If you need the best deal on alcohol wipes I recommend any Staples. Dont even waste your time shopping other stores this Staples usually has at least three types of packages. Mail-order too. You can get a pack of 50-80 for around $2 - 3 bucks. About 4-5 cents each. If you search alcohol wipes on Amazon you will have to go through pages and pages of alcohol-free wipes to try to find what you need and generally it will be a lot more expensive. 70%+ alcohol wipes are great for killing Covid-19 in seconds, faster than Lysol which could take 10 minutes. Read the labels. I prefer that the only ingredients are alcohol and water, this way I can clean my phone and other electronics without leaving a residue. 60%+ plus alcohol wipes might too harsh for your prescription lens coatings so ask your eyeglass provider first. Theyre fine for most readers. Curbside pickup has been great too ! Ill give five stars when Staples makes the corporate decision to stop letting people come through their line with their mask hanging below their nose.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the customer service I experienced was so great, I felt compelled to write one.As someone who has worked in management positions in client-facing roles, I have learned to recognize the attributes of great customer service when I see it.Though there were many customers waiting, Naj handled the crowd so well. He acknowledged each person with care, and I think his approach helped us each feel seen, so everyone waited patiently, and no one came across as irritated. It is not common to have a sizable group of customers waiting and have a positive collective response like this. Naj was also very knowledgeable about the products and services, which made it easy to ask questions, get answers, and get my business printing needs taken care of properly.Gerry, the manager, stepped in where and when he could to help with the crowd. Even though I waited for a a long time, I left feeling like a valued customer.Because of the great customer service experience I had, this is now my Staples of choice and store of choice for my printing needs. This is also the store to which I now recommend others. Whoever hired Naj made a great choice because he’s contributing to the success of Staples and this franchise location! I hope the company’s leadership recognizes Naj for his excellent work.

Ive been shopping Staples for many years. This particular store is most convenient to me and is well stocked. Staples variety of products continues to impress and their sales and coupons are very helpful to the wallet. The sales associates are quite helpful and knowledgeable at this store. All in all a consistently good shopping experience.
Ordered online and when my sister picked up, they gave her wrong item. Went to store again and they said the item is out of stock. They should cancel the order not to give wrong item which was cheaper than orginal item that I ordered. I got some great deals, but......there always seemed to be someone lurking around the area I shopped......not sure why Im a 60 women who loves the Lord, teaches Sunday school and happens to earn 6 figures in my professional role as a nurse......I also make copies for my class and shop here regularly.....but its always the same. Why do I keep coming back? Because I need the copies, its the most convenient spot right now.
Worst customer service experience ever. I visited staples to print PICTURES and this process took more than an hour. I definitely will not be back. The staff didn’t even seem to care they were so nonchalant about the fact that I had been standing for over an hour wanting for pictures to print. Worst Staples Experience Ever.
My boss sent me to Staples to make a rough idea of a way to redesign our office. I had only the vaguest idea of what I wanted to do and the associate Matthew that works here helped me greatly by walking me around and helping me come up with a full concept of what I wanted the office to look like. Matthew is really nice and was understanding of the fact that I had to keep walking from aisle to aisle to come up with a full idea. I would definitely recommend this Staples!
Staples is a good location for printing and office supplies on the quick.Staples is a little outdated as far as customer experience goes and the store is slightly ran down.The employees there tend to be pretty good and helpful. I only had one issue and it was with the manager. Seems the employees were not happy either. The next week I never saw that manager again. Hurray!!The prices are good too when you get one of their deals.

Went last week for no tax school supplies. Very helpful staff. Went in blind, with no assistance from the teenager, had to return some items today. My only note to management, both weekends you had only 1 register open...
DO NOT...and i mean DO NOT take your cell phone here for a REPAIR. I recently took my iPhone 7+ to the Laurel location to have my cracked screen replaced and I got my phone back with a number of problems. I was unable to make a phone call or receive phone calls. In addition to that my phone now randomly shuts down and restarts every few minutes. I took it back to them, they replaced the screen once again only to now have my home button/touch ID to no longer work. All of these things were working just fine when I took the phone in for a simple screen replacement. Now I have to send the phone out for repair which they said will take approximately a week. No loaner phone offered (of course), which means I now have to be off the grid for at least a week (or more). Consumers...beware! The only reason I even gave one star was because the Manager (Jalen) was extremely apologetic.

ZERO ZERO ZERO STAR. Extremely rude, unprofessional, careless, bad customer service. Rebecca promised me something else and printed something else, i returned the order. They asked me to fix the design and send us back, i did and called in today to confirm if my order is ready. Jeniffer picked up a call after confirming my name she hung up on me, I e.mailed twice but nobody reply me back. They wasted my time, i had a business conference in NC and i needed my business cards for urgent i went over there and it happened to me 3rd time. I am gonna loose my business contacts, i dont have business cards right now. I am like a hot cake right now, really mad but dont wanna abuse. I never give negative reviews but these people forced me to give them this long review. I will never recommend anybody at this place and PLEASE CHANGE YOUR STAFF. I was so overwhelmed with what l want to do and had limited time. Sales associate Robert made my day. I shared my vision and he delivered. Who knew that making personal labels for champagne 🍾 bottles with my on adhesive (tape) would look so dope! Robert keep doing it! God has big plans in store fire you.

I am SOOOO pleased to have business cards at last! You dont know how many weeks Ive been waiting on this. Iwas worried about coming here at first after having read a review about business cards not being made on time. I had a Terrible experience at the Office Depot near White Oak where I stood around aimlessly for a Long time to only learn their machines were down with no alerts or proper customer service. Here at this Staples, Joe was extremely helpful and kind to the customer ahead of me in assisting that gentleman with his own business card production process. I knew then and there that I would Finally have a good experience with getting the business cards I ordered the day before. Thank you so much for prompt service and continue the good work!

Very disappointed in the service in the printing department. I emailed and left my poster information at 12pm and they told me to come back at 4pm for pick up. I had left my number and once I got there it was not ready. They told me I could wait 10-15 minutes which I did. When I went to check again they tell me the machine has not been printing and that the system is down. They had my number and did not contact me. Luckily I was able to contact fedex, they received my poster information through email and once I showed up my poster was ready. Will no longer use staples printing services.
Horrible. Walked in to drop a package off at UPS within this Staples store, A Staples employee walks up, does not speak one word, doesnt smile or even look at me, scans my bag, puts it on the other counter, gives me a receipt, walks away. No hello, no customer service courtesy, nothing. I just stood there in shock. Meanwhile theyre all walking around wearing little backpacks looking ridiculous as can be, which is probably why he had a crappy attitude. Wont be coming back here!

Worse location for professional self-service, ever! None of the copiers/scanners work, ever...4th time coming there, in a month, today...And nothing works. Additionally, no one knows how to fix whats always brxoken. Some silly girl, who doesnt even need to work in customer service, said, Well, I dont know anything about this section... I asked for a manager. In comes Andrew (Operations Supervisor, per his badge), who had to have lied on his resume and during his interview, knowing absolutely nothing, asking the only other staff person, how to scan and email a document. ARE YOU KIDDING ME...OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR cant operate a scanner. Where is Ashton Kutcher...? I have to be getting Punkd. Needless to say, I called corporate, who filed an official complaint, for me, with the Presidents Office, and gave me direct contact into to that office to follow up, Monday, if Id like to, as well. Save tour time and money, and go to FedEx, directly across the street. Horrible here and theyre clearly not interested in improving.
Spent nearly 200$ to get my phone fixed by them which they said would b a 3-4 day process as i am typing it has been a whole week and theyve called me once which was today to tell me that it will be coming in tomorrow which was the same thing they said Thursday and Friday of last week.

Gotta love the surprise staples left for me.I had some work done on my laptop a few years back at Staples. It was the only place I had ever taken my laptop to.Apparently, I guess when they took my laptop apart to replace the hard drive, instead of putting the screws back in, they just glued everything back together. My laptop is suppose to have 50 screws, only 12 were put back in. I cannot believe it was GLUED back together. I could not believe what was found. I would much rather give this place 0 stars.I am very upset and mad to have discovered this.DO NOT HAVE COMPUTER REPAIRS DONE HERE. HORRIBLE JOB.

What the hell is wrong with the Copy and Print section of Staples? I went in staples to print 1 simple image for a project i needed to do for art. I have printed documents from different staples before but i have never once encountered a problem like the one here in laurel. I attempted to print out an image that was initially in png. surprisingly the document corrupted. So i attempted to email it as a jpeg. that corrupted too.The woman in charge of the copy and print area offered that I should try using a usb on their work station. I tried it out and of course they charge one dollar every three minutes the computers there are slow and they only use internet explorer.I put in 1 dollar and i needed to retrieve my file from my email but i wasted 2 minutes waiting for the browser to open. this is ridiculous I only needed one picture which should not cost anymore than 30 cents. by the time i opened my email i was forced off of the computer. The service here is decent but their machines have some serious problems.I should not have to go through all of this not to recieve my stuff.I will never order a printed image from this staples again. I doubt i will ever go back

I gave this two stars because not all of the customer service was bad but the majority of it was. Some workers are helpful and nice and others are just plain rude and disrespectful. When we were in line, the cashier (whom I forgot his name) said to us So are you just gonna stand there or are you gonna come pay. We tried to help speed up the process by putting the barcode of the items faced up so that he can easily scan it but he shouted, Hey what are you doing! Youre messing it all up, just stop. When we tried putting our shopping basket away neatly and correctly, he told us to stop and he snatched it from us. We also received half of a receipt. The funny thing is, we didnt do anything wrong nor were we disrespectful or mean to him. It was terrible.

I have never thought in my entire life that I would be robbed from a store before... that is until I attempted to do business with this Staples. I placed two measly orders for business cards with same day shipping. Staples proceeded to process my order, take my money and not have my business cards available. IT HAS BEEN NEARLY A WEEK and I have not received my business cards or my refunded money. Staples where do you get off robbing your customers and continuously lying to us as well. I have called this store every day since I made my order and I have been given the run around from every employee who picked up the phone. Staples you have forever lost my business and I hope this review serves as a warning to future patrons before they decide to make the grave mistake of entrusting this store with their hard earned money!
