My experience was definitely something I did not expect, the word salesman couldnt describe the guy who helped me, this guy was wearing dirty jeans first of all I dont care about laid back clothing much but he looked nasty, he was smoking when he said hello, claimed I will bring down price a bit but when I showed up he didnt even offer $100 off, lastly he said I couldnt drive the car until I gave him my social security # and I was approved, in conclusion I wouldnt go to this dealership if i saved $2000 on a car, this guy wouldnt know what customer service means if he worked for J.D power .

So, being a family of 4 I buy many many cars and never, like most people enjoy the dance of negotiating, and always worry that once I drive off the lot that I will have regrets. I have to say, dealing with Kevin the owner at Showcase was a very seamless pleasant transaction from the moment we drove on the lot and also including the follow up after we left the lot with the great car. Very fair price and both parties left happy. Even though for me it is a 2 hour drive to Showcase, next time I am in the market I first will be looking at Kevins inventory. Thank you.

Very nice courteous staff great prices and no preassure

I bought a car about a month ago, at 1st glance the car looks like it was in great shape. About 2 weeks later 2 of the rims were cracked I had to get repaired and there is to warning notifications on the car screen that keeps popping up because the car have a shortage. Now this place is a small dealership, if I bought this car there should have been a diagnostic on it and Im sure the dealership knew about the shortage so this is a Problem. This place sales use cars with problems that may or may not fixable. I give it a 1 out of 5 stars because they should have known about the problems.But there Customer-service was OK but sometimes the main head guy, the owner Im guessing, was not at the dealership so I would have to play a waiting game till he arrived. A couple of times.
