Target has a great variety of items and brands. I know I can find the best skin care items, food items, AND trendy clothing. Its nice to have a one stop shop. All the updates to the app have been wonderful as well. Im constantly scanning items at other stores to compare prices. (and a large number of times, Target has the same or better price)

Very friendly staff. Very clean and organized store. Also seemed like a good work environment; several times I heard them speak kindly and respectfully to their staff. The employees seemed happy to work there. And they were happy to help me find things in the store.

The only Target in Lawrence. We love it. Clean and very nice staff.

Not a single person to help me get a microwave. All of the associates were chatting up front. I even tried calling the store: guess what? No humans answer the phone and the call disconects after you press the number for the department you want. Extremely disappointed with this visit.

Target is the best place to go for literally anything you need! I love their great selection of clothes, household items, bath and body, food etc... The staff is friendly and helpful. Their price match guarantee is really nice! I would definitely recommend!

Ive always liked Target. But I like the new lighting and appearance of the store. Its always clean and inviting. An associate is never far away. Nice friendly greeting when entering the store. I will the prices, the options and selection.

Staff is always there to help and has more options than I can even comprehend. I cant stay for just an hour, I stay till they say its time to close.

I needed help to find a new CD player. I asked Joe for help. He took me directly to get exactly what I wanted. He was pleasant and - as Ive already indicated - very helpful! I appreciated his help.

The first reason is the staff is always pleasant and I feel like they actually want to help me. Second, clean and well organized store. Third, good/quality products. I know you aske for 1, but there are just too many reasons.

There were only 1-2 checkouts open. I bought coke products that were on sale, I didnt pay attention to the total until the transaction was finished and then I noticed I did not get the coke for the sale price. I had to go to the service desk and get a refund.

It’s a Target in a college town, so do not expect much. For example today my wife went in to look for a tank top tshirt for our 7 year old and they had literally 3 in the entire children’s section, none of which fit. IN JUNE. Of course you are going to have more people buy those types of items in summer but why not reorder once stock is low? It’s happened many times with many other items and you can walk through the toy section or any department and witness the gaping holes on the shelves for yourself. That is really the main problem at this location, it is one thing out of products OCCASIONALLY and then restock them ASAP. It’s another thing to run out of products CONSISTENTLY and NOT RESTOCK them in a timely manner. We would almost rather drive 35 minutes to Overland Park where the Target functions correctly than deal the sort of blasé attitude that prevails here. One plus is that the eye doctor here is excellent and I highly recommend them.

A girl was attempting to be sneaky and buy 20+ packs of pokemon cards at self check out. New rules say one item per guest and only on Fridays. She said someone allowed her to buy this many and she was just there today. Im glad the manager came and did not allow her to buy all the cards. Its because of people like this girl that Im not able to buy any pokemon cards for my children who love the show. Ive finally been able to buy my kids a pack of cards that Ive been trying to get for 8 months. I couldnt even get them any for Christmas because of these people that buy them all then resell for $20-$300

For some reason employees in the electronics section almost always ignore me, but cheerfully approach other customers. And please tell the girl who watches the self-checkout lanes. I always get somebody coming to my register even before Im done bagging, and its not great especially with covid going around.

After living in Lawrence for three years, Target has been the most satisfying shopping experience overall. The app perfectly tells you where an item is at any time while in store and is accurate for in/out of stock items.The customer service is great, the cashiers are friendly, and there is always someone to happily welcome you at the door. Definitely would recommend the Lawrence Target.

Best Target Ive ever been to, especially during COVID-19. I am very weary of shopping but needed to get quick formula for my baby. Everything was easy to find, store was nicely organized, and employees were very nice.

I love the updated Target! Better energy while shopping, and the brighter look of it makes it more of an enjoyable experience. Even though its no longer a Super Target, I do appreciate that the optical department has increased in size. I appreciate the openness of the areas, especially around the dollar section, and the friendliness of the employees. Be it if I order drive up, go through a cashier to pay, or even self check out. Top notch all around :)

Had to do a little Must Have shopping. After my eye exam at Targets on-site eye Dr, which by the way gave me one of the least stressful eye exams Ive ever had... I went over to Target Optical your fill my prescription.Its time for glasses and new work shoes. I love Target optical because I always get great service and a great price for a great product! The sales associate was patient, and gave me her honest opinion, and after trying on about 15 pairs of glasses, she helped me choose the one that looked the best on me. Ill let you see them when they come in. And with Planet Fitness being so close, I stopped in after shopping for a quick work out.While at Target I also got some new work shoes, they were on sale so I picked up a couple of other things too. And as always I was checked out by a very friendly sales associate on the regular store side which always keeps me coming back to shop again.

This newly remodeled Target is beautiful, clean, and spacious. It is a vast improvement over the prior version of the store, and was so nice to return to the store and the remodeling be complete. The go to store for groceries and supplies when you drop your child off at KU for the year.

Everyone is always so polite and courtesy. Always have an amazing shopping experience at the Target in Lawrence, KS Absolutely love this store, the selection and employees are top-notch.

The store was actually pretty clean, masks were available for people who dont have them. But if youre concerned about people wearing masks, some people lowered their masks and paid no attention to the arrows directing traffic. The shelves were stocked well to.

The store is clean, bright, and well organized and they have a great selection of things I like.

This target used to be great. I knew the store so well, and it never changed. Now that the store is remodeled, it’s a mess. No bakery, no deli, and much smaller selection. I mean, entire isles of food have been shrunk down to the end of an isle. Everything has gotten smaller, and there is no more seasonal section. Why? The store might have looked a little dated, but I’ll take that over basically not having departments anymore.

Keri helped me in store and more helpful than i could’ve asked for. She took time to make sure the product i got was going to be beneficial for me and has such a lively personality. Very glad she helped me today

When I lived in Lawrence this was one of my go-to grocery stores. It had such a great variety of different products. I mostly enjoyed going to Target for home decor, healthy food options, everyday household supplies and clothing. For most of their departments they have plenty of products and choices. The only department that they seem to be limited stocked on is the Auto and Outdoor Department. Overall Target is a great place to run for your everyday essentials and trendy home furnishings.

I always love target and the Lawrence target, especially. The employees are so friendly and helpful and the store is always organized. I love that it is a super target, with a full grocery selection. And for whatever reason, there is always an abundance of clearance deals to be found!

I love Target pick up! Your items are ready quickly and my orders have always been correct. It makes it so much faster (and more economical!) than me wandering around the store. Thanks Target!

I have newly used the drive up service. I have 3 kids, two are new foster children and I recently had a major surgery. Having this option to pick up diapers or a grocery item or even a diaper changing pad has been life changing. Mothers and fathers everywhere must be overjoyed!

Target emailed me about prelit fake trees being on sale and I went for it, and for the first time ever, tried in store pick up. I got a text saying it was ready in only 30 minutes, and pick up took less than 5 minutes at the customer service counter. I wouldve been finished a lot faster if my younger boys didnt run to look at electronics and my teenager hadnt moved my van. Target was the efficient part of my night.

I recently contacted their HR department to determine if they were able to donate gift cards for a tax-exempt agency. I facilitate home ownership workshops through the housing authority and we like to have incentive items for folks who can make it out in the evening. Target hooked me up with a nice gift card. It has a lot of high-quality and useful goods for myself, my partner, and our family members. That said, the Super Target in Lawrence does not have a complete selection (not a lot of furniture or household goods) compared to other branches Ive been), and we cant seem to get our subscriptions/cash backs/discounts sorted in this store all the time. Also, I still havent gotten my membership! :O

Clean and bright store, friendly and helpful staff every time I go in, nice items. I enjoy spending time here just walking around. The aisles and clothing area is wide enough to push a cart through, even with other people there. I enjoy going to this location.

Good run store. Grocery section is awesome. Lots of choices. Meats, deli, dairy, produce is always well stocked. Lots of people shopping!

Zach in the electronics department is a wealth of knowledge! We went to a different electronics store in Lawrence to look for a Nintendo Switch for our son, got absolutely no customer service and eventually had to walk out. Zach at Target not only approached us, but he answered every question we had and more. He made sure we were 100% comfortable with our purchase and even made recommendations about what accessories we needed now and what we could get away with purchasing at a later date. We will definitely look for Zach in electronics again and utilize his expertise!

I am extremely angry about my service. I found women shoes on clearance and was so excited for them--they were my size which is rare because Im a man and have large feet. But they didnt ring up on clearance, and when the lady came over she said these numbers dont match. This sticker doesnt belong here. See how these numbers dont match? That means they arent the same item, so the sticker was moved. Do you still want them at the full price? No, thanks.I havent received such terrible service. Its common practice at most places (Ive worked in retail) that when stickers are accidentally placed, thats your fault. You give the discount. But when I asked, she said yall dont do that. This is preposterous.Worst customer service Ive ever received. She wasnt even nice about it. She never apologized or said thank you for my other purchase. I almost didnt buy anything then and there.

I was delighted with the sale on a coffee maker, mine quite unexpectedly and I was caught off guard with cash only in Paypal at the moment to cover it and I needed a replacement ASAP. This was my first online order to pick up in store let alone using Paypal. The online experience was smooth, Target website very easy to navigate and the 2 hour wait for pick up was completed in less than 20 minutes! The gentleman working at the customer service desk was down to earth, professional, FRIENDLY and very much cares about doing a great job and offering great service! Thank you TARGET

I went to this target today to print off some photos from my iPhone. I used the kiosk to print Polaroid style photos. Half came out pink and the other half came out a nice white (around the photo). I went to customer service to get help and they called the GSA (short Hispanic girl with glasses). She tried to help me reprint them to be nice and white but basically was insanely condescending and rude. When she reprinted them they came out a weird cream color. Then she tried to tell me they won’t print white, even though half the ones I printed were white. She claimed it was a “filter” I must have selected when I chose my photos. I tried to explain to her I chose white but she kept blabbing about the printer not being able to print white. Regardless if that’s true or not, DONT MAKE IT AN OPTION TO CHOOSE WHITE. Waste of 40 minutes and horrendous customer service.

Ordered a cake for our sons first birthday and target couldnt find the order. They stated they would not have time to make it. There was no apology or anything. Will not be doing business with again.

Its quiet and clean, but I was surprised how unprofessional the employees were, especially back by the dressing room.A young man named Benjamin and several female associates spent a long time badmouthing the store, the management, and the clothes people picked to try on, LOUDLY. They complained about pay, discussed getting other jobs, and how unhappy they were at Target. Perhaps the worst was the comment, Oh thats a nice dress, are you in special Ed? that one employee bragged about saying to a customer. This was all in front of myself and multiple other customers, who looked like they felt the same way I did.Edit 8/07/18. Nothing has changed here. I had to drop by for something that wasnt available at Walmart, and saw the same level of customer service. Something needs to change from the top down. Other Targets are a usually a completely different experience.

I LOVE this store! There is always a friendly employee in every other aisle and walking up and down aisles asking anyone if they need help finding anything( unlike most stores where it takes 17 days to find help with something and its not in their department so they have to call someone else and so on and so forth). Theyre well educated on where things are in their store and will actually walk you directly to it instead of pointing and/or guessing. I continue to go to this store even though its a bit pricier than other competitors because its much cleaner and the food is much healthier looking. They take pride and care of the food they sell.Im a Target lover for life. Lol

I enjoyed shopping there.. I drive trucks over the road and its hard to find places to park a 53ft trailer. I was able to do all my shopping there because it was a super target. Great customer service all around. The only thing that bothered me was the store security made it so obvious he was watching me no matter what part of the store I was in he was in my presence atleast 91% of the time. Most people would find it to be a problem but not me, he was doing his job and I was doing mine 😊shopping. I would definitely go back again.

Its not a really big Target like you would see in Olathe or Overland Park but it is a super Target with groceries so you can get quite a bit. Often I have found items online that they do not carry in the Lawrence store but in Johnson County I can usually find those items. Toy section is always organized well. Groceries are pretty expensive here but if you just needed a few things its not bad.

Great supply of everything and all womens sizes of clothing fantastic.I want to discuss an issue with an associate but not allowed to post anonymously so I wont.Otherwise this is my favorite Target ever.

The best Target around! Friendly and helpful employees, and a Starbucks inside thats typically very quick compared to the two corporate Starbucks in town.

Target in Salina has great and friendly staff. They employ all ages, and they are all fast, accurate, and friendly. This Target has a small food court where you can sit and relax a little. Everything is very clean and floors are always sparkling.

The recent cost reduction on most basic goods has pushed Target far ahead of its competitors. Service is fantastic at this location as well.
