Salesman was very nice and professional. He spent time with us and informed about products. The manager was great and worked with us to get good deal with price matching and beat competitors pricing. Very good sales experience. I haven’t received the mattress yet will update later on that.

I had bought a purple matress there that in the end for me wasnt a good fit. Though the first time I was there as well it was friendly service & not pushy at all. I went back on the 120 day return policy to exchange my mattress recently. The man was very accommodating, understanding, knowledgeable & even got me a great deal that they were running.The service is amazing & I really appreciated that 100% ^_^ if I ever need another mattress Ill be going back there for sure. Walked in just to see what they had. Andrew greeted me and offered assistance and was happy to stand aside a allow me the opportunity to look around. Eventually he offered some knowledge and helped me find a couple mattresses that i liked. Ended up purchasing a mattress and got some free stuff as well. While there the other staff was working with other customers and they appeared very friendly and the customers were also happy. Only downside was having to wait a bit for the base to be instock but I dont mind.

Anani and Keith were helpful and knowledgeable. I worked directly with Anani but spied on how Keith handled his people too😁. Anani took his time and gave excellent attention to all of his clients and he had several in the store. He helped me narrow down my suggestions and let me take my time deciding. He gave me price comparisons and didnt push me into the more expensive options. He gave me pros and cons of both options. The store was clean, socially distanced, everyone wore masks, hand sanitizers and other safety precautions were in place. The visit was comfortable and the purchasing process was easy. He was helpful in going beyond the normal discounts or sale discounts and found ways to make the price extremely appealing. Their 0% interest financing is also a wonderful feature with low monthly payments. Overall I really appreciated their courtesy and professionalism. It was a pleasant buying experience and I will return there for future purchases.

This was my first time buying a high-end mattress, and Andrew was extremely helpful! He showed me a variety of options based on my preferences and made sure I was comfortable with the price I was paying. I was stuck somewhere on the delivery day and was not at home to receive the mattress and base. The delivery guys cooperated with the workaround and setup everything perfectly in the bedroom! I went in twice to check out beds as I was in the process of buying a new house. Both times associates were very helpful with information and there was no pressuring to buy. He was helping me and another lady off and on at the same time, letting us take our time and sample beds while explaining the various differences. You can schedule individual appts but i actually find it helpful listening to someone else’s questions.When I was debating which kind of adjustable base, he helped me walkthrough my own thought process on if I would use features or not long term with no pressure to buy. I ended up with less expensive base because I knew i wouldn’t use the massage feature after the novelty wore off.With it being during Covid, Store was very clean and both employees and the other patrons were social distancing and wearing masks.

Had a great experience with Anani at the Laurel, MD Mattress Firm. We had called him earlier in the day to ask questions about a mattress brand and when we visited later in the day he remembered the conversation and what we were looking for. The mattress we wanted was not in stock in their warehouse so he made several calls to find us the brand and size we wanted at another store on the east coast. The mattress was available within 5 days of the purchase.

I want to say a big thank you to Keith. I called him 2 weeks ago trying to get the number of the regional manager for Mattres firm and make a complain about the greenbelt Mattres firm location because of the rudeness I experience with JOAN. I actually purchased my Mattres from the greenbelt location, they delivered the wrong Mattres and on top of that Joan spoke to me very rudely. Keith stepped in and de-escalated the situation. He took responsibility of a purchase that wasnt even from his store and made sure I received my correct mattress. He even followed up with a call to ensure the delivery was as expected. Now thats what you call customer service. I wish I had purchased my mattress from his store initially. He was knowledgeable and polite, good humored and not pushy at all. I wanted to try the purple mattress because I had been aggressively targeted by online ads and wanted to see what the fuss was about. Im so glad I went in store to try it for myself, because I actually hated the feel of it! Having never bought a mattress before, I wasnt sure what kind of feel I wanted, so I might have tried 10 beds, each for somewhere between 5-25 minutes, but he never expressed frustration, and wasnt aggressively up selling me. He would check in from time to time as I did my best Goldilocks impression, trying everything, but eventually I kept coming back to the same bed. I walked out with a mattress I love in the price range I was looking for.

Came back 100 days later :Had to come back due to bed being to firm for me and am grateful this place offers 120:days exchange, more than the normal 90 days which was great since I passed the 90 day period.
