If I could give 0 stars I would.I signed up with them for a short term loan with early payoff. I paid all my bills on time and in full. When I went to pay the final bill during the early pay off period the store was unreachable. My first call I was told the system was down in order to process my payment. I called the main corporate number to make my payment. I was told only my store can take the payment. I called two and three times everyday for the next 2 days. The phone just rang with no answer or I was hung up on. When I finally was able to get a hold of the store I was 2 days past my payment date. I asked if they could make an exception being I was unable to reach the store. The manager Ricky said that they arent allowed to make such exceptions. I asked to speak with his manager. I left a message for Shirley the district manager explaining what happened.When returning my call she stated unless the paper work wasnt signed correctly there would be nothing she could do. Within an hour she called to let me know I was out $552.94. This company is a ripe off looking to pray on customers. STAY AWAY!
