I took my Apple Watch in for repair because the face kept popping off. The staff was very responsive, knowledgeable, and provided GREAT customer service. It was a simple fix, but Ill definitely come back if it happens again. Highly recommend them!

I think it was Megan or Morgon who helped me, but my phone looks amazing new after she fixed it, loved the positivity there and how fast it took, only 2 hours to get my home button and screen fixed on my iPhone.

I gave them my phone to fix the volume rocker which they said they could do for free I come back the next day to pick it up not only is my phone not fixed but one side of my back glass is removed from my phone but the other side is completely fine which means they partially removed the back of my phone without my permission so now I need to get that fixed to thanks a lot

They outright sucked, i went in to go do a simple screen replacement and when they handed my phone back to me the top right corner of my screen wasnt pushed in properly and wasnt flush with the rest of the screen, fast forward a couple weeks, i decided i would replace this screen again myself due to how bad it was. during this process i noticed that they had lost one of the very tiny and crucial screws to my phone. overall very unprofessional and wouldnt trust this place, cant really say its reliable unfortunately

I had a phone fixed here a while back and brought my iPhone in recently for diagnostics. They were honest about what it would take to fix and whether it would be worth it. Ultimately, I decided not to spend the money on an almost 2 year old phone but I appreciated their professionalism and honesty.

Initially I had a hard time getting thru on the phone to confirm my appointment time, the appointment was set thru a 3rd party, so they recommended confirming before going. Since I couldnt get thru I missed my appointment. However, I showed up there randomly the next day & even though I hadnt scheduled an appointment, they took care of me right away. They were upfront of the possible problems with my phone, they told me right away of possible solutions & my options... I agreed to allow them to try a solution & they managed to fix my phone quickly. I am totally satisfied.

Had my screen replaced. Everything else worked before that, and now the camera doesnt work with them saying I need to bring it back and wait even more hours because they broke another part of my phone. The replacement screen is fine though.UPDATE:So I brought my phone back in and was without it for 2 hours this time which wasnt too bad I guess. They said they will try to look but if they cant find anything I need to go through the insurance company to get a replacement. When I picked it up they said they couldnt find anything, however when I opened it back up it was working again. So I guess things worked out. Final review is three and a half to four stars.

Went in on Wednesday to get my screen on my phone replaced and was told to come back tomorrow because it takes 2 and a half hrs to do. So I left work 2 hrs early to make sure I could get there on time just to be told my screen was not in stock, something that should have been checked the first time I came in, and was told they would order it and to come back tomorrow. My phone luckily has a stylist so is able to be used barely. This whole experience could have been avoid by him checking in the back when I first came in.

My LCD messed up. 3 hours later phone was good as new. Transaction was quick and smooth.

I had a great experience here. I dropped my phone off and was told 2 hours. I checked after an hour and it was ready. I had purchased a home diy phone screen kit that I was unable to use. UBreakiFix only charged me for labor since I had the repair kit. It was really professional, everyone was polite, and I definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs a screen repair.

I took my tablet in to be repaired, when I dropped off they told me two days to assess the problem. After two days I call and the manager says it will take a week for him to just look at it. Not repair it but to just look at it. I asked why so long he said he is the only one that fix tablets. Since I wasnt in a rush, I said okay but that this should have been explained to me when I dropped it off. Needless to say I went in TWO weeks later after hearing nothing from them and he tells me he STILL hasnt even looked at it yet. Still!! After two weeks! Then he says, they normally dont have the parts for these devices. Huh, could you not have said that two weeks ago . Then he looks up the part, findsit supposedly and says he doesnt know if he can purchase the part bc he doesnt have enough money on his card.This place is so unprofessional and disorganized. I should have went back to get my tablet after they lied about how long it would take to fix. Stay away from this location. The laurel store!!

Love when google asks for a review of a store after visiting.You would think if you scheduled a repair of your phone, they would have the equipment to repair it in stock. Well that is not the case here! You get to waste a day off work and time traveling to the store to be told they cant repair your phone because they dont have the screen.When asking about scheduling an appointment to make sure the screen is in stock or set aside, you cant do that as well.Good luck to anyone that needs a samsung screen repair. This store has some backwards policy and procedures.

These guys swapped out a battery for me pretty quickly. Had an appointment and showed up first thing on a weekday, so there were few delays. The guys there were nice enough and seemed to know what they were doing. Got the phone back a few hours later and it looks/works fine. Price was the same as quoted online and pretty fair, compared to other repair shops. Would use again.

The guy at the desk told me he couldn’t fix my WORK IPAD the same day....& it would not be ready for 3-6 business days...for a something I need for work the NEXT day.He then told me nobody would fix it same day because it was an IPad and not a cell phone.LIES...I went 5 mins up the street....it was $5 cheaper and it will take 3 hours max. Needless to say they saved my job. Screw this lying a$$ place.

The communication is horrible I brought my daughter phone to get fixed they never told me it had incorrect information when I dropped it off they had my number and never called me and had to take a 30 minute drive to the shop because they had the phone for over 24 hrs and never received so much as a text I would never ever come back here and if I could give it zero stars I would trash as customer service

Lousy service. Took three visits for them to tell me that their Google Pixel tech visits only once a week, and that my phone (according to them) was irreparable. Try another of their outlets.

My husband took his phone to get a cracked screen fixed. When he picked up his phone, the phone did not work at all. He could not call out nothing. When he called AT&T for support they told him the tech said your phone was damaged when he brought in the phone. These techs are worthless. Do not take your devices at this place.

I brought my wifes phone here because the screen was cracked. Our original claim with Asurion had the deductible set above their price for screen replacement ($129.99) so I had resigned myself to pay the full price and drop Asurion, but the technician let us know that the claim was incorrect and should have been $29. The 30 seconds he took to look at the phone and note the discrepancy saved us $100. They had the screen in stock and said the job would take 3 hours. The phone was ready when I came to pick it up, and it looked great. I would highly recommend this place.

I got a new battery for my Google Pixel 2XL purchased in May 2018. The battery would not last for a day with a full charge. I called ahead of time to verify they had a replacement battery in stock and was told theyre working by appointment only. I made an appointment and was told to expect 2 hours service time. The battery replacement took two hours. They accidentally broke my screen during the process but gave me a new screen at no extra charge. Im a bit disappointed in the performance of the new battery as it only lasts for about a day with a full charge. I will recommend this place for phone repairs and I will come here for any future repairs.

Just let the store in Laurel and the two young men that were in the store were unprofessional. I was in the store and they we in the back room the entire time. Many other customers came into the store while I was there and asked me if I worked there because the employees were in the back room and not upfront. They didn’t offer any hurt with my issue. I transferred the work needed to be done to another store because of how unprofessional they were. Don’t go to this location because customer service is horrible

I accidentally walked through the back door and was greeted with smiling faces assuring me that it happens all the time. I had scheduled an appointment, but a woman came in without one as I was being helped. I noticed she received the same level of care, even though she asked questions like How long will my phone take to fix, and exactly how much will it cost? only after the employee had examined her phone for a few moments. He still was able to give her an answer on both points immediately.My phone was fixed a half hour earlier than estimated, and I was sent an email per my request, as I did not have a spare number they could reach. When I came back, Khlalil was kind enough to let me try on several new phone cases, and even put on a new screen protector for me. (Made sure there was no dust and centered it perfectly too.)These guys are professional. If they can help an idiot like me wandering in through the back door, they can help you. Treat them with respect and you cant ask for better service.

Called and asked if they had the screen in stock for my phone and was told yes. Drove 40 miles one way only to be told upon arrival they didnt and it would take 2 months to get it in stock by Javon. Was told to go to a different store but another customer had just returned saying they didnt have it either. Was refused access to Javons manager and corporate never responded. Dont go here!

Quickly repaired my Samsung Galaxy S10+ after I had shattered the front glass screen. Fair prices, excellent customer service. They explained everything up front. Took about 2 hours to complete the service and they have an online service feature that allows you to see the status of your repair. I would absolutely come here again!

I called in ahead of time and was told the replacement I needed for my phone they didnt have in stock and would have to order. They went ahead and ordered the part and said they would call when it came in. And they did! Im very impressed with how professional and courteous they were. So when they said I could come in for the replacement, I dropped my phone off and again they were super nice and helpful. When I picked my phone up- still professional and nice. My only disappointment/complaint is that who ever was handling my phone while fixing it, they scratched my screen protector (Not a big deal). When I told the employee my screen protector was scratched and if they had one I could replace it with, he told me I gave them my phone like that. False. That argument was a loosing battle; nothing I could have said would change the situation but I just wish they would have acknowledged the scratch and apologized. I would still recommend this place though and Id still go back again but Ill be more cautious next time in making sure they detail every area of damage on the receipt prior to signing.

Because I am medical staff during covid-19, I got my galaxy s8 fixed here for free and had a great experience. The person on staff was very pleasant and helpful. My cracked screen and blacked out pixels were fixed in 2 hours and now my phone is in great shape.

I cracked my pixel 3 screen and took it to them, as directed by my insurance provider. They fixed my phone in about 2 hours and its practically brand new (because the front & back glass, as well as the battery were also replaced 🤷🏽‍♀️😁)! They were friendly and professional.

After driving 2 hours (closest Samsung repair center) and waiting 4 hours, I returned to get my device and was told they couldnt repair it. There was apparently a tight screw, and the tech stripped it, rendering my phone unfixable. I wasted 8 hours in total for nothing. Awful experience, would adamantly advise against using this company in the future.

Very honest place to do business. Couldve charged me $230 to fix my screen on an old note5 because I needed to get all my old photos and videos. Instead they down sold me to a better option where I was able to get everything I needed for $50. I will be going here for any of my future phone issues.

The employees were the most honest and helpful repair technicians I have every had the pleasure of receiving help from. They were upfront about the options I had for repair including options through the manufacturers warranty. They clearly described what would happen to my device leaving no surprises. This is a brand new uBreakiFix store in the Laurel Town Center shopping center. Im really glad its here because the next closest one of these stores is in Bethesda, and boy howdy do I not like driving there from Laurel. Theres plenty of parking around and the store itself is as clean and neat as it gets.I had previously scheduled an appointment to get the battery in my Google Pixel replaced (total cost was around $80 after taxes). Jovan, the tech who greeted me when I came in was really nice and helpful. There were no issues with me dropping off my phone and going home to wait for them to notify me that the repairs were complete. There were also no issues with pick-up. There was another customer in the store picking up their device right before me and they seemed happy with their service as well.All in all, I had a really good experience here and would get my phone serviced here again if I needed to.

Brad & his crew went above & beyond to address the issue I was having with my cell phone. Even going so far as to offer me a loaner if I had to send it away for repairs. Totally made my day!!

Ive been patiently waiting for this store to open for 3 months! My Samsung screen broke and they did a perfect job replacing the screen with Samsung screen (not off market screens). They also updated my software. The guys the are very knowledgeable and informative. I highly recommend going there. They also had a movie playing for kids that my kids watched during pick up.

My Google Pixel stopped charging last week. Needing a phone quickly, I ordered a refurbished phone from Amazon which came in yesterday. It was defective as well. I looked up ubreakifix to see if they could handle fixing a charging port and the answer was yes. Pleased to learn that a new location opened in Laurel. Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Brad and Roger and proceeded explained my charging part issues. Brad quickly began to clean out the charging port area and turns out, lint was the culprit. The cost to fix my phone... FREE!!It was a great customer experience and I further learned that I can get my battery replaced as well which has not been holding a strong charge lately. They have earned my business and saved me headache and money!

My Samsung S7 was too badly damaged (frame) but they let me plug in a working touch screen so I could transfer data to my new phone - all while using their in store wifi. The staff was friendly, courteous, and didnt try to push me to spend more fixing my old phone up to Samsungs requirements. For a small fee for the gentlemans time, I got everything I needed that wasnt backed up to the cloud, and good advice to follow if I wanted to fix it myself. Im very happy and would highly recommend their service.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have a long commute from work to home, so I was cutting it close to the 5pm cut off time to get my phone fixed. I was about 15 min late but by the time I got to the counter its was 5:30. There pretty firm about the 5pm cut off time but after this being another attempt, Mr. Westin was gracious enough to help service me. He did a awsome job with informing me of everything I needed to know from the warranties to how the repair process works and everyway I can expect my phone to perform. Even running late, I never felt rushed or shorted! Very friendly and helpful! They got the job done quickly and he even refered great protection products!! (Liquid glass screen protectors! Ask about them!!) Price is even the best Ive found so far. They also have great warranty options with screen protectors if u dont have insurance. Love how new my phone looks!!
