The gentleman behind the counter was nice enough, said their lumber was more than Lows because it was better. When they went to load my truck the lumber was horrible, when I wanted to exchange some for better the guy had a bad attitude. When I told the loaders what I was told about the quality they laughed and said they got you with that one too. I spent $1000.00 for poor lumber and bad attitude, you would think your experience would be better at a small business trying to compete in a big box store world.

Gentleman who loads your order is very unprofessional. Acts like you are wasting his time. The lumber you get from here is below par. Knotty wood, warped boards and splits down them. When asked to get different board, the loader acts like a child. Finally gave up. When I got home didn’t see a board with mold all over it. Loader should have seen this easily and not given to me. Things need to change here.

Ordered over the phone and Joey was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pleased to have a speedy delivery. Great selection of outdoor trim.

Always hate to see negative reviews on places I thought were great. Fair and square. Good on returns and deliveries. Very impressed with velux windows- quality of pella or Anderson at near half the price. Prompt in replacing broken window on delivery.

Alright place except Jake who grabs your order. What a sad grumpy little guy. He needs to grow up and not act like a 13 year old girl at her first job haha
