The owner its very rude always lie he promised us to replace the mattress over three months now but never keep his word dont ever trust him he is the biggest liar Ive ever met in my entire life. We ordered the Furniture it takes three months for him to deliver it you call him and every day he give you different excuses and all of his furniture are so cheap so my advice to everyone please dont ever come to the store he is the biggest liar that you will never see in your life

The worst place ever And terrible quality mattresses and customer service! My back was in pain within a year of purchasing an Eclipse Mattress. The only reason I purchased this cheap mattress was because I was Falsely told It came with a 10 year warranty. DON’T DO IT BECAUSE IT’S A SCAM AND NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. You’ll be Better off getting your mattress from somewhere else.

Beware of this forgery Merchant.I 1st ordered from him on 6/15/2020. Though items took too long and were delivered in bits I was patient and understand him as he conveniently blamed COVID-19 for his delays. I finally had it with the deceit and cancelled all undelivered items on 11/9/2020 after he started hiking up prices of remaining furnitures already ordered pending delivery from June, double charging for same items, creating fictitious sales receipts without my signature, etc..., reading his google reviews with multiple similar complaints from other customers and having tried to resolve issues with him unsuccessfully. This Merchant had the nerve to fraudulently forged my last payment receipt from him by adding the cancelled orders plus extra items and submitted to ACIMA Credit as an invoice of items purchased and delivered for payment. It’s so sad how he can be nice until he takes your money. I can assure you this is not the end and if there is a negative star that will be my rating of this merchant.

This is a small place that really is a catalog store. They have a huge selection and the employee was very helpful. I ordered a love seat back on Aug 24 or so. Told them I needed it no later than 1 Sept. No problem! Will be there. He was very patient and helped me look through all the catalogue s.After many calls, and now its the day after Labor Day, I still dont know the status. It wouldnt be so bad if I thought they were responsive but any communication is from me. Once my charge cleared they dont seem too interested. Wont be ordering from then again. Hope it gets here in one piece and in the right color. I have nowhere to sit while I wait for these people to get some customer service training. What a bunch of BS .

I needed a bed set and some things for my new apartment. They were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful to me with my situation relocating from the south. Great pricing and couldnt be more satisfied with my new furniture. Not sure what went wrong with the other reviews listed here, but my experience was a GOOD ONE. And Ive already referred new friends Ive made to them. Thanks again!

I would like to thank Bernard for a fantastic job. He delivered a mattress and boxspring for my dad last week and a mattress for me. Then he came back to delivered my box springs, he should be commended, he delivered the box springs and picked up the mattresses and box springs alone. I have recommended this job to several of my friends. Again, thank you Bernard for your assistance. Continue to do good work.

The worst customer service. The parts are cheap and break easily. Informed them of a bed frame that came apart and was told it would be replaced via warranty. They just keep telling me it is on the next shipment. Has been over 6 months. Do not buy from here.

They dont stick to the delivery dates. The mover with the bald head about 59 (hes either in his 40s or approaching) hes kinda rude...the salesman there was fine until the lies came out...you will get frustrated with the process there and the African salesman (I hate to describe ppl) is cool when hes taking your money but lies to try to keep you calm about delivery dates.. I would never ever do business with this company ever again!!!! These comments with the 1 or 2 stars are not lying and you will experience the bull when you get up to the time to deliver... Will they deliver? Yea but 2 weeks later than your scheduled date. At your own risk! Be prepared to have to yell and be disappointed with the way they handle you after they get your money. Just like in my picture... Deuces!! Never again! Call corporate and complain. Just avoid this place if youre smart. If I had saw the reviews before I wouldnt have step foot in that place. Im so disgusted!

I really like their help and attention. I purchased bed, very good mattress, dresser, mirror, study desk, and chair all on bugdet. From the time i entered the shop through delivery I felt respected and loved. Customer serice was EXCELLENT, delivery was on time and the setup was quick ( they actually worked with me). I felt the value of the stuffs I bought is way higher than the price and I could not be happier. Thank You!

My husband and I wanted a 13th “Birthday Bedroom” with a canopy for our daughter. Working with Mr. Aparin was a true pleasure!We asked for 3 months to pay in full, and he not only accommodated this payment arrangementhe went all out to make the delivery to our Virginia home a secret during her school hours!His delivery crew was headed by Bernard, an extremely professional, pleasant gentleman.They even arrived early to make sure the job was done before our girl came home from school! The furniture was beautiful, and she was a happy Teen!We had an overwhelmingly positive experience with this honest, efficient business! The service is HORRIBLE and this place is a SCAM. I ordered my entire living room from there and when the order came, they were more than 2 hours late (mind they are located less than 10mins away..delivery charge $230.00 ). Second, they didnt know how to move the furniture in correctly so they not only scratched my walls and framing but as well as the new furniture. When I spoke to the manager he stated that he could exchange my furniture but not in the color I originally selected. He stated that he didnt give refunds and if I coulnt accept the exchange I could file a claim with their insurance company for any damages and they will take care of it. I then asked for that info and he suddenly changed his tone stating that he doesnt know who hes exactly talking to so hes not going to answer my question ...lets just say I had to call the financing company. This wasnt the first time they received negative claims about this place and they promised to take action.

The most dubious store ever, I paid this guy $800 for a queen mattress plus delivery, it was supposed to be delivered the next day. It’s been 2 weeks no mattress. Every time I call he will tell me I’m breaking up on the phone when I can hear him clearly.

Horrible, disgusting business practices. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a queen bed, a bunk bed, and a sofa- delivery was delayed by one week (for reasons unknown), and on delivery day the items arrived damaged, the wrong color, and THE SOFA NEVER CAME. When inquiring about next steps, I was never given an ETA for the sofa, and the damaged bunk bed was unable to be returned. After being blamed for picking the wrong color and being upset that delivery was delayed by 2 hours (with no follow up call letting me know that delivery would be late, mind you), the owner declared with a smile that hed not return ANY of the pieces, and asked me what I wanted from him. Customer service be damned- thats all anyone wants, a pleasant shopping experience. As I was verbally threatened upon leaving the store, legal action now has to be taken for a transaction that should have been an easy, stress-free process.
