Just ordered my heating oil ... The price was great, loved that the minimum to order is only 100 gallons... Delivery date is tomorrow.... Set up was easy to leave payment in a specific location ... I will update on delivery timing after its been delivered... Keeping my fingers crossed that there are no issues. But 5 stars because so far so good all went smoothly.. Lets hope it stays that way...

They refused to do my cars inspection because “you can’t have any tint”. My tints are 45%. The legal in MA is 35% all around. They didn’t even bother checking. My car is more than legal.

I have been using Hilton Oil for years and I have found the prices to be more than fair and the service to be exceptional. The office personnel are always courteous and delivery is efficient and prompt.

This company is as terrible as they come! They delivered oil on an extremely windy day and did not properly close my fence. The wind eventually caused the gate to snap off after it was swinging back and forth. Instead of owning the mistake, they did a makeshift investigation and said that the fence was not properly installed. Clearly since it broke and we had to put it back up since we have large dogs that need a fenced in yard the post would not look to be installed properly. They came up with how they believed the vinyl fence should have been installed with a wood post in the middle, anyone with half a brain would know that the moisture would cause the wood to rot over time and the wood could end up causing more damage.

I Have done my car inspection here. No need to take an appointment. They have friendly and supportive staff. They have indoor and outdoor waiting area too.

This company is a joke. We have been trying to get oil delivered for 3 weeks now. We got an approval letter from fuel assistance 3 weeks ago 4 times community action Haverhill told us they faxed it over 4 times Hilton oil said they didnt get it. finally They faxed again Tuesday at first Hilton said they didnt get it then they checked and did get it. They said we would b delivered first think yesterday we called several times and were told we would delivered it could b 11 pm but it would b delivered never came. I called this morning and again being told today. Called community action they said when we get it we get. I have 3 kids one which is a baby we have had no heat since Sunday it is 32 degrees in our house last night we had to sit in the car to get the baby warm. This is a joke. Maybe they shouldnt contract to fuel assistant if they cant deliver when they say

I have never heard of such nasty customer service in my life. I not sure what is wrong with the lady that books the orders but Hilton oil you need a decent person answering the phones!!!

Went to go renewal my inspection sticker. They gave me a red R cause my window was too dark. Never going back there again. My window was around the 30% rang every time he tried it kept going up.

Was a slight hiccup with the truck but they did alright by me. Shop local.

Don’t buy here. The women who books the orders is a sad, mean, miserable old lady that has no customer service skills. I have been waiting for my deliver for 9 days now with no heat in my home. I called Monday afternoon and according to the mean old lady who answers the phone the delivery guy came and no one was home but I never received a call either. We then booked the delivery for the following day and it is now 630pm and still no delivery. I had called numerous times during the day and the same mean old lady said they deliver up to 11pm they will get here sometime today. This is my first and last time dealing with this company, I usually use Merrimack oil but they are booked up for over a week but at this point I can wait a few more days and get my delivery from Merrimack oil who is better in every aspect of the word. This place is a joke. I’ve never heard of a heating oil delivery at 11pm.
