Since the moment I stumbled on to Laurel Chevrolet, it has been an awesome experience. Kathy spoke to me on the phone for quite a while and really knew her stuff. Lucky for me, the stumbling led to finding out that there were already two trucks on order that no one had claim to. Went in for oil change and rotation. Refused to top off fluids even after asking them twice. Not sure oil was actually changed since oil guage not reset. Busted one of the wheel covers using a hammer to put them back on.

The dealership people worked overtime getting my specs. and ordering the new Silverado before the Employee Pricing expired. After the truck came in they were able store it inside for about 6 weeks until I was able to get back and pick it up. The business was handled over the phone, internet, and mail.

Tremendous help and compassion for an awkward situation needing to bail out of a new Ford I bought to eventually leave to my son, but a Ford is not for me, and Sure not the Ford Explorer. Trade was as fair as possible, and was made possible thanks to personal customer care presented by Sherry Fields. Very glad she answered the phone. She was a straight shooter from first words she discussed how I might escape my discomfort with a car I bought for my son, but not right for me. We had car trouble in the mountains near Red Lodge, and had called other dealers who would not help us for 6 days. We were on a trip and needed to keep driving, and Laurel Chevrolet got us in right away, and we were back on the road in about 3 1/2 hours. I had a great experience with Matthew as my sales associate. I recently bought a pickup from them. Although it was my first vehicle purchased from a dealership, my prior experiences at other dealerships had made me fairly wary of them. When I pulled into the lot in my beater car I got the same treatment as any other customer, which was quite refreshing. I never felt rushed or pressured throughout the whole process. The finance team was also very patient with me while I asked questions so I fully understood what I was signing. A week later when I called with more questions, I received the exact same patience and professionalism, even if my questions were a little silly. I highly recommend Matthew as a sales associate and Rimrock Chevrolet as a great experience to purchase a vehicle.
I made a service appointment after hours, on-line for early the next morning. I had no way of confirming If could get the service work done the same day. I had discovered a grinding noise coming from the left front wheel. I suspected a wheel bearing. Also the ABS, Stabletrak and traction control warning lights all came on at the same time. I showed up at 7:30 AM the next morning and was greeted by a friendly staff who said they knew I could get the service work started and then after a confirmed diagnosis from a mechanic they would give me a call. About an hour later they confirmed it was the front wheel bearing. They said they could get the car repaired before 5 pm the same day. I was thrilled with this news. I got a phone call in the afternoon saying the vehicle would be ready at 5 pm. When I picked up the vehicle the cost came in less than what I was quoted, then there were no extra charges, like Environmental fee, shop fees or any other charges of any kind. I left this business wanting to go back in the future since this was my first experience with this business. I felt I was a valued customer. I also felt this kind of treatment would extend maybe to the sales department as well, even though I was not looking to purchase a new vehicle. It is hard to get excellent service, no added fees, and just straight and honest charges for repairs as well as excellent communication. Thank you!

My visit couldn’t have been better. I arrived at 7:30 without an appointment in a distressed situation. I had an electrical problem with my 2016 2500. The service manager assured me she had an excellent electrical tech that would be in at 8:00 am. He jumped right on it and had me out in less than an hour.

When I went to trade in my car it wasnt for good reasons and the day I did I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. I explained my situation with my car and lean I had to put on another vehicle. I didnt care what it was going to take to trade in my vehicle to get the lean off, and normally when a sales person hears just how desperate one is, in this day and age people will take advantage of, but I was faced with very polite, respectful salesman that listen to what was going on and was willing to do what it took to make things work without taken advantage of me and screwing me over. In all my years that I have dealt with salesman I have never been treated so amazing until I met Jim and the rest of the employees, it was great to see how they all worked together as a team to help this process go smoothly. Ken Fichtner paid me top dollar for my 2019 Buick Encore, several thousand dollars over what his competitors in Billings offered me. He also met me half way on the oil change that was due, which he did not have to do. These great people have re-written the sometimes negative connotation of car salesmen into a very positive light. I would recommend them to my dear, 96 year old aunt, and anyone else looking for a new or used vehicle.

Not only would they NOT negotiate on the asking price of a used vehicle (our offer was only $700 less than the asking price of $13,400), the sales manager wanted to ADD $700 MORE on to the asking price. (Seriously??) He needs to take some classes in Customer Service, because he certainly doesnt know provide it.However, the finance manager was great. I would give her a 5 star rating on her own.

First experience here 2 weeks ago was horrible. We were lied to from the beginning and wasted a whole day and missed a Dr appointment just to be lied to from beginning to end. I can say the staff were super friendly though Today we got a call from the president of Rimrock Chevrolet. He asked if we would come back in. I was very Leary at first, but after being assured that we were not going to get the run around again, I gave in and went. Im glad I did. I found out the employee that had lied to us had been let go and no longer worked there. Our salesman Charles was great to work with as well as Chris the finance manager. Jordan was super friendly as well. We walked out with what we wanted and felt that they did all they could to meet our needs and answered any questions or concerns we had honestly. I always take our vehicles to Rimrock Chevrolet. The people are always so nice and pleasant to deal with. They also give military discounts which is nice to know and I found out that they give discounts for fleet accounts which I did let some of my friends know about and they were surprised to hear this. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

For one my girlfriend is pregnant 3 month and her mom is 55 years old she bring her car in they get some type of mission things worked on her car she bought the party it was a Malibu 2008 Malibu wasnt compatible to that car that she have guitar store $200 and they did not even switch that ignition up then have them push the car off a ramp then we went to pick it up today Hadassah t 4 guys push the car out the garage at least about 89 feet and went in leaving a pregnant female the push that car on the ramp then got a nerve to laugh when I asked him you know you want to let a pregnant woman push this on the ramp I never seen no disrespectful car dealerships but that one right there I wouldnt even recommend nobody going to that car dealership never saw nothing in Billings Montana like that and Im from Washington DC been out of here since 2011and one thing that really really made me mad when you have a little short guy that works in there that dudes the cars got to know to laugh at what I said thought it was funny best believe I will be going to the corporate reporting this this is not over with so everybody I wouldnt recommend you even go there thats not disrespectful they did

I took my car in on a recall and walked away knowing I won’t ever take it back. The dealership seemed to see a young girl and tried to take advantage of a situation. I received a laundry list of items that needed immediate attention and repairs. I took it to a different mechanic for a second opinion and was shocked at the various items he found to be in near perfect condition when Rimrock Chevrolet insisted they needed immediate attention and/or replacement.

Are you serious? We have never done business with such an unorganized group of so called professionals. Your accounting and billing department is a joke. How in the world can you loose a title? And when you guys finally found our title and sent it to our county clerk it was unreadable. We called you guys multiple times and always got the runaround and took days to get a simple answer. The state of Montana knows all about you and I guess we arent the only ones. Your comment was just to make you guys look good, so i hope no one buys it. And no need to speak to you directly, the state of Montana will be doing that for us. My vehicle broke down on the side of the interstate yesterday with a blown transmission and less than 24 hours later, I’m writing this review in my new (to me) 2012 Toyota Forerunner because of the fantastic service given to me by Doug. I have had my 2017 Chevy Colorado serviced at Rimrock Chevy in Laurel ever since I bought the truck brand new. Best truck and service hands down. I am extremely impressed everytime. I really enjoyed that included car wash with the oil change as well.
I had the worst day of my life when my 2011 Chevy Cruz, once a reliable car, all of a sudden wasn’t so reliable anymore. I had no idea what I was going to do or what I even should do but after receiving assistance from Levi Morrison at Rimrock Chevrolet we were able to come up with a plan. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked into their store until the time I was driving away with the keys to my brand new minivan. I received excellent service, and felt like a valuable customer the entire time I was there. Not only did they listen to my concerns, they worked hard to get me into the car I wanted for the price I wanted, but they also stayed late to make sure I could drive away with it that night knowing I wouldn’t have a car tomorrow. I appreciate this team so much and would recommend them to anyone in search of a vehicle, even my own grandmother!
