Patterson dental is absolutely amazing . The technicians and reps always go above and beyond . Recently I had ceph installation at my office . The technician Mr. Taylor tracked the package and showed up at my office 2 hours after the package arrival to make sure that the ceph is installed and ready to be used as per my need . Last week my 15 + years old autoclave went down suddenly and Patterson techs personally delivered an autoclave to my office within hours at no charge to me . I started my journey with Patterson in 2015 and have had the pleasure to work with Rosemerry, Steve smith, Jenny McLaughlin, Jay Laois ( she gets back to me even if I text her on Sunday !!) Kevin Parker, Al ( my Adec buddy ) and many other technicians . Thank you all that I have known and the ones who work behind the scenes to make a dentist’s life easier .
