Extremely helpful and nice people to do business with. From account management, to the man running the store in laurel. Good prices and will to work with you. Thats something you dont find many companies or competitors are willing to do now a days. I wouldnt suggest going anywhere else even if you think your going to save a cpl dollars. At the end of the day you probably be better off and maybe cheaper then you originally thought walking in.. 5 star all the way.

I love coming to this store. I am a drywall finisher and ever since they changed the store locations they have great sales associates. A lot of reviews talk about the rude worker that used to be at the old location in Baltimore ave. But ever since they moved they have Claudia and Alexandra which are extremely nice and they both speak Spanish and English. They make you feel very welcome at the store and make you wanna come back. It is very clean and very well organized. Do not trust old reviews. These two girls are awesome!

Im very satisfied with service in this store Thanks customer service.I have visited this store since 2008 and they are the best. I love them. They have the BEST tools for my drywall projects and staffs are the best. I suggest people do not read the negative reviews people are doing against this store workers, I can clearly understand the sources of that, its a local competitor who is promoting a campaign to attract clients since Ames store used to be located before in their location.

I was just there getting a tool and the employee Alejandra has no professional ethics because she is questioning me about an old review I have done in the past and in my opinions she should not even ask me that because that’s a personal review especially because she did not have what I was looking for rental tools plus her attitude does not suppost to be like that I feel it’s enough So I please ask the Ames owner to get her attention to stop doing it this is the third time I go and they don’t have rental tools please ask for her to do her job and respect costumers.

When to ames in laurel there web sight there phone message and there sign in store window say weekday open at 6:00 am so this morning at 6 they wernt open Ive had a account there for twenty five years I drove for over a hr to get there this morning big waste of ti.e and gas so I called the. Later In the day I called and spoke to Alex she said no iam wrong about the time it all says 7 so she basically called me a lier I stood one ft away from front door it said 6 she told me she couldnt compensate me for my troubles I ask to speak to the owner she said she the owner I didnt believe her I said I wouldnt buy another tool there again she didnt even care if I were you I go to a different store

I have used the products of this store throughout my career in the construction industry in terms of drywall and I am 100% satisfied with the service provided by the people who work in this store, they are excellent in service to the client. I highly recommend that we visit this store located in Laurel MD.

I wanted everyone to know that there selling boxes of N95 masks for $100 CASH only - price gouging. A box one 20 masks cost $100 dollars absolutely unacceptable. The clerk was extremely rude. I will never ever step foot in this establishment again. STAY away.

I had a bad experience. I called the store ten minutes before 4pm and the person that answered had such a bad attitude and responded that, on his clock, it was already 4pm, and that he couldnt attend me. Truly a bad experience, since my husband had already drove 40 minutes to get to the store and couldnt buy the tools.
