This store has an amazing lay out as well as some amazing customer service. I visited a day this week from out of town,I was in the laurel area on a business trip and needed a couple of items.once I walked thru the door I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding something it didnt take long for the young lady by the name of Tikenya to lead me to the correct aisle and assist me. A very bright and helpful associate with a smile that lights up a room. When I am back in that area I will be visiting again. Thanks alot office depot for making a business trip so easy.

I needed to send an important document and called for the email address. The rude guy who answered the phone as if it were his home and I was disturbing him is named Dale. He proceeded to give me the wrong email address and when I read it back he confirmed it. I sent the email it bounced back. Luckily a very sweet girl named Caitlin answered when I called back gave me the correct email address and confirmed receipt of my document. NEVER have I EVER dealt with a rude employee at Office Depot. He need not EVER provide customer service again! Leave your problems and unprofessional attitude at the door DALE! To be clear: The one star is for Caitlin.

Arrived at 8 am to have resumes printed for two interviews today and tomorrow. Sign stated that part of the store wasn’t open until 9am. Lady behind the print desk informed me that I could just send it to the self portals. I asked if the portals had resume paper. She said they didn’t but she could just give me some from behind the desk. Disappointed in the store changes.

The staff were fairly courteous when we entered the store, asking if we needed help. The cashier was very efficient. Decent visit. In and out.

Office Depot in Laurel Mississippi they are so nice and dont have to wait explain things to you since I got a monitor and Tower package I had a pulled muscle so they was able to load it up in my car for me, very friendly and love the new look inside . Thankyou

Went to print a speial documentfrom email and their computer constantly froze and the worker didnt know how to restart the computer and then he asked for my email password saying i must not have logged in correctly.Also not enough staff to help the customers needing assistance.

They should have more help. It was ok but that poor man was being run to death
