there they messed up my order. Still good just not what I asked for.

It is a chain but this one is clean and makes great bagels. I like the everything bagel.This spot is always quick. I can get in and get out.

Havent been to one of these since I was a kid. Ironically, we brought our kids there for breakfast too. Was great, just as I remembered it.

In my opinion Einsteins makes the best bagels of anyone. Live the bagel and lol. The sesame are myf favorite but they are all good. We dont have one in my hometown so any chance I get I stop at one.

HORRIBLE!! Curbside is a joke! App not up to date. Made my whole order wrong 4 sandwiches then called and asked for it correctly all she offered me to start was bagels not correct sandwiches. When I returned to pick them up I had to wait for a very long time for curbside service even though I order 50 mins before and still hadnt received my correct order.I wish they would of just been made correctly the first time. Product quailty and service was soo bad!!! She complained to me the didnt have enough staff. The staff that was there could if made my ordered correctly. Managment could of staff adequately on a Sunday hoilday for breakfast!

Usually wouldnt post this low of a rating but Ive been going there a few times lately and theyve been madd slacking. Get the Nova Lox everytime and excuse my french but it looks like shi*. Up your game Einstein you used to be madd flavor. Last time I ordered they didnt even toast my bunskies..

Continued to operate even though water was off. Toilets not working, no running water, no washing hands. Where have their hands been? Now theyre touching your food and havent been washed. Unacceptable and I believe illegal.

Bought an apple juice half way through drinking it something chunky goes down my throat look at the bottom of the bottle and its covered in mold. Then when I went to call they just apologized and said it wont happen again, didnt even offer me any kind of refund. I am very disgusted and now sick.

Really tasty and unique breakfast and lunch food, even if a bit pricey. Only drawback is the shortage of pretty much ALL the popular bagels if you go during any morning between 8 and 12.
