Little over 6 years I completed a long hard search for the laser I wanted to purchase. Went to Tyrrell Tech, Inc. Where Travis gave me a demo and explained all my concerns. Who of my biggest issues is making sure I had good service if needed. After Travis delivered my unit he has never left me hanging on any concern. Alway been there when I had a questionscor issue. They are a great company to deal with, they dont try to upsell and are not pushy. Recently I had them come to the shop for PM to one of my machines, Alex did an incredible job, fixed my machine to almost new condition. The worst experience ever !!! This location should not be a retail service place ! When I walk in I’m approached by three dogs with one of the dogs growling at me .... greeted with one pursing coming from the back after about two minutes ... I drop off my machine let them know the problem that all I needed were two roller wheels and a plastic clip .The lady took my order and said the service man would call me. I never received one call, They had the number wrong the whole time! never asked me for my number! when I stated I never received a call when talking to the lady for the second time it’s been 10 days still no call ! I called today and finally talk to the service guy he informs me my machine is broke and it is too old to be fixed they do not sell the parts for my machine.When I come to pick up my machine, once again approached by three dogs the lady goes to the back to get my machine brings it out and says nothing. I asked could I speak with the service guy she goes to the back and gets him. From there he’s telling me my machine cannot be fixed I question him about the wheel that was missing from my machine he then stated that it was trash so he threw it in the trash. however I asked him why, he said I will give you two new wheels. Not to mention they just tried to sell me the wheels for $30.00 apiece . then he lets me know that the board in my machine was in the back of the store? I asked him why was it not in the machine, he said because it was trash. So they were going to hand me back my machine with my parts still in the back! Then he proceeds to let me know I cannot fix my machine there is nothing he can do sorry !!! Smh Maybe your luck will be better than mine, but I’ll take my business elsewhere!!!

Tyrelltech has never let me down. Ive purchased a few pieces of equipment from them, including a laser and wide format printer, and their service is exceptional. The entire staff genuinely cares and is easy to get along with. They are reliable partners. They will also dig hard to find solutions, as opposed to other vendors who give up. I would not hesitate to do business with them or recommend them.

I dont usually write reviews but i do read them all of the time but i thought in this case it is warranted. I believe when you run a business you need suppliers that partner with you to make your business their business to help you grow and be successful. I must say from the owner Craig to the manager Tracey to the Tech Chris and customer service Lexi. They are a big part of my business. I have had to call them at night and on weekends to help me trouble shoot and the always respond no matter what. I dont shop prices because the value in Tyrell Tech is not the cheap pricing but the caring partnership they create with their customer. In buying equipment i hope this review helps you in your quest for a supplier.

I have been working with Tracey at TyrrellTech for 3 years now. She is quick to answer questions and if shes stumped she goes above and beyond to find the answers. TyrrellTech hasnt let me down in 3 years. I have no reason to look elsewhere for supplies or equipment for my business. I have purchased 2 Mimaki printers and a laminator from them. Hopefully more equipment in the future.

I would like to offer a honest review about Tyrrell Tech and their employees. They are a company that care about their customers and make sure I receive the best products - that are needed for the jobs i have to do. If i have a question, Tony (the sales employees) is super verse on all the products and knows just the item I need. And Lexi is super helpful as well when ordering, and very accommodating to me and my company. She went out of her way to make sure that i received my merchandise even if it involved her taken it home, so that i could pick it up after hours. I have also dealt with their technicians over the phone and in person, and each one has been super helpful. They are always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them and Tyrrell Tech.

Just want to say this company understands customer service!!! I recently bought a XR640 from someone and it was damaged in transport. I hired another local company to come fix and all they did was leave me with a bill and a broken machine. I reached out to Tyrell Tech and the energy was totally different, from the first call Brian a tech was extremely knowledgeable he knew exactly what was going on with the machine from a few questions. I had a pending job that I needed the machine to fufill and the owner Tracey did me a huge favor she printed the job for me for free so my customer could get their order while the machine was under repair. I called this location from one hour away to find ink for a printer they tell me over the phone they have a set in stock I drive here they tell me oops we sold 1 and only have 1 left also tells me it’s ok to print with just one! Which is false! You need both sets to print black. It’s the closest place to my area of nothere Virginia and I hope I never have to come get supplies! Plus they over charge for the equipment they sale demos are selling over retail new!
