I had my kitchen remodeled 4 months ago and have been thrilled with the results! Like others that posted reviews, I received estimates from other companies and the price from Granix was much more affordable. I was skeptical because of the price difference. I spent months calling and asking questions after doing my own research. The employees at Granix answered every one of my questions and addressed my concerns. I must say that the communication from the front desk was a bit lacking and did concern me a few times. It was either unclear, or I did not receive any confirmation that my messages were received. In hindsight, I believe this is just due to the younger age of the individuals at the front desk. They were always polite and respectful. Any uneasiness I felt was immediately resolved when I spoke with the owner, Ahmet, or his associate, Onur.I also made multiple changes to my project during the planning phase. They were able to accommodate everything I wanted, including breaking down my L-shaped island and repositioning the cabinets to create a smaller, rectangle island that opened up more space in my kitchen. On the first day of starting the work, Onur arrived with the two workers. We went over everything one last time before they began ripping out the black granite. The two gentleman that worked on my kitchen were amazing! They did excellent work - and it really was a LOT of work! Onur came to help when it was time to move in the slabs of quartz. They somehow managed to complete my entire kitchen without any seams in the slabs. Each piece was a single, long slab of quartz that took a LOT of work to get into my kitchen and properly installed. The next day, they returned and spent about 10 hours installing the backsplash (which I LOVE)! Their work was meticulous and they did not rush through any part of it.I sometimes find myself waiting for the other shoe to drop because the price was so much better than other companies. So far, I have been just as happy as the day the work was completed (knock on wood!). They even used the cutout from the sink to make a cutting board for me (which I still have not had a chance to pick up). I am 100% happy with my decision to use Granix for my kitchen remodel. In fact, they offered a higher quality quartz at a lesser price than our original option! Amazing. We never felt pressured, rushed, or that we were not being heard. Once we picked the stones, the workmanship matched the quality in their show room! This has become our one-stop-shop for all our needs because TRUST is #1 with best-price being a close 2nd for us. The results turned out better than expected and we actually saved thousands by choosing Granix. Happy wife, happy life & she certainly loves the new kitchen remodel, too. Quick, efficient, and perfect. Even after an increase to the scope of the project, their price was still cheaper than some of the competition. And with all thats going on right now, they were extremely responsive on the phone/email.

Granix is an outstanding company. I received numerous quotes for kitchen counter tops from companies in my area. From the start, Granixs attention to detail was outstanding. The quote was specific with drawings, listing of materials, and work to be performed. The staff was patient with my questions, requests, and revisions. The price was below other quotes, but the materials and workmanship were comparable or better than other companies. Pictures of how the stone would look in my kitchen were sent to me prior to cutting the stone so i knew what to expect. The installers were experts, and my kitchen looks fabulous. Granix is superior in its service and materials. I wish I could give them more than a 5 star recommendation.

He assured us that he worked with Granix numerous times and in comparison with many other places their work was always timely and well executed. We did shop around, but decided to move forward with Granix because they carry Antolini quarts, which is Italian manufacturer of quartz at a price comparable to quotes weve gotten for MSI.I worked with Rockell and always got answers we needed as project evolved and grew. Granix did countertops for our new large kitchen with waterfall island and counter with sinks for our master vanity. Very happy with the experience, craftsmanship and response level. Any questions and concerns were promptly addressed. Highly recommend!

I and my family wanted to remodel our kitchen that has not been updated for over 20 years. I was looking for a one-stop-shop where I could select products and get theminstalled without getting middlemen involved. Granix, Inc. was exactly a company I was looking for. They offered us great pricing through a promotional package deal and helped us select matching colors for the countertops, tiles, and cabinets. I am happy with the job they did.

We visited Granix on a referral from a contractor with whom we were acquainted, and had some idea about what we were looking for. We found the Granix people very informed and helpful in terms of what the options were, and ultimately we made a decision to go with a granite solution. I recently had Granix install countertops in my new kitchen and my husband and I are ecstatic!! To be completely honest Granix was not our first choice. We were recommended to another company by our contractor but the price was a little out of our budget, so I began shopping around and called Granix. I spoke with Anna and she graciously answered all my questions and offered a multitude of suggestions.One of the granite slabs I chose had very noticeable brown spots on it and I asked Anna to make a notation on the work order to cut the granite slab in a way that the big brown spots would be positioned in the corner of the counter. Unfortunately when I arrived home, the slab with the big brown spots were in the kitchen island and very noticeable. I called Anna and expressed that overall I was very happy with the installation BUT the slab with the big brown spots was in plain sight. She apologized for the oversight and IMMEDIATELY replaced the countertop with another slab at no charge.Anna and Onur, the owner, were very accommodating and professional. I will be calling them back to do the tile backsplash in the coming months. I highly recommend Granix. Thank you Anna for your professionalism, assistance and outstanding customer service.

Granix did a wonderful job of installing my lovely new Granite Counter tops with a new deeper sink and my new touch-less kitchen faucet. We looked around for a couple of years and Granix had the best selection.

I was looking for competitive pricing for my kitchen remodeling project. After shopping around for some time, I chose GRANIX for several reasons. Not only were they able to offer me reasonable pricing, but their customer service was great. GRANIX employees scheduled an in-home estimate the next day after I contacted them and got back to me with a kitchen layout design right after. The project itself was started and completed within a very short period of time. Everyone in the family that has come over since loves the way my new kitchen looks! GRANIX did a great job, and I highly recommend their services.

On Jan. 28 I had granite counter tops installed by Granix and am most happy and satisfied with their products, their price, and their service.I was able to eliminate the cost of a kitchen design center, decorator, and separate plumbing charge as they are equipped and schooled to do all of the above. Recently I stopped into Granix showroom to select a quartz counter for my kitchen. Ahmet helped me find what I wanted. I was braced for him to be salesy, but he was really just plain helpful, and gave me all the time I needed without making me feel rushed at all. He personally came out to my house and did the measuring, so that gave me a sense of confidence in his business. Of note, he could have sold me a new sink, but I couldnt find one I liked as much as my existing one, and he said the one I had would look just fine.What I liked best about Granix is that they came out one day to remove the old counter and put the new one in the very next day. They were able to do my long counter as a single piece, which surpassed my expectations. They also a installed 4-inch mini-backsplash (not sure what it is called) all around the counter.I was also impressed by their follow-up. No job is ever perfect, and after this installation, I told them about three small problems. Even after I had fully paid them for the job, they came back out to fix what I had pointed out. [E.g., they had to re-cut one of the mini-backsplash pieces to fit better, they had to remove a few pencil-like marks, and they had to hone a corner to be a tad smoother]. Danny was the fellow they sent out to the house to finish the installation and do the fixes. He did a great job. They just took these fixes in stride, with no push-back at all.Their prices seemed reasonable, although I didnt do any competitive bidding for this project. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them.

We visited Granix at the end of March, 2013 and ordered a new granite counter top for our kitchen. We spoke to Ahmet, who helped us select the right size granite slab for our project. He set up the installation of the granite, sink and faucet. We also selected tile for the backsplash and granite inserts for the wall. Everything was delivered as promised. The workmanship was outstanding. The different installers, for the granite, sink and faucet, and the backsplash were professional, courteous and timely. The price was fair and we would definitely do business with Granix again.We are very happy with our counter top and backsplash and certainly recommend Granix and their outstanding, professional staff.
