Very good people to deal with

They are very nice and professional. I highly recommend them. They are also less expensive than other gas companies we have used.

By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced with ANY business. The secretary makes you feel like an inconvenience if you call with any questions or are requesting services. She will also cut you off mid-sentence as if she does not have time to hear anything you have to say and will also no hesitate to call you a liar. They are ALWAYS short handed and it takes WEEKS, yes WEEKS, for them to come service your tank. They require you be home for them to come but will not show up or even call to let you know that they cannot keep the appointment. I have a lot of work due to this and they would not call to tell me that they were not coming and then the secretary will get an attitude when you call to find out why. GO WITH BLOSSMAN.
