If these are the door installers used by Home Depot beware. They are not customer friendly. They are not responsive to new orders and have extremely poor communication skills via phone. They take too long to respond to get measurements. Multiple calls have to be made to just find out when they will come out. This company wasted three weeks of my time and I now how to go elsewhere to get the door.

Frustrating… they take too long to make an appointment to install 2 doors, they didn’t came to install both doors in the same day, and scratched my NEW storm door and now I have to wait a long time again until they can come and fixe it. The door is sitting at Home Depot for months

I was totally pleased with All Weather. The office called to confirm the appointment prior to the date of installation which I appreciated. I needed All Weather to install an Andersen 9 foot Patio Door off my basement. The installers, Dustin and Kenneth, were very polite, introduced themselves and answered all my questions. They picked up the door from Home Depot. It was a very heavy unit because the two side windows and central door were all one piece. They did a really great job with the installation. The door looks beautiful. Both the door and lock work well and they did a nice job finishing the interior and exterior woodwork. I couldnt be more pleased.

Door sat at Lowe’s for over a week. They are supposed to schedule within 48hrs. When I finally call they lied right to my face and tried to schedule 3 weeks out. One door!!! Guess they are making so much they don’t need any business. Super unprofessional! Hope they get kicked off the Lowe’s install.

These guys do a great job with doors. Ive hired them three times now to replace 5 interior doors and our front door and theyve done an excellent job every time. Theyre prompt, tidy, competent, and reasonably priced.

Writing for an older family member who doesnt use the computer. Mrs. Smith says the workers were rude, used bad language, and left a huge mess to clean up. She cant tell yet the quality of the work but she wouldnt use this firm again.
