No matter the time of day the experience high calls. But I go inside and it’s empty. Lazy manager just horrible. Need new management

Covid 19 has them a mess.Short staff. Dont believe it when they say they will call u back. Dont try chat. Stay on hold for hour.

Bought a heat pump a year ago, came to find out that it’s airhander is only supporting cooling, which defeats the purpose. Tryin to reach the management team no one cares. Mind you it’s a commercial unit cost me over 23000.00$ but carrier and ce enterprise is giving me the ru. Around and to take responsibility.

They put you constantly on phone and never pick up and eventually hang up on the customer.Friday 7/29 4-4:30 was on hold and twice they hung up on me.

I am a contractor and called several times to get quotes on new equipment. Sat on hold then was taken off hold and hung up on. Happened on 9/26.
