Very unprofessional. I went in for my check engine light and they checked EVERYTHING except for my light. When I called to check on it they had to go back and check why the light was on. So I got charged for checking EVERYTHING else except for what I originally took it in for. Not going back to this place even though my car is through auto exchange! Horrible service!

Originally went to Auto Exchange for a second opinion to repair a leaking valve on my 2011 Escape, a $2000+ repair. Auto exchange was able to find me a certified used engine with less miles. The first auto shop did not even tell me this was a possible course of action. Taking this route saved me over $500 and rid me of a problematic engine.Since then all my auto repairs have gone through Auto Exchange. Their service center is always able to get my cars in and an estimate back to me with in 24 hours. Auto Exchange has always quoted my repairs fairly and the work has always been done correctly the first time.

Purchased my car from Auto Exchange last year and figured I would try out their service center for a few minor fixes and a full service oil change. Their mechanics are certified and very pleasant to deal with. Service and repair prices were more than fair. I trust this place, and will switch over to them for my cars future needs.
