Recently, I was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle and not quite sure where to start looking. A family member suggested Laird Noller, so I thought Id give them a try. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Matthew, the Sales & Leasing Consultant. I spoke with him regarding my budget and price range, and we were able to narrow it down to two vehicles of my liking. We returned the following day and I was approved for the vehicle of my choice. The overall service between Matthew and Dillion, the Finance Director was phenomenal! The last time I purchased a vehicle from a dealership was 22 years ago, and I wasnt for sure that Id ever want to again. With that being said, I highly recommend Laird Noller of Lawrence.

Let me start off by saying that Ali is the absolute best when it comes to customer service! He takes very good care of his customers and has their best interest. He is very honest and up front about the cars he sells and helps you find a good deal as well as the car you want. I bought my 2019 Explorer from Ali and it was an enjoyable experience and didn’t feel pressured during the buying process. Even after 9 months, Ali remembers me and that speaks to his customer service and care for his buyers!

The staff was well mannered. My wife and I already knew what car we wanted when we arrived and the salesperson was knowledgeable with most of the aspects of the car. We came in at 3:30 and left with a new car at 5:00. Don’t particularly like the trumped up fees at the end after the test drive, but the same fees are Designed/ used for negotiation. They stick you with fees and a low trade in value and sorta kills the mood, but that is the business of buying a car

We went to see a specific car and it sold minutes before we got there. Our sales guy Matt Fraley worked with us to find out exactly what we were looking for, then drove to Topeka the next morning to pick up the car that met all of our specifications. We left with the car that day and are very happy with our purchase so far.

Everyone in this experience has been very helpful and kind and positive. Gary and Matthew were extremely helpful. Matthew indicated that the vehicle would be cleaned up and detailed and a half a tank of gas when we picked it up. I didnt check the gas tank until I was down the road aways and I had 15 miles left. So I stopped and filled it up needless to say there was not a half a tank of gas in the vehicle.

I have done business with laird Noller since I bought my first car. Every experience was great and I had only good things to say. After my experience today. I am not sure what happened. I went to inquire about a truck and potentially trade in a mustang I had purchased from them two years ago. The Salesman asked me what time to meet him, I explained to him I could do it in the morning and he text me early asking what time. I told him 830. He never showed up, I sat in the building for 30 minutes before I could get help. I got stuck with another salesman who rushed me through didn’t ask me what I was looking for, literally put zero emphasis on me as a buyer and what I wanted to get out of the situation. Then they have my car for 3 minutes and then insult me with an unbelievable trade in quote. (Apparently it cost 600$ for tire sensors). When I was about to leave they said they would work on a deal. I waited for another hour and nothing happened. I told them I had to go to work, they said they would contact me before 5. No one ever called me and to top off the situation the truck that they had listed wasn’t even the model as described.

What a top notch used car and customer service from Laird Noller! After getting burned on my last used vehicle, I decided to bite the bullet and shop for another one. Not only did I get a sleek Black Ford Fusion, I got a great price on it and it has a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on it! Apparently they do this on all the used vehicles, wish I had known it on the last! Ill be back Laird Noller, but youll see my friends first because they have all been amazed on the deal I got!

He didnt seem to care if we bought a car from them or not, totally friendly, informative, very helpful, would send my family to him without hesitation!! Terrible experience! This was my first car buying experience on my own... And they took advantage of me. From the financial department to the salesman they are all crooks. My car was advertised to have cruise control and it does not. The man in finances did not explain that I had the option to warranty multiple things on my car leading to an ugly loan (which later was fixed after I was educated on my options by a family member). The boss of the salesman was very, very rude not only the day I purchased my vehicle but also the day I took it in to have the body work, agreed to in the contract, to be completed. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone!

Im giving this 5 stars because I had a great experience with Laird Noller Pre-Owned Vehicles and in particular my dealer, Colton Wiley. I was able to get my dream car thanks to them. Their prices are fair and they treat you with respect and dont try and screw you around.I was in the market for a new car for several months and took my time looking for the right vehicle. During my search I went to many dealerships in Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. I was not impressed by the majority of them.I will say that Laird Noller is the only place I went to that I felt zero pressure from the sales people. Colton & his management team are not your typical used car salesmen - they were very personable, courteous, responsive and honest. Its pretty refreshing to find something like this - if only all car dealers were this way.

The finance dept took all of 15 minutes (if that) to finalize everything... maybe they already had most of the paperwork done already. 🤔

Bad experience! Salesman only cared about trying to make a sale and not the customers. Vehicle we drove an hour to look at was way over priced for all the damage done to it, vehicle really wasnt in showing condition. It should have been cleaned prior to viewing.

I have been flipped off by an employee here because of their refusal to use a crosswalk, and instead to walk right in front of my car in the middle of the street. This establishment will not have my business and neither will I recommend this place to anyone.

Boo. Bad customer service in the service department. I very much enjoyed the smug and condescending tone of the worker, who curtly told me they could not help me, since they are not a Mitsubishi dealer any longer. I could really tell that this was the highlight of his day. They tell you conflicting information, depending on who you talk to when you call in. They fail to mention they are no longer a Mitsubishi dealer as well.
