Went to get a seal for a hydraulic cylinder. The man at the counter got the seal for me. I asked him how much he would charge to install it. He rudely stated that he was a parts salesman not a service employee. To be a John Deere dealership they are probably the best employee Kubota has. I’ve never been in a Mississippi ag store that was happy to help you with something. Can’t say enough how terrible they are.

Didnt any help when I walked in look around,so I went to another place in laurel that sales stihl chainsaws and they were a great help and 15 dollars cheaper

First visit looking for a small tractor. Mr. Hinton was very knowledgeable as well as helpful. My search is over.

Parts are insanely high. John Deere upgrades their parts and charges high prices for conversion parts for your old unit, not 1 or 2 conversion parts..like 7 so not great.
