The Guy unloading equipment ripped my SUV seat trying to REMOVE from my car. I TOLD HIM TO LET ME HELP AND WAS WALKING AROUND CAR WHEN HE GRABBED THE MACHINE AND STARTED YANKING ON IT. VERY RUDE AND IMPATIENT.

They were friendly and courteous had exactly what I needed at a great price. Of course they always do.

Rented a trencher, equipment was ready and waiting, no hassle, equipment operated great. Would recommend them to anyone.

Tiller did not work. Known issue with one of the tillers. Evidently they just don’t fix it and keep renting it out among the others and you take your chances. Owner was extremely rude when I returned it because when it did not work I had to strap it down in an open trailer and take it back so I laid it down. I realize now that that was a problem but got major attitude from the owner and the person who did the renting. Again, it did not work from the get-go and it was transported properly to the job. It was old and would not run. They kept my $60 and stuck with the rude attitude. I rent a lot of equipment but will do so elsewhere from now on. I am not a snowflake. Tell me if I did something wrong and I will follow whatever procedure that you have. But don’t keep my money for renting me a piece of equipment that does not work and then give me attitude.

HORRIBLE...absolutely AVOID!!!They Sent out equipment that won’t the hold a charge, called them later in the day to say we had a problem and rude associates acted like it was our fault. Sends me to the owner who proceeds to yell at me after I was trying to figure a solution out. He then hangs up in my face after making random accusations about us renting from him before when it was first time customer. Omg the worst.

A perfect example of how a local business should operate. As a first-time customer, I was impressed from the moment I walked into the store. I had to have a moment to calm myself -- I can rent ANYTHING?? I can rent anything for only FOUR HOURS??...Im not entirely sure what Im going to do with this crawfish pot, nail gun, and cement mixer, but it will most certainly be epic.It is absolutely pitiful that places like Rent All close their doors every day because local patrons are more attracted to the unique flavor of ignorance and colorful vests that only big box stores can provide.I received a friendly greeting from the first employee that noticed me and was offered knowledgeable guidance to not only product location, but product knowledge...a sense of pride in getting the opportunity to tell me, a customer, about a product that has made the cut and ended up on the shelf. Jason, the employee helping me, asks if there is anything else I needed. I told him what I was working on, and he did something that I didnt think was even possible anymore. First, HE LISTENED...then, he went out of his way to make an impression. He did.Kudos...Great job.

All I can say is this place better be glad theyre the only ones close enough for me to rent something in Laurel!!n😡 Because if they werent I believe I would rent from someone else and I do believe even if I have to pay a little bit more. The employees are so rude and act like that you are bothering them for them for them to do actually do their job, which is to help you!!!😫 It seems like customer service has just went out the window at least, when it comes to this place!!!😱😱😱
