Over the top customer service by young man named Mikhael. Management needs to keep an eye on this young man. He is the total package - neat appearance, efficient, shows he cares about his job, and in all my years, I have never experienced such outstanding customer service. Hes the kindof young man who will be a success in life at whatever he chooses to do. You just dontget the kind of service he provides anywhere anymore.
