Severely disappointed. For one, the prices are extremely high for a thrift store. Selling clearance from New York and company for over full price is ludicrous. Also, it’s called red white and blue, patriotic right? Meanwhile, there is no military discount. This blew me away. Next on the list is the smell. A strong scent of cigarettes circulates throughout the building. A few air purifiers could do wonders. Finally, to top it off, it’s cash only. Who the heck carries cash like that? They have a atm which they obviously use to profit from folks having to use cash only. I will never return and I will ensure none of the 40 families I assist weekly go either. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a thrift store. Never again.

First time checking this place out. It’s crazy crowded, staff stocking racks don’t really care about bumping into you. They’re main goal is to get through anything and anyone to get it hung on the rack. Prices are insane. $20 for a free people distressed tank top! Did find vintage Levi shorts and a $300 dress for $7 so that was cool. Another thing, STAPLING TAGS TO CLOTHES! What? Why? Also, beware of a lot of fake designer handbags. Check for those authentic labels and tags! And this place is cash only. They have an ATM but it’s kind of odd to me that they don’t take cards. Other than that, lots to find and overall very friendly environment.

I have been a loyal shopper here for a couple of years. Unfortunately, prices here have skyrocketed, particularly on video games and books. I have seen prices here that I never thought imaginable-Shelves of books that are priced at $20, 30. even in the $100s. Ive seen Advanced Readers paperbacks (books that are not yet released and illegal to sell) priced at $10-$15. Worse, many dont sell and they just THROW THEM AWAY! Perfectly good books, and instead of taking a few bucks off theyd rather toss them in the garbage and make nothing. Its insanity.

This store is a joke. Their prices are absolutely INSANE, it’s criminal. It should be illegal to call themselves a thrift store with prices at or above retail. Employees are rude and will run into you with racks. They sell fraudulent “designer” bags at $400+ with no authentication which IS a federal crime. They have 4 colors with 50-75% discount, but do not tag anything in these colors (no surprise). And they only accept cash- which is ridiculous especially with the amount they charge.

Everything in the store is priced so high I might at well go buy retail.... I picked three items and brought them to the counter. It’s cash only, remember if you decide to go. I went in January 2021 (there’s a pandemic) so fitting rooms were closed, if there were any available beforehand I’m not sure. It was priced like a regular fast fashion chain, I bought 3 items for $50 that’s the most I’ve ever spent on 3 items at a thrift I was shocked because of the location as well. Granted I purchased a winter coat, which was really nice but the pants being expensive as well was confusing. Thrift stores are to be accessible second hand clothing that help their community. If you’re going to go I suggest setting aside time to hit up multiple thrift stores just in case your solely disappointed from this one. Also set aside time to go early, my friend had visited and raved about it. Guess it’s a hit or miss 🤷🏽‍♀️

I did an experiment with this thrift store once and it turned out terrible. I came and DONATED my destroyed pair of Jordan 11s along with other old designer items to see how they would price them. Yesterday, I see they finally put the shoes on the rack for a whopping $100. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I say this because thrift stores are made for the less fortunate. You guys don’t pay for donated items. So, why rip our own people off just because you see a brand? This isn’t Platos Closet this is the THRIFT STORE so act like it!

Cash only :( no fitting rooms. The store is very clean and organized thankfully. Unfortunately not just once have the cashiers have added up the items wrong and charged way more than I expected to pay since I do the math while I wait in line. The manager is rude and does dirty business from what I’ve heard and seen while I have shopped there. The back staff always seems to be very overworked meanwhile managers walk around doing nothing. AND Just because an item is Nike or Victoria secret it’s always priced over $20 with no discount EVEN if it looks very old. It’s obvious that management and cashiers steal, they keep the prices high and only accept cash... suspicious since it’s only a thrift store. if you look in the back you can see the outrageous amount of work that the staff has to do in a short period of time, no student discount is offered and on discount days, the colors that are on “sale” aren’t seen anywhere throughout the store so there aren’t really any discounts given. It’s a such a shame because there are really good items!! and its conveniently located right in the center of town. Won’t be coming back as often..

I have been shopping here for years. Today they ran a special which was advertised on the HUGE TV screens in the store that stated 50% off of everything except white tags. I shopped and upon checking out I was told the special is actually on everything except RED tags. I spoke with two different people and showed them their sign on display to which they told me that I was reading it incorrectly and “aww you didn’t listen to the announcement”. I’m more so upset with the woman who lied to me telling me that the screens were new.... again, I have been here multiple times in the past few years. The screens are NOT new, you all are just liars who forgot to change the sign. Also to WENDY the cashier, yo habla espanol. I heard the mean remarks of yours and veta a l mierda.

Great selection, there’s almost always something. Though the upcharghing is ridiculous. $80 for a pair of Dr. Martens? At a THRIFT store? No thanks. I didn’t come to a consignment shop. It is cash only so be prepared to come with a lot of $$$ just in case you do find stuff you really like. There still is good cheap stuff. Make sure to take advantage of the sales they have. Also, keep in mind that there is NO fitting room. That’s probably my biggest complaint. Overall, not a bad store, I’ve been to way cheaper thrift stores but the selection in this is one of the best in the area.

Review №32

Let me start of with the positives - the staff here are really polite. They usually are accommodating compared to others shops Ive been too . Secondly, its pretty organized and you can happen across some unique pieces. Next, if you go on certain days they have upward to 75% off items which is always a bonus. The other shoe, the cons, they can be overpriced and not by a little . You would think donated items would be cheaper and to the victor go the spoils but sadly - no . This is a PRIVATELY OWNED thrift store and they are there to profit off donated items. If you decide to donate clothing or items to this store keep that in mind. They, also, operate Veterans trucks which is confusing for a privately owned shop.Next, I went to this location recently and did a happy dance when I saw a worker push out two huge full carts of items . New stuff right? Wrong. As I approached the carts - I was quickly told that the items belonged to employees. Wait - what?! So your workers in the back get the items before your customers and we get the leftovers. If youre there youll see the bags up front marked with employee purchase. I was also, behind a gentleman in line who purchased a painting with certificate of authenticity on the back - worth a little right? I was just over there and wanted to kicked myself because how did I overlook that? He left the store a little before me and I saw him leaving in his black Lexus. Watching as he drove away - a little envious he turned in the back and got out a walked through the back entrance - HES AN EMPLOYEE! It wasnt on the floor. I can guarantee this store is off my list. I dont want what the employees pick through and leave. So beware .

Big store with lots of stuff. Great place for used TVs/Monitors.Cons:- Parking Lot is packed and unsafe. Lots of beat up cars in it. I always feel concerned when leaving my car in it.- Cash only sucks. There is an ATM which I would never use. Its 2018, accept credit cards and price accordingly. Prices are often outrageously higher than all other thrift stores in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is a slightly smaller store and like every other thrift, selection varies by the day. They are also cash only which is a major inconvenience, although they have an ATM that charges a $2.25 fee for each use. Unfortunately, due to the high prices they charge this is not my favorite thrift nor my first choice. They clearly use EBay pricing (and listed prices, not even the sold prices) to set prices on certain items, which is ridiculous considering these are used items donated to them for free. On the plus side, the store is clean and organized.

After being a frequent customer of this store, I’m sorry to say I won’t be returning. The staff here is terrible. While waiting in line to check out another customer arrived at the jewelry counter to checkout. As the customer was loading her items she noticed my son and I standing in line. She asked the cashier if I was next and she simply “waved” her hand as if to say, “she can wait”. I was appalled. After checking out, I was then followed outside an basically accused of stealing. I was asked to come back into the store so they could check for sensors. None were found. I felt very much violated by this experience. I now believe that they profile customers and don’t trust African-American customers. Don’t ship here. The selection is okay at best and the customer service is terrible.

The Manager Italo (spelling?) has business with a customer named Mike. He is doing private business with him at the back of the store at very low prices. He selects and holds item for him. Too much crooked business going on in this store.

One of my main complaints was the lack of signage for sizes and the separation of sizes. Who wants to check the size of every garment, hoping to find one in your size? Great store, BUT...I gave this store a 3star because they offer 50% off on certain tags each day, but the color That is on sale is hard to find. The store will be filled with items from another color that is on full price. Also, no exchanges on ANYTHING. MOST of the prices are NOT thrift store prices. Half of the staff does not speak english, which is not helpful if I need assistance. Lastly, this is a what reallt annoys me about this place, tgey need to EXPAND. Its FAR too crowded in there. It takes tge joy out of shopping and looking for deals. If they had better ways of getting half off of their highly priced thrift store items and had a bigger place I would give them a higher rating.

This is a pretty good thrift store in terms of being able to find cool stuff but personally I think it can be overpriced at times - they do have 50% off on certain color tags on some days of the week (and also a military and senior discount which I believe is on wednesdays) and that can make it a lot more worthwhile, however you wont know which color tags are discounted until you go there that particular day. Ive found great stuff there before that cost way too much imo so I decided to wait for it to be 50% off (actually sometimes the discount is even more if Im not mistaken, Im pretty sure once I heard them say one color was 75% off iirc) only to come back on the right day to find it already gone (like the red velvet moto jacket I posted a picture of - which I honestly regret SO much not just paying the full $25 or whatever it was for it), so if you find something awesome thats not on sale when youre there it can be really tough to debate whether or not you should risk losing it while waiting for that color tag to come up, but all in all I love this place overpriced or no and I always look forward to coming here, I pretty much always find some new cool thing when I go but most of the time I end up passing on a lot of it due to price. Its definitely worth checking this place out if youre in the area though, even my dad loves going there and he is not much for shopping - there can really be something for everyone here

Overpriced electronics in overall. The stuff thats accessible in the general populated area, (from personal experience) have a less than 55% chance of working. The Electronics behind the counter has roughly a 75% chance of working properly. Now by Overpriced I mean a 8.1 megapixel camera was priced at $20. an old projection TV was priced at $175 Youre better off buying a new TV at Target or Walmart for that price. The other stuff like the clothes, dvds and books were organized and neat. Overall though, I tend to avoid this place. It has a good selection however, the prices arent fair.
