I took my wifes computer apart because it wouldnt turn on. The power button was broke. I told her to take it to west. She told them what the problem was. They called 3 days later & said the power button was broke! They didnt fix it and charged her 80 dollars. They are scam artists. Do not use them under any circumstances.

Horrible communication skills. I own a business and listen to my customers. I also explain our policy as well to new customers.Never once was I told that they could not take my word. When I dropped it off i told them the power button was broke and if they didnt have time to fix it if they could just turn it back on for me.  I ask when it would be ready and I was told Wednesday or Thursday at latest. I was told I would get updates. False I got one text message saying it was on bench to get ready to work on. When I called and ask what was status I was told I wasnt only customer.Yes when I called friday he explained what I already knew that the power button was broke and yes I ask for my computer back.i didnt want to sink alot of money into a computer when I could buy one for the cost of the repairs to mine. Who knows how much the bill would have been if youd kept it any longer. I was not told that a part had to be ordered. In your recordings did you hear me ask why I was being charged so much? I thought I was kinda pricey.  Yes I was nice while I was there. I was kinda shocked that I wasnt explained other than thats our price.I called my husband when I left and he was very upset and thought I was being taken advantage of.Communication is a vital key in a business. If I would have been explained that my word didnt mean anything when I dropped it off i probably would not have left it.

Absolutely the best! They dont take advantage of the non-tech customer. I took my computer in as it had crashed. they told me it was a simple repair and that the service fee covered the repair.
