I called first, asked about repairs for my mower, was told it would take about a week. Loaded it up, dropped it off, two weeks later, hadn’t heard from them, called them up, now they said, maybe another two weeks, cuz they haven’t even looked at it yet. needless to say, I went back, collected my mower and won’t be back anytime soon. honest opinion ? don’t waste your time…

Big girl working at the lawnmower section acts like she knows everything, her customer service is terrible. I bring my broken gasket to get the exact same size she sells me one smaller. Assures me that it will work so i made the purchase. Come back because it didn’t and then she tries to make it my fault she gave me the wrong size. Thats not how you talk to customers. She definitely needs some retraining.

Took my mower there for repair, I purchased my unit from Badcock and it would not start. When I droped it off for repair the short lady was so nice and sweet. I don’t really understand how you guys and girls do business? You talk to customers like they are stupid and treat people like they are subhuman! You don’t honor warranties and people have to fix it them selves!! If you feel the need to resolve this, then you can contact me! My elder dad has enough problems to deal with! Overpriced and if you are getting warranty work done they usually find a reason to not have it covered under the warranty so you have to pay their over priced parts and labor.
