I scheduled an appointment with just a few days notice to get a trailer hitch receiver installed on my 2018 forester. Showed up at 2pm and was rolling out at 2:45. Awesome staff, everyone was really kind and so speedy! Will definitely be going again for future service needs.

The staff and owner were super professional when it came to scheduling and coming in. They let me know they were running a tad late but they were doing all they could and they did some speedy work to get my hitch installed. even though they were running late on their schedule they very kindly helped me attach a bike rack to the hitch. A+ service would recommend.

Superb service from start to finish. I required a hitch installed on my wifes 2016 Subaru Forester. I filled out the request form on their website and in record time Jamie S emailed me back! I even got responses back late in the evening, amazing. Gentleman at the shop did a great job and the hitch was installed in about an hour.

I come here and order rack for my truck and I ask for straps and the man said he will install some straps on the rack and definitely did not tell me anything about money, he just said I have some and I will put on your new rack, and guess what they charged me another $ 400 for a product that is not worth the price and even after it is already installed he remembered That it costs $ 400, if I knew it was the price before they installed I would definitely not agree, dishonest people.

Looking for a,cover,for my Ford truck. No one had one in stock. I visited, Cap world and had one quickly installed in 3 working days. Installation was done and I walked away a satisfied customer.

From the back and forth emails to financing, ordering, and installing, it went smooth and looks great. The was a scratch on the inside window and window frame but theyre handling it and ordering me a new window. Installers were fast and nice guys too.

The customer service at Cap World is one of the things that really sets it apart from its local competition. They are quick to return emails and phone calls, they provide excellent service even after they have made the sale, and generally really seem to care about earning your business. Cap World sells a wide range of truck-related products. I ordered a very customized truck cap. The estimate was that it would be about 3 weeks until delivery. It only took about 2 weeks to come in and Cap World was able to get me on the calendar quickly for the install. Installation took about 30 minutes or so. Follow up support has been great and I will definitely be working with Andrew and his team at Cap World for my truck accessories in the future.

Cap World did a really great job installing a tow hitch (stealth eco hitch) on my 2018 Tesla Model 3. They completed the installation in ~2 hours and the quality of the work is outstanding. At this point they’ve done many Tesla hitch installations and it really shows.The price was very reasonable as well. The staff there are friendly and great to work with. These guys were great. Weather was a mess when I showed up (Sleet and freezing rain). I am in a wheelchair and they had me pull straight into the garage and in about 30 minutes, they were finished. Brad and the team at Cap World installed a stealth hitch on my Tesla Model 3. They made the process quick and easy, they were confident they could install the stealth hitch which required fully removing the bumper, removing the rear crash bar, installing the hitch harness and reassembling the crash bar and bumper. They did an excellent job, the price was fair and reasonable for the level of effort and I’m super happy with my hitch. Once my wife gave me permission to get a cap for our 2018 Toyota Tundra, I searched the web for a preferred A.R.E Dealer and found Cap World in Laurel, MD. The guys at Cap World in Laurel are very courteous, knowledgeable and busy all the time. They worked with us on our needs, we picked a cap with certain features and set up a time for installation. By the time my wife and i came back from the Mexican Restaurant down the road, our truck was completed, in a professional and expedient manner. They explained the installation and various features. I researched a cap for my F-150 for a few weeks. Finally called these guys and was happy to find out they actually had exactly what I was looking for in stock. Walked in on a Thursday morning at 9:30, got an appointment for installation at 11 that day. They called me 45 minutes later to say they were done, which was 45 minutes sooner than the estimate. My truck looks great and I ended up spending about $500 less than I was expecting. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cap or other accessories

Brad and Andrew provided excellent customer service which is not easy to find for auto services. I had running boards installed on my SUV today and the installation was quick and the end result is beautiful! I purchased the parts so I only had to pay a very reasonable price for installation. Their price beat the price quote of at least four other places I called.Their specialty is trucks so if you need parts or accessories for your truck or SUV, I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding customer service at the Laurel MD location. I have brought three vehicles there to have accessories put on them and and it was quick and easy. Ordering products from them took about two days to come which was cool. Cap World you are A1 in my book. One thing I would wish if they had a bigger showroom.

Got a tow hitch installed. I scheduled an appt, they were punctual, quick and did good work. To top it all off, they also gave me a great price. If I need any other stuff this will be where I come back to. They were recommended by a salesman at my car dealership; he told me this place would give me a much better price than they could. Experience started nice but ended disappointing. Truck bed of a brand new Truck was scratched up as well as the ordered truck cap. Pointed out the scratches to them but didnt get any explanation or apology.EDIT: After submitting my review, Andrew (I believe he is the owner) contacted me right away. He was absolutely understandable and very helpful. He apologized for this issue and offered to resolve the problem right away. What a nice turn around. We agreed to a solution which I am very satisfied with! Outstanding customer service!!!!

I am really happy with these guys. I had just bought a new truck and I wanted a cover for the bed. These guys showed me several different kinds and I bought the RETRAX PRO MX . The price was competitive to what I could get it online at the time and they agreed to install it also. I also bought new WeatherTech floor mats. Took a week to get it because they didnt have it in stock but you would have to wait from almost anywhere.

Needed work light fixed in a pinch and Brad and the guys took care of it that day. Have used them for years for work fleet and knew they wouldnt let me down!

I needed a hitch installed for a bike rack on my 2018 Subaru. I called Saturday. The order for the hitch was sent. The hitch was installed on Tuesday. It took 20 MINUTES! It looks great . Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

For anyone looking for upgrades for their vehicle look no further. Cars or Trucks . These guys are priced right, do great work and actually take pride in it . I purchased a new Toyota Tundra and I have brought my truck to them for all my upgrades . We did a Tonea cover, retractable step bars, upgrade all lights to LEDs, (Interior & Exterior) added a stock grab bar on drivers side, added a constant hot USB for charging and they even hardwired my radar detector. If you are unsure of what they can do just stop in and see them or call . Oh Forgot to mention one day the Reginal Manager Andrew hopped in to help his guys in the back to speed things along with an install . I must say, I was quite surprised how often does that happen nowadays? I’m not one to really write reviews but really wanted to let everyone know about these guys. Top notch for sure . 👍

Started out a positive experience. Salesman gave me mil discount and told me about corporate rebate. I ordered and after that the pain began. I had to call them and ask when my cap would arrive. I made the appointment and they fit me in a no show slot. I had to hustle to work then got home and inspected. The Leer cap had bubbles in the paint. The windows looked like they were screwed in by drunk monkeys. They made a straight piece of frame fit by bending it and driving screws every inch and they were crooked. (This was LEERs fault not cap world.) But cap world should have had some QA. I took it back and they returned it. about a month later I got another one but again I had to ask when it was coming in and schedule an appointment. I arrived, had thw window installed and went out to inspect before I left the shop. they put in the WRONG WINDOW.(Again LEERs fault but cap world should have QA on receipt from Leer.) CW had to ask me what the correct window was. They went out back and got one from somewhere. In the meantime they had to take the top off, and I left again while they replaced the window. Back for a 3rd time. The wiring looks like an amateur did it and is totally different than the first top they put in. Dont know if they did it wrong the first time or the 3rd time. Now I have a pigtail that will get ripped out the firstload of work stuff coming out the truck. Top it all off I got a screw in my brand new tire leaving the shop. Never again for cap world or Leer. My last Snug Top was great and traded in more than the truck it was on after 11 years.
