Disclaimer: I am not the customer myself, I accompanied the customer on more than one occasion and witnessed this myself.My friend brought in a manual 1988 Chevy S-10 to have the clutch replaced. To keep it short, over the course of this repair, this shop did SEVERAL things badly:1) They grossly underestimated the time the repair would take, originally stating it would be not just looked at, but finished completely in 3 to 4 days. It has now been 3 weeks.2) During follow up calls to check the status of the repair, they lied and changed their stories several times. In fact, we eventually found that even though they had said they were nearly finished previously, about a week in they hadn’t even bothered to look at it.3) They added SEVERAL things to repair without consulting the customer on whether they had permission to do so, and these were things which had previously been known to be perfectly fine and operable anyway.4) They finally “finished” the truck today, only for it to break down from the exact same problem again in literally less than half an hour of driving (a 15 minute drive home, followed by a 5 minute drive into town a few hours later, where it broke down and I had to go pick him up again so he could get home).5) When the customer left his own review several days ago, the company responded by lying and saying that he had never been a customer there to begin with.To conclude, despite some other positive reviews, I personally would not ever consider going here, and advised my friend to not even deal with them anymore, because we’re still fairly certain that bringing it back to fix their mistake will just lead to more mistakes.Since Google doesn’t currently let you respond to businesses’ responses, I figured I’d give an updateI double checked to make certain I wasn’t mistaken, and I’m not. They are now lying in their response to me in an attempt to save face publicly. I was present for almost all of these interactions, and as stated originally, the workers here acted grossly incompetent. The fact that they lie on multiple people’s reviews really isn’t helping their case.If you guys have time to make up stories in response to negative interviews within an hour and a half of receiving them, surely you could make some time to actually get the orders done at the time you originally stated, as well as, ya know, actually fixed and done the way customers wanted?

They had my truck for quite awhile, then after I paid I got stranded about 15-20 minutes away because the issue was not fixed.
