This fedex location is outstanding! The folks there are all super friendly and super personable! I am confident that whatever challenges I’ll have for the day concerning shipping out goods or mailing any thing out, I’ll be taken care of. The individuals that have stood out and have been in particular very helpful to me are Moses, and Ms. Viviana! I’m not as technically inclined or very arts crafty when I need to be, but anytime I show up these 2 are always ready to answer any questions (Thanks Moses) and very very helpful in getting whatever package I need to get together in the right SIZE box (Thank you Viviana) The store super clean and everyone is just great!

Great location and well staffed. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. They have markers in the group to know stand 6 ft apart. Store is very easy to navigate around and to drop off packages. Clean bathrooms and everyone is wearing a mask during these Covid 19 times. Parking is easy to find and store is right off route 1

Viviana did an amazing job making a custom-sized, coil-binded, presentation book print job!! She was very enthusiastic the work she did which made me glad to have used this FedEx for my printing needs. I look forward to coming back to this store when I need to.

An Office Supply Store, a Workstation, Copy & Print, Pack & Ship, Sisng and Banners....it is a One Stop shop!!!Good thing they do not have a coffee vending machine coz I will stay the whole day and feel homey!

I visited the copy center a few weeks ago to have several patterns done on the plotter printer. I had never used one before. Gerrad who worked there was extremely helpful and he made the copies for me and then he showed me how to use the printer in the future. Thanks for the great customer service Gerrad!!!

Would like to give zero start because of the store manager..To fed ex, please fire and hire a professional educated manager who went through proper customer training and know the true meaning of managerial ethics OR replace him with one of the women employee who was very professional in treating the customers and concerns.I wonder how fed ex hired this unprofessional manager who doesnt even know the basics sense of being a manager.I also had a conversation with one of the customer who visited the store and she felt the same way. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.Please avoid doing business here until manager gets proper professional training or a replacement happens.

I had a great experience here. I got a high quote at UPS, so I wanted to try my luck at FedEx.Gered/Jered greeted me with a warm smile, under neath his mask and I was serviced with care and patience. I had a great experience here. Thank you to an awesome staff

Everyone in here delivers top-notch customer service. I had to return about 3 boxes to FedEx and they were large, but not heavy. The one lady (early 20s) volunteered to help me without asking, but I declined and used the dolly. Moses helped me ship everything back to the sender. He and the older gentleman (salt and pepper gray hair with glasses) were knowledgeable and friendly. No one made me feel as if I was bothering them. Do what you can to keep good people like this!

I frequent this particular FedEx Office Print & Shippkng. The store is always neat and orderly. The copiers have always been in service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. One employee that especially stands out is James. James is very knowledgeable and provides customer service that goes above the norm. That level of customer service shapes the customer service culture of the store. I will continue to choose this location for my office,print, and shipping needs.

Temporarily without my computer and their computer services, copying, and fax have been extremely helpful.

Poor customer service. The young women at the desk watched me while I was waiting in line for at least 10 minutes and didn’t help.her co worker was helping another customer and then when I was finally being helped, the same young women asked me move away from the register to help someone that had just walked in. Very rude. I will no longer come here or use there services for my business.

Whoever is delivering for our area always delivers to the wrong house, its almost as if its on purpose at this point, and our neighbors dont ever bring our packages back to us. I reach out every time to them and all I get is a sorry. I recommend using another delivery service in our area or not ordering anything of value when going fedex.

Love, love, love this FedEx Office location. Ive been going to this location for about 13 years now. I almost always e-mail them with last minute, rush jobs (like last night, ha!) and they always get the job done within my crazy deadline and beautifully. Signs, color copies...everything Ive had done there has looked lovely. The people who work there are very courteous and attentive. I should have posted this review years ago. They are true life-savers!

Alena went above and beyond to get my packages shipped. I came in with a bunch of boxes that were beaten to hell, and they kindly refused to ship them with insurance. I agreed to replace the boxes with new ones, and she was patient as I proceeded to make a mess in their store doing so. She insisted on throwing the old cardboard in the dumpster for me, and put together the new boxes as well. Very friendly and attentive, did everything with a smile on her face. Would come here again.

Staff is very friendly and super helpful. We are a business located in the next plaza over and we use this location frequently for our shipping and printing needs and have been more than satisfied, with every project!

Customer service is extremely slow. They only had one person in the store working and she was moving like she could care less about the long line forming. Never apologized for or acknowledged all the people waiting in line. Horrible

Wasted 5 dollars to go on my email and print. Then afterwards I was told this shipping company, (yes a company that sends things!) doesn’t sell individual envelopes or stamps. On top of this? They charge $7.50 at the cheapest to send a regular letter to Baltimore. Wow.

3 stars for efficiency, 2 extra stars for effective staffing like Keilani who committed to my company job and made our Saturday event successful!I had sent the job online on Thursday but needed a few corrections to be made.Seeing that this corrections have to go back for approval, needed someone to be on top of itI admires keilanis whole hearted commitment to clientele satisfaction.she stayed through her shift the thursday night till 11.pm making the calls for aproval but because of the volume had to pick it up at 10.30 pm the next day Friday.Guess who was there to make sure it was all done?Keilani.......you rock at what you do girl.I would bring in more cards and fliers for you to do

I came to this location twice in the past week. And had bad experiences both times.Long lines, personal not sure about the services. Then the whole system went off line. I wasted my time for 45 min. Went to Staples and I was done in less then 5 min.
