Took the car after a collision with a Deer the staff was very friendly and professional they did a perfect job on the repairs and updates about the car.

Needed a quick replacement of a side mirror on my car. I was able to bring it in and get the repair done in less than an hour at a great price. Was very happy with how quick and easy the process was!

This place is great! As a young woman, I am always afraid that auto shops are going to see me and try to rip me off. This place treated me like I was part of their family. They are so friendly and helpful and worked with me to give me what I needed at a more than reasonable price. I will definitely come to them for anything that comes up in the future!

Fair pricing and great work

These guys are WONDERFUL! I did not grow up in the Lawrence area and have been trying to find a shop I trust to repair a few issues and finally have with Hite Automotive. A friend recommended me and I felt completely taken care of while dealing with professionals. Can’t recommend them more!

Im sure they do great work here, but I never got a chance to find out for myself.After using their website to set up an estimate on my hit-and-ran car, I showed up during the specified time. The guy (who never introduced himself) looked at me, apparently unaware his own website had the power to schedule appointments. He (understandably) wanted me to go through insurance When I finally got him to spit out a number value for the repairs, it was MORE THAN DOUBLE of what I eventually got it done for, without going through insurance.They may be awesome, but they are full of themselves.

Very pleased with the service and kindness here. I needed some body work done so I took it to two separate places in town to see what they would charge me. This place was literally 1/3 the cost of the other one!

Took my car in with minor front end damage. looked great, but engine cover screws missing and transmission was whining??? They had no business under my hood. 3500$ to fix the transmission

Someone hit my car in a parking lot in Hutchinson. A kind person gave my brother and I bailing wire to pull the losened dust guard off the tire. It was late night and pitch black so all this was done in the dark while using a phone as a flash light. Called Hite next morning. They said they would estimate it free. Took it in and a young guy who I spoke with on the phone came out with me looked at the damage and said it would need to be replaced and showed me the giant crack. He then checked the wiring job my brother an IT guy from Chicago did. Said that it was exactly how they would have done it and charged 50.00 for. He said I was fine to drive it till I saved up the money for my deductable. I will be bringing my car back to them once I have the money set asside. Did not charge me for anything and praised my brother for a job well done in the temporary repair. Thanks for being honest and awesome.

I give them one star because they actually fixed my car. The remaining 4 arent there because of how I was treated. One specific employee repeatedly cut me off and told me wrong information twice. He was rude and unapologetic. Im never going to take my car here again.
