This is my daughters first car! For the past 3 years, the staff have been very friendly and professional. We love receiving notifications about when and what type of maintenance service is due. Since we live very close to the dealership, they offer valet services. A convenience that is truly appreciated. Our only wish is that they automatically wash and vacuum the car before returning the vehicle. This bonus service IS available but only by request. Overall, for the 3 1/2 years we have had a good experience!

All too often people are quick to be negative and or be critical…I am not one of those people. I believe when a person goes above and beyond to meet the needs, or in some instances the wants of the customer, this needs to be celebrated and shared, so here it is. For a while, my husband wanted a hardtop convertible car. I got tired of dipping his toe in those waters, so I took the wheel and dove into this endeavor headfirst to make his want a reality (and to shut him up). I conducted a Google search and low and behold, a beautiful 2020 hardtop was available near us! I showed him the car and he looked at it like he looked at me 30 years ago….I reached out to dealership via the text and told the person what we wanted. Low and behold, Nick called us immediately. His genuine zeal and quick response was captivating and a sign of a savvy and serious business man. We made an appointment with Nick. When we physically met with Nick, (this was about a 4 hour time from from the first point of contact) he immediately and enthusiastically met with us. Nick gave us the key for a test drive and my husband fell in love with the car. Nick took the time to explain the process, answered all the questions we had, quickly assessed our trade-in and That beautiful hard top is now sitting in our driveway. If you want an auto from the dealership, don’t waste your time dealing with just anybody….go to Nick, he’s a master of his craft. His professionalism and personality were top notch! Terrible dealership that does whatever they can to scam people. We should have never purchased a vehicle from these people. Buyer beware**update we are at almost 4 months now and the dealership still has not transferred plates from our old vehicle for us to get a new registration.**The absolute worst dealership and chain dealers you could work with. Please do not go to this place for your vehicle needs. They will just ignore your calls, and avoid their mistakes.

Please read my previous response. This was probably the least favorable experience that I have had at a Nissan dealership, and Ive owned three Nissan vehicles since 2005. That includes the service department personnel. I scheduled a 7:00AM appointment, but it didnt appear that the service department was even open when I arrived. As I waited in my car, I saw a service advisor walking in and out of the building smoking a cigarette. One of the service personnel finally came to my vehicle and told me that someone would be with me soon. The waiting area smelled like cigarette smoke, was dimly lit and dingy.

Gary Collins was amazing! Did a really good deal for us, was very polite, fun and easy going. The experience of buying my first car was perfect, my next car will definitely be with him too.

It started out really rocky as I had an appointment for 3 pm and stood on the lobby for about 20 minutes with people coming and going and only one Hyundai guy asking me if I had been helped. Once he found out I was there for Nissan, I continued to just stand there until I asked was I in the right place for my appointment. Then I was checked in. I also paid like $86 for an oil change. Not sure about that!!!!

The day of my purchase I felt the dealership was doing their best to close our deal. I felt they could have provided more information on the car and financing before heading to the back office to close. Additionally, the car wasn’t fueled before leaving even though I sat with the back office for about an hour. One day after purchasing, I returned for my mats and comp for the fuel, it took forever to get assistance. It was like I didn’t even exist to this dealership anymore. I did get the mats, but I still haven’t seen my comp but I’m told by my sales rep that I will receive one. My family is in the market to purchase another car ASAP, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this Ourisman. We will be considering others brands for the time being. Thank you.

I recently bought a car here and immediately as I pulled in Mr. Giles N. was there to assist. He worked on selecting the right car for me making sure my needs and wants were met. My salesman Nick was awesome, he answered all my questions and concerns. I first contacted him in September when I needed a car but me being out of work for so long I could only get an approval after being to work for 3 months. I waited because he was the best I had came in contact with after the 3 months he was able to get me approved even with an open bankruptcy. I now have a 2017 Honda accord and any issues, Ive contacted him and he has resolved them. I would definitely recommend Nick for your car purchase he works hard to get you approved!!
