Went to upgrade 2 phones. Was given a price of $1700.00,(for both) (new) however, we werent allowed to touch it. He wouldnt even let me open the box. Yet, he wants to charge me $1700.00??! Sight unseen??Uh..NOPE.

Great customer service. I have no credit so I wasnt able to get their new iPhone 12 deal but if you have credit it is the best deal you can get right now.

I only wish I could give ZERO stars!! This is the absolute worst service I have EVER had!! I have called and talked to representatives and was basically told if I dont like paying for aervice Im not getting, to go somewhere else. I have a hotspot that is not working, I called technical support and was told to bring the Hotspot to the Cspire store. I looked it up and Google says its open 9-7pm today. I just arrived and it is completely closed. No one updated their hours! I hate this company so much but Im stuck with this GARBAGE for 2 F_CKING years!

Super friendly staff and well advised. They can help you with all you cell phones needs and questions. They will time time to explain everything thing you have concerns about and help you get what will work best for you. They will not try to up sell you or waste your time trying to convince you to get an iPhone when you came to ask about and Android.

Went in to pay a bill customer service advice me that she could not take the cash so they had machine that take your payment but the machines do not give back change what was left would go on next month bill well asking could you just happened to take my payment for few good minutes still she said no I say well with all the cashiers no one has change clerk response no they have to take care of customers well other people behind me for the same reason but who are we if were paying our cell phone bills🤔🤔

I was at CSpire for 3 1/2 hours today because they messed my phone up. I am now having to carry 2 phones with me, one I can call on and one I can get on the internet with with. This is ridiculous

Absolutely no help at all. Cspire is going down the toilet. I do not get good service any more I am on the account to make decisions and purchased and stuff and the freaking cspire guy put me and my daughters phone on the family plan which I think isnt right to turn both phones off we dont have the money most of the time to pay everyones bill at once but they wouldnt separate the phones so were so hbutbmy service has started to really be bad so if we are going to pay that much for service then we might as well swap over to one that gets good servibr

Customer inspired my ass. More like money inspired. I have been fighting this iPhone 6 from day one. Every time I contact cspire all I get is the run around. Try this,try that,they know about the problems apple is having with these screens and are refusing to take care of their customers. I didnt buy the phone from apple I bought it from cspire. Ive been a loyal customer for years but I guess Ill be a Sprint customer soon.

CSpire employees are nice & helpful. Easy to pay ur monyhly bill there. Selection of phones plus extra not large. But if they dont have it, they order it. (I have to say too--their help desk via text is the best Ive ever dealt with!)

They saved me money by not influencing me to buy devices I didnt need. I able to use my current phone as a hotspot.

I would not even give 1 star if it werent that u have to give 1 in order to post review.Anyway, my mother, Ms Ellzey, established account with cspire in 1999, was cellular south back then but, been with ever since, recently upgraded 2 devices, get a bill for almost a thousand dollars, pay it down to $240, ask for one more week to pay remainder, and are told NO!! Are you freakin kiddin me!! Have paid the cost of my usual monthly service charges so the cost of the upgrade is what remains, or if money is alotted a certain way it could be, therefore, showing you value your customers allow the remainder to lay over into the next billing cycle. But, NO! Unfortunately we are unable to extend your payment. I also want to mention that the 2 devices received when upgraded has screens that wont respond to touch. Thats right! There are dead spots all over the screens. You want to talk about frustrating as well as adding insult to injury!! Folks, its bad business, plain and simple and its the kind of stuff that eventually becomes the downfall of a company.If this review saves 1 person from being crapped on like cspire has crapped on us, then the review has done its job. Thanx for the opportunity & platform for sharing my story.
