Will Im not sure if you want me to do that right now.I got charged for something that I shouldnt have according to myWarranty that I have on my F-150 Ford Raptor. And my tires were not rotated like they said they were going to do and if they were rotate them I would tell with tires went where because the air pressure that were in the tire checked my air gauges on the dash and its exactly the same as when I left the truck there so checking the air pressure and so forth in the vehicle they did not do this.
I called a few days before my appointment and they were able to get me in sooner than I expected! Quick service and a friendly staff!

My brakes went out while we were in Lawrence moving our son out of his apartment. This issue was from a recall that our hometown Ford dealer could not get the back ordered part for. We had the car towed to Laird Noller after hours and a few gentleman that were still inside helped us leave the keys and ensured us they would help all they could. It was so comforting after what I had just been through on Iowa St with losing all braking ability.Friday morning my husband was able to talk to someone first thing and the high customer service continued. We were able to travel back to Lawrence and pick up our SAFE and recall corrected car less than 24 hours after it was left on their lot.The quick turn around let us travel home and not rearrange our weekend, saved us a rental car and even though it was scary I am glad it happened in Lawrence because the recall was finally taken care of after waiting 2 months and I feel safe driving it.I will add- Ford said it was still safe to drive and a very small percent of those affected by the recall actually have an issue.

INCREDIBLE customer service! Got me in without an appointment and still got my issue handled in a very timely manner. Knowledgeable team and even did an overall vehicle check while they were fixing my tire.
Everyone was nice but I had to wait right at two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The department was under maned, not all Laird Nollers fault. That is why they got four stars instead of three. If it would have been under an hour it would have been a five
I made an appointment at the quick lane for a tire repair and rotation. I only went to the dealership because I was told by the person making the appointment that the repair might be covered under our warranty. When I got there I had to explain what I wanted because they had no idea. Guess the computer is just for show. Left to hang out at McDonalds because the shop waiting room was pretty small and full of people. When 1.25 hours had passed I walked back, assuming it would be nearly done. Arrived to.see them just pulling my truck into the shop. Then had to explain again what I needed done. Waited another 1.5 hours. When it was time to pay, I found out that a simple tire repair was not covered under warranty, which was fine. But they charged me $24.95 to pull a nail out and fix the tire. Most tire shops charge half that much. They also could not give an accurate estimate for the sensor I needed until it was time to pay for it. The desk person said that their computer wouldnt do it right. Overall, a mediocre experience at best. They were slow and didnt communicate how long it would take. They were way too pricey. I wont go here for tires again.
Original diagnosis was wrong resulting in delayed repair, that is the reason for only 4 stars. They worked hard to make it right. I was satisfied with their resolution.
Purchased a used vehicle from Matt F. and a thousand miles later it developed a clunking noise in the front end. Took it back to them and Matt got the vehicle into the service department the next day. Senior Master Technician Eddie quickly found the problem and had it fixed in no time! Thank you Eddie and Matt! I bought 4 new tires for my Explorer from Laird Noller. The price they quoted me was a little cheaper than some of the tire stores. They quoted me a price, the time it would take and were spot on for both. Also they didnt talk down to me since I was a woma and I appreciate that.
I set my appointment 3 weeks ago to get a recall fixed. I was promised a rental car so I would be able to make it to work that day. When I show up to drop it off, they acted somewhat surprised I was asking for a rental. After some talks and phone calls, I was informed that they could not get me a rental. I had to take the day off work so that my car could fixed and got a ride home. I called them a couple hours later to find out how long it was going to be. They then informed me that they couldnt fix my car because they didnt have what they needed. I was very angry, to say the least. Im a union electrician. I make $41.79 an hour and missed 8 hours of work. Not to mention the benefits that are paid to me on an hourly basis. All those lost wages, and my car still wasnt/isnt fixed. I sent a message similar to this to their contact link on their website and still havent heard back. Very, very unprofessional!! Unless this is made right soon, I will never go there again. I will also share this experience with every single person I know.
Elliott got me in quickly to repair a tire. I had picked up some nails and the tire wouldn’t hold air very long. They had me back on the road in about an hour with no appointment. Thanks Elliott! No one else in town would take me that fast.
Took my Ford Expedition in for a transmission and rear differential maintenance. Day after service my transmission temperature was at 255 degrees and began shifting weird. Got home and you could smell something burning. After looking under the car there was transmission fluid everywhere. This was my first service there and spent close to 1k dollars for preventative maintenance only to now have the worry they have broke my vehicle.
My car was fixed to my satisfaction but they had my car for almost 3 weeks!!! I had to take off work through this time. That is uncalled for!!!

Techs did their job fine. The Service Manager was apparently preoccupied, distracted, or something that contributed to his udder failure to follow through with call-backs and to his accidental double charge for oil change service and two sets of wiper blades. He recommended an all-wheel-drive fix for my 1997 F10 that required two parts apparently. A module of some sort and a wire network in order to restore my 4-wheel drive capacity. When I called for the third time after several days of this on and off discussion he told me they don’t make the wire component anymore. When I went to collect the car, however, he had charged me something like $800.00 for the module anyway. When I pointed out that according to him the wire network was not available so the module was was unnecessary since he could not fix the four-wheel drive function, he kind of looked quizzically at me and then asked me straight up....”so do you want me to take that charge off?”... After several days I did get part of the service I asked for completed and I assume done properly, at the “single charge” rates but only after I asked them to refund the extra charges. So, two warnings, wear a mask (no one in there had one on) and make certain to go over your receipt carefully and that make sure you paid for the single charges for the services you asked for but only if they were completed.S
Quite a bit of BS flying around. A bit generous with the 3 stars. But I think I bought a vehicle. No paper work to prove. Weird experience. Service not like it use to be.

I took my car in early June to get a part replaced. We were told it would be able to get done asap, but today marks five weeks since I dropped it off and I havent even had a call back to give me an update. I tried to call just to see if there was something they could tell me, but was only able to leave a message and that still hasnt been answered either. I had my father call a few times, and while he was actually able to get the calls through he was only told that they were either waiting on parts (that we had been told were in stock) or that they just plain hadnt started. Overall very frustrated considering bad reviews were few and far between :/

Purchased my truck from this location back in August of 2020, and I must say they have done a tremendous job taking care of me since day one. As with buying any used car/truck, things can happen that are not expected. When an issue came up, they made it right. The buying process was very simple, quick, and at no point did I feel pressured to buy. There were a few things we agreed to fix later, which was fulfilled with zero pushback. I always do my research before making any large purchase and spent weeks researching my new car purchase. In the end, I came to Laird Noller from Nebraska to buy a 2020 Ford Escape because the price was too good to pass up. The car was not on the lot when I arrived as planned, but Rolando, the salesman, was so helpful and worked hard to get the car back quickly so I could test drive it. The car was exactly what I was looking for and the price couldn’t be beat! I also traded in my car and, because of my research, I knew what my car was worth and that’s exactly what I was offered. All in all, it was a great buying experience and the fact that they have been in business for 60+ years and are family-owned is very apparent. They know what they are doing and do it well! Purchased a spot to order a new full size bronco. Made contact with dealer. Wife wanted a new car before winter, I asked the dealer if it would be possible to get her into a car suitable for winter while we waited for the new bronco. Dealer offered a brand new escape as the vehicle and promised that we would be able to maintain the same payment when the bronco would arrive. Also have the ability to build equity in the escape. We made the wrong decision in trusting what the salesman said, shame on us. Long story short we went to place an order for a low budget bronco, found out that we would be upside down in our trade and unable to afford the vehicle of her dreams. The salesman was polite enough to say sorry and we left dealership.We were set to purchase any car she wanted, she wanted the bronco but now stuck with an escape. Bottom line, shame on us, we should have known better.How can a dealer recommend this course of action when they know what we really wanted and not stand behind their words.

I have had my Ford Escape serviced by Laird Noller a number of times over the last four years. I have always been pleased with the service and the cost was comparable to independent shops. Laird Noller has recently made changes in the Quick Lane service and the new team is outstanding! Michael checked out my car personally and let me know about a couple of potential issues. He told me how to listen and feel for the source of the problem. He offered options and suggested what I could try first that might solve the problem and save additional expense. His recommendations were spot on! The issues we had with road noise and some movement when braking were completely resolved. It feels like I am driving a new car even though it has 158,000 miles on it.

Everyone I interacted with were very professional and kind. The service provided by Laird Ford was far superior to service I previously received at the absurdly priced Jaguar dealership, in product and personal interaction. Service department is terrible. After routine oil change and tire rotation, my car drove terribly a few blocks from the shop. I got out to find a tire with lug nuts less than hand tightened! Another time after an accident, they took 3 months to fix my car. I regret taking my car there especially after I was told to think twice about it. They offered nothing to help me out over the 3 months. I called every few days and was told the same thing.. Your cars not ready. Itll take a few more days. After complaining about their lack of service when picking up my car, the service manager asked why I didnt complain before! I didnt realize customers had to complain to be taken care of properly! Take this review as a warning or advice.. I wont ever do business with them again.

Really awesome service for my 1996 Ford ranger that needed some new spark plugs and dash lights. Nate is a legit employee, took me to my truck after the service to show me details on the inspection! Only gave it four because labor costs are high but you get what you pay for!

Absolutely horrible! My daughters 2017 Ford Focus needed to be serviced when it started stalling and the check engine light came on. Called to make an appointment, couldn’t get in for 2 weeks. Once we took the car in it sat for 6 days before it was even looked at. Service tech called me after assessing the car (finally) said it would cost $2600 and nothing was covered by the power train warranty. I said that’s insane - we are taking it for a second option. Took another 2 days to put the car back together so we could take it. Took the car to a different Ford dealership in Overland Park. They were extremely professional and helpful! Got us right in and took 2 days to fully repair the car which WAS FULLY covered by Fords warranty. I am so frustrated and outraged at this place and the audacity to try to charge me / my daughter such an obnoxious amount of money when it was indeed covered.
Went to Ford to have my tag light repaired and I was in and out in twenty minutes. Very good service and the staff was great!!!

I had a problem with the air control switch on my 9 year old Ford. I brought it here and the defective knob resistor was replaced. The system works again like new, with repairs quickly done that day. They provided a ride home for me and picked me up when done
I made an appointment at 7:15 in the morning and had my oil changed, tires rotated, brake light replaced and tires pumped up in 45 minutes! They got me in, took care of my issues and got me out. This place is great! Great customer service and well maintained waiting area! Very happy.

I was in a major time crunch, and even though the Service techs were super busy they managed to squeeze me in to replace a battery on my F250 diesel.And to top it off - I had enough points to pay for every.
Have been looking at Escapes but get very little time off work. Had an offer on one in KC but saw one listed on the Laird Noller website that I liked better. Drove an hour from KC to look at it as a serious buyer! Waljed around the dealership 3 times looking and was never once spoken to. Even went in and used the restroom and noone was interested in speaking to me. Finally called to find out where the car was and was told it was out on loan. Why is it listed on the website as available for sale if I cant look at it? Why is it listed as NEW if its a loaner? Was told it probably only had a couple thousand loaner miles on it so they could still sell it as new. Was told I could drive back tomorrow. Made it clear I had driven an hour to look at it and wasnt going to be able to drive back tomorrow. No apology or Im sorry. No can we show you something else or get you more info... Just an okay.Terrible customer service and feels VERY baited.

I brought my car in for a leak I couldn’t figure out on my own. I brought it to ford because I had trust in them but they abused it. I was told to bring my vehicle in at 0930 for a diagnosis. At 130 I called because I heard nothing and I was told they would be closed the entire next week I couldn’t leave my car for that long. I was then given a nasty attitude by their service advisor and I picked up my car with no fix or diagnosis after it was there for 5 hours. I took it a small shop the next day and had it fixed in an hour. Laird Noller is the epitome of how to not run a business. I could go in more about how I was treated by them. Do not take your car there if you want to be treated with respect and if you don’t want incompetent technicians working on your vehicle.
Basically treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. Looked at everything except what I asked of them and then estimated $2000 plus labor worth of repairs completely separate from the issue I brought my car in for. Car still isn’t fixed, but i’m down nearly $200 just in diagnostics fees. No one was wearing a mask, and if they were, it was incorrectly. Don’t waste your time here.

They also are very respectful of the Pandemic situation, everyone was wearing masks, they did a good job keeping their distance, even had a “clean” and “used” pen jar. They also offered to wipe down the inside of the car after they had been in it. Good attention to detail.

I recently had a wiring issue alert on my F250 while towing a 5th wheel trailer. I took it to Laird Noller to have it checked. They did so timely and found the issue to be the aftermarket 7-pin hitch cable receiver installed in the bed. Since I have the factory installed receiver on the bumper I will simply not use the one in the bed and they charged me nothing for their time. In addition, the service techs always treats me professionally and share with me what they’ve done. I highly recommend this dealer and both shops.
Today’s oil change was free by using my Rewards Points from earlier oil changes. 👍🏻

I stopped and to have an oil change and brake service done Aaron at the service desk helped me tremendously, I need a new brakes All round On my F350 Next appointment available was 2 days Aaron was able to fit me in Immediately The work was done efficiently And I was out of there in 4 hours. I brought my car in for a recall. I made the appointment on a Thursday for the next Wednesday. They knew what the recall was for in advance, we talked in depth about the issue. That Wed. I drop my car off expecting it to be fixed same day because that is what I was told. I received a call an hour after drop off saying they had to order the parts. Long story short, my car was fixed the next day leaving me stranded overnight without my car because they didnt have the part. Yes my bad parts were replaced at no cost other than a lost day of work No my car is still having issues. I was not happy that they had to order parts for a recall they knew about in advance. I even had to call to get and update because by 2pm Thursday I still didnt have my car.

Service department was fantastic, super nice and accommodating. I am a college student and setting up an appt/getting service was very easy and they definitely went above and beyond.
I had a 7am appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation. I normally start my day at 8 am and was trying schedule around my work schedule. I showed up at 6:45 am and was told to park in front of the door. I sat there until 7:05 with no door opening but could see employees inside. I finally went in. There was no sign that said please check in first. My car finally went into shop at 7:22. I made it back to work at 8:15. Had it not been for that I would have given a 5 star rating. Service guys were very friendly and kind. My suggestion would be to have a sign on drive in door to check in first.
