Bad business alert: I dropped off 100$ to this mechanic for control arms; I ended up going somewhere else for a cheaper price, then the boss says he can’t refund me! Don’t ever leave money here (universal auto repair)

Horrible horrible horrible service !!!!!This place does not even disorve one starNo customer service, no education, and a rip off !!The owner is an older guy and will sweet talk to you into thinking he will help you but he is the devil, he will take your new parts from your car and put used ones and tell you to pay extra for things you car didn’t need in the first place . TRYY AT YOUR OWN RISK ! 👎

Beware!Went to have my exhaust repaired and they told me they were going to replace a section of pipe which they showed me but come to find out after I left for $125 they put putty on the exhaust to repair it without telling me, maybe that’s because I never would have agreed to that kind of “Mickey Mouse” repair! And on top of it they only wanted cash!

If I could give this place a bad rating, my god if I could. Because these people dont know anything. They want to make you pay more than what it is. Nobody helps you or tells you the price of the car. They make you wait too long. I was here for more than 4 hours just waiting for a piece of the door. UNFAIR!!!!!
