Nice place and very friendly staff. You can just call and ask for the parts and go there to pickup. They can look for parts from all around the country and bring it there. No need to pull it yourself. Also they check for the damage before giving the parts and they come with their warrenty. However, the part I was looking for was not good on their location and they told me they will bring it for me from topeka and I will receive the call. Later I never received the call and also I could not reach them when I called. I would definitely go there again.

I had been searching the net for a small trim piece for my wifes car...to no avail. I stopped here and had it two days later. Fast service and great price!

I rarely write reviews but wanted to share what a positive experience I had with LKQ Mid- America in Lawrence. I was referred to them by another business who spoke very highly of them. I have to say that Mark, the manager at LKQ, definitely made an impression on me as he helped me find what I was looking for in no time! Mark personally went out on the lot to find the parts while I waited for just a short time. Mark was professional and had an impressive working knowledge of his business. I later contacted him again to find a part for my Dad who lives out in Western Kansas. My Dad has a 1997 Buick that he just doesnt want to give up because it runs just fine. The AC, however, stopped working and the local shop there couldnt find the part. Mark was again extremely helpful and the part is now on its way to my Dad. I feel he was very fair and honest and that is important to my Dad and to me. I would definitely recommend contacting Mark at LKQ in Lawrence if you have a need for a part. If it can be found, he will find it. Because of him and his excellent customer service, I give this business 5 stars!

I had both of my mirrors torn off my Ford Edge. I had never heard of LKQ, but this place is amazing and a huge blessing money wise. The staff was great and very helpful. I will definitely be back to LKQ again..

Needed glass for the whole side of a vehicle. Called and talked to Rodney, he was super friendly and beyond kind. He did not make me feel stupid for not knowing the proper names of the glass pieces I was looking for or how to determine which side is considered left or right. Will be ordering the glass next week. I will never go to another place for parts as just this one phone call made me a customer for life!

I needed a replacement fender and head light. They didnt have the fender there but had it at their Topeka shop so they had it there the next day. They had a head light but two of the mounts were broken so they gave it to me for free and buffed it. The fender matched my car color perfect and only had to pay $40.00 for it. Great deal and service.

I needed tools for my Chevy trailblazer. The dealership wanted 180 dollars for the crank handle/ lug wrench and the crank extension to lower the spare tire.I paid less than 40 bucks for the tools and they had them the next day. The tools fit and function like expected and now I dont have to worry about not being able to lower the spare tire in case of a flat.

I got what i needed so i will give it 5 stars based on that, but the counter person was a jerk with horrible customer skills.

Good place to pick up some car parts if you cant find any where else.
