Didnt have the color I wanted. But the furniture I bought has been good so far
I place my order to believer a gold color bed sets, on arrival, a blue color bed was delivered. I called the store and spoke with the manager, he said they will deliver a new product, it’s been 8 months now, no replacement. Be careful with this store, they are just not what they say ......

What an amazing store!! The sales people had so much knowledge and there was so many styles to choose from!! I was planning on getting only a couch for my basement but now I’m thinking I need a few more pieces after being stuck at home during these quarantined days. When they delivered my items the delivery men were so respectful of my home and so helpful with everything!! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!! See you soon to revamp my home!!

Nice furniture place
First, the employees here doesnt seem to have any interest in customer service unless you look like you have money. Second, dont expect your furniture to get there on time. I was told theyd arrive between 1-3pm, they arrived an hour late. Not to mention their delivery and assembly team dont care about cleaning up after themselves. Expect your house to be dirty afterwards.

So I went to the store on June 12 th and I ordered over 4,000 worth of furniture that day . I went to pick up my two rugs and my two bar stool chairs. The manager said all my other pieces will be delivered altogether. Well that didnt happen. My bed came only and out of the two delivery guys one wasnt wearing a mask . I said where is the rest of my furniture ? The guy said I dont know they just told me to deliver this bed. The guy said the other guy was allergic. I was so mad. I call Ester who sold me the furniture and she said she would get back to me . I go back to the store to ask where is my sofa, the one chair, TV stand and my two lights. The man said sorry baby it must be back ordered but, I was there when he call to order my furniture . I dont know if he was actually talking to anyone because the phone wasnt on speaker. I call back 3 weeks ago and Ester told me the man who run the store said they are going to get it . Well I havent gotten it yet and no one has called me. Keep in mind Aug 12 th will be 2 months. Im trying to be patient but, the communication is not there. This is not good customer service when I have to show up or call you and you already have my money. Soon I will be calling my bank to get a refund . Im go up there one more time but, I really feel like Im getting the run around and told anything . This is ridiculous and I was going to buy more but, after this its not going to happen. They need to learn or be trained on customer service. Watch them put your stuff together pay close attention. One mistake I made because they didnt put my bed together right it has scratches and one of the floor boards is not lined up and my love seat has some stains of like glue reisidue droplets. Im see what they do about this .
Customer service is everything to me. The manager on duty during this pandemic has been less than desirable for me. He acts as if he’s doing me a favor although I’m spending my money. Seems somewhat upset that he has to work at the Laurel location and “his” store is in Baltimore. Not sure, but I won’t go back for that one particular reason. #goodcustomerservicematters

I brought furniture from this store and its already coming apart and the paint is coming off. Never ever again. Just go to a reputable company.
