I was very impressed with Service Department. I drive in and spoke with Sarah Lord and explained what I was there for. While checking me in she realized that one part was not there. At that point I was very upset, cause I had been there 3 times in regards to these issues with sales department and they were helping me address it and still now I haven’t got resolution. Let me say I had just bought it and found issues same day and took over 30 days they just rushed me for them to get sale, could of cared less after that which is sad that says wether I would refer Commonwealth to anyone. So I explained to Sarah why I was upset and she went back in talked with her manager and with the help of those exceptional people in service I was helped same day and I was able to get my issues finally resolved. “ No Thanks to Sales “ they are awful and that is sad, cause I feel that is we’re the business is most important, cause the sale of the car then leads to service the 2nd step. I have been in customer service for Over 35 years and have never been so disappointed in the sales department they should take lesson from Service a few of them.
Just another car dealership. No different than any other.Word of warning if you plan to do a Kia lease replacement. Kia Finance is a horror show to work with. Ive been trying for 4 months to get my Mass excise tax abatement from our prior Sorento. No luck yet. Every time I call they have no record of previous conversations and we start over. They even lost the information they requested that I sent by certified mail. They also have a policy of not returning calls or sending emails.
Monday 7/21/21 I called to schedule a car appointment pursuant to yet ANOTHER Kia recall! This one must #3 or #4.The recall notice said my car is unsafe to drive as as a result of the most recent recall.About 1 day ago, my car sounded starting making noise. My last service appointment was on Tuesday. They said without seeing the car that the noise had to be unrelated to the recall. They were CERTAIN of it, sight unseen. I have my familys safety at stake.Kia told me that I will be charged a fee in advance whether or NOT the damage was caused by me or the recall. I certainly will pay if it is my fault. But I was mortified that Erik the manager and his colleague summarily dismissed my request, so that was enough. I was NEVER told my car was out of warranty (just by 6,000 miles). I am a reasonable person. They just dont care about anyone or anything.Jesse at Commonwealth Motors (whom I never spoke to before) told me I was taking advantage of them I dont follow that. He refused to give me the first initial of his last name. Shady business there.I also may lose my trip to Maine this weekend, losing all my reservation money and food because they would not see my car. I wont drive in an unsafe vehicle. The fact you just flippantly said the recent issues are unrelated to the most recent recall baffles me. You were also rude and unprofessional with the last recall and I said nothing.As for the threats, these were mere reminders of the consequences if you dont follow through with a response. The sales experience was fine but if your looking for help after the sale, go elsewhere. I was having issues with my car and the people at this dealership couldn’t have been less helpful. The way that they engage with you makes it clear that money is the first, second, and third priority. Their sales motto shouldn’t be shop us last, you’ll love us, it should be shop us as a last resort.
I went to Kia commonwealth to check out what they had that would fit my requirements. Told them what I was looking for & they had one vehicle that was within my budget. No pressure from the sales people. My salesman, Bob, was friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasant experience working with him. He worked with me until I was comfortable with the financing. I bought the car that day. The process was pretty fast and easy. Love my new car. Commonwealth was great to work with.
I came in for an oil change and multi-point inspection on 10/9. The report I received showed 5mm or more of brake linings remaining on all four wheels. I returned a few days ago (12/15) for the 60K factory recommended service. After service was completed I was told that the rear brakes pads were in need of replacement - not nearing replacement, but in need of immediate replacement. I informed the SA that I would change the brake pads myself. Upon reviewing the invoice once I was home I noticed that the list of services performed was missing one major service. According to the owners manual flushing/changing the transmission fluid is required in severe driving conditions at 60k miles (this is Massachusetts, right?). I figured for the price this was included, but since I didnt ask ahead of time, and the SA didnt go over the services prior to taking my car in I guess thats partly on me.Back to the brakes. On my way home from the service appointment I stopped and picked up some new brake pads. The next day I get to work on changing them. To my surprise not only were the brake pads almost completely gone, over 50% of the rotor surface was completely rusted out and corroded. I cant find rotors in stock locally (except the dealer at dealership prices), so I slap on the new pads knowing that they will soon be destroyed by the corroded rotor surface. Now Im going to have to eat that money I spent on the pads once I can get new rotors and new pads (again) put on. First, I find it very hard to believe that my rear pads went from 5mm or more to almost gone in 2 months/3500 miles which are 90% highway miles with little stopping. Second, I find it very hard to believe that my rear rotors went from just fine to being almost completely destroyed by rust in that same amount of time/mileage. Something doesnt add up in this situation, and something tells me that the first inspection on 10/9 didnt actually take place or was not performed properly. I guess Ill just have to do these type of checks on my own in the future, and only rely on the dealership for warranty work if needed.This place is friendly, and the work is usually done pretty quickly, but if there is going to be trust issues here I cant be a return customer.

Jesse in your service department is by far one of the best people Ive ever come in contact with at a dealership. Hes smart, funny and really knows his stuff. I came in with a major issue that wasnt happening all the time and he not only fixed my issue, but in a timely manner. He was about to explain everything to me in a way that I can understand and I felt comfortable to make the repair purchase. His customer service skills are top notch. Ill be coming back over and over as long as hes there. Give this guy a bonus for going the extra mile.

Had an excellent experience, highly recommend Jessie was my Service Advisor, very professional and helpful. Technicians did a great job servicing my vehicle as well as give me the highest level of comfort knowing my car was in great hands. They provided me with a video so I could see exactly what was going on with my vehicle. All of my questions were answered and it felt good leaving knowing exactly was was going on with my Kia.

Our experience began with email information from Cassandra, who checked in consistently and updated us on pricing and availability. Our sales person was Ivan, who was excellent. He actually greeted me in the parking lot when I arrived to purchase the vehicle, without any prior appointment or notice. The turn around time within the dealership for the purchase was less than two hours. This is top notch based on my prior experiences in purchasing and leasing vehicles. We opted to purchase three accessories (roof cross bars, remote starter, and all weather mats), all of which were available and installed same-day. Ivan helped setup the Uvo system and went through some specifics of the vehicle. We worked with Chris for financing, who was also excellent. Overall, this was the most positive car-buying experience weve had and will absolutely recommend your dealership and will be repeat customers ourselves. Thank you.

Now that I’m quarantined, trying to make positive use of my time. When I was visiting my sister is Worchester, we had to take my car in for service. This was before Christmas so not sure if I have the guy’s name right. It was a girl’s name Jamie or Jess or something can’t quite remember but he made the service excellent and had a great sense of humor that made you feel comfortable when having to pay lots of money for service. The place was clean and efficient. 5 stars for yall so you can keep getting customers your way!

Been interested in a KIA Telluride SX, found they have a couple on the inventory exactly on the color I was looking for.Checked the website, got the price listed. Called to schedule an appointment, confirmed the price (see images attached).Drove 30 miles to their dealership, only to learn right when arrived that they added a surcharge given high demand (quoting the salesperson) of 10 thousand dollars. None of that was explained before.Informed I was going to give a bad review here, salesperson got angry and he, his manager and myself had a conversation about the lack of transparency on their prices and during the dialogue with me the manager indicated they have the price with the surcharge on their website and the salesperson also informed me that - which is not the case, as you can see on the prints.Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that provides a transparent price to their consumers. You can read some of the other 1 star reviews and they refer to the same situation here.

The time Zeke took in showing us how every feature of the car worked was excellent. The last car I leased from another dealership was so rushed that I never ended up being comfortable or familiar with most of the features. By the time we left, I felt completely at home within the car and felt confident that I could use any of the technology correctly. He was very thorough.

It was a nice atmosphere. However, when I told the salesman that I did not want to purchase a car that day, but receive information because I wanted to consult with my mother first, the manager kept asking What can I do for you to buy this car today and I repeatedly replied with Nothing, I wish to speak to my mother about this first. It was slightly frustrating since this is my first car and I wanted a hassle free experience. I do enjoy my car but I wish I was more informed about the Specs of the car. I wish the different types of cars were a bit more explained. I wish I went with a Volkswagen, to be completely honest. Also, they never alerted us for the first months payment via email or mail. We were told that the first month was covered. Second month, were hit with a bill for first and second month payment plus late fees. It was frustrating to say the least.

This was our first experience at Commonwealth Motors. Our sales guy, Zeke was terrific. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and more than willing willing to work with us as well as answer any questions we had. He was by far the best salesman we have ever worked with at any auto dealership. My only disappointment, was that we still had to play the pricing game to come up with our final net price. If it wasnt for that. we would have rated this a 5 +star experience
My daughter and future son in law where looking to trade in their Kia for a new one. They asked me to go since this was their 1st time buying a new car.Xavier came out and introduced himself and it was 7pm and they close at 8. After looking at 3 vehicles and 2 test drives he was not pushy at all. We sat down and after they decided on a 2019 Forte we talked numbers. I was their to negotiate. After a few times not only did they get what they wanted the payments were a little less.We left there at 10pm and they did not rush us at all. I know a sale is a sale but the professionalism was outstanding.
I went into Commonwealth Kia to check out a Stinger GT2. My Sales Person was Xavier and his Sales Manager was Josh. If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I would because the whole experience went by smooth. Everyone was very straight forward and to the point without any shady sales tactics.Once I went into the Finance Office and spoke to Eric I still didnt have a complaint. The experience was so good that I just had to go up to the owner himself and shake his hand for employing amazing employees.Needless to say I purchased the car and couldnt be happier.Thank you Commonwealth!
Warranty is a scam dont buy it. They give a bunch of excuses not to fix problems. First was my tire. It kept saying low over and over. They checked it said they sealed it and it would be good. Still Continued to leak so they said I had a bent rim. I went and got four new tires at a different place for a cheaper price and the leak surprisingly stopped. Most recently I went in as my auto hold light came on and stayed on. I was told my warranty wont cover it because I did my breaks elsewhere. I was then told that I could pay $120 for them to look into it to see if its a manufacturers default. I have already paid an extra couple thousand for the extended warranty which means nothing apparently. I called the mechanic that did my work on my breaks and he said he would talk to the dealership but they wanted nothing to do with it. I asked the service manager if the computer system is put to the car the calibers retract automatically and he agreed. So if the mechanic messed something up while fixing the car then both caliber motors would be ruined not just one. To top it all off now my aux outlet doesnt work after my visit on 4/29/17 when it was working perfectly fine before. I will never buy a car from this place again and I will make sure anyone I know doesnt either.
I Came to Commonwealth Kia with an very good idea of what I wanted because of the research I had done. I had a few questions that still lingered, which Bob was more than happy to answer them for me. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with me as I bought my first car. I got a great deal and walked away with a great car. I couldnt be happier, Thank you Commonwealth.
My husband and I had a good experience, which enabled us to pick out the SUV we wanted. The salesmen were all nice, we told them how we wanted to look for and SUV but we had to first look for comfort, one that was spacious, and a good price and color. they left us to shop and compare. We visited several times before we decided what we were buying. Our salesman was Bob Nerden, he was very nice, helpful, and humorous.
A great experience! My windshield wiper came off & the wiper motor stopped working. I brought my car in on a Sunday and they fixed it in no time :). The staff are always so kind and accommodating! Thanks!

Definitely had the stereotypical feeling of a car dealership, which is a negative. The folks we interacted with were nice enough, but not what I would call friendly.The car we came to see was being driven by the general manager when we arrived. Upon seeing the car, it looked as if someone had messily eaten their lunch in the back. And there were over a hundred miles on a brand new car, which was released that week.Came prepared to buy that specific car, left feeling uneasy about buying anything from the dealership. Maybe mine is an uncommon experience, but I cannot recommend this dealership.
I was in to get my Optima Kia 2008 looked at for repairs when Ivan approached me with possibly looking into leasing a new car. He was extremely helpful as I had no experience buying or leasing a brand new car ever. It was awesome! Kept in my price range, friendly, professional & listened to my concerns as well as answered all my questions. I originally enjoyed my experience upon first visit to test drive vehicle. But when we arrived to make a deal and were not given ANYWHERE near the amount discussed with their online sale dealer it left an extremely sour taste in our mouths. Either we were being lied to by the online sale department and given a low sales price just to get us to dealership or the on floor sales department is dirty?! (Shocking) Either way, what a complete waste of time.
When my 2016 Soul lease was up, Josh and Ivan Lovera were outstanding in setting me up in a 2019 KIA Sportage. I love the car and the sales experience was quick and easy. I personally or my daughters have either purchased or leased overnight 9 KIAs in the 15+ years we have been doing business with Commonwealth KIA. Love the cars, the dealership, sales, service and treatment. When things are done well, why go anywhere else. I highly recommend this dealership and team.
