Xfinity in a whole gets on my nerves . I just dont like the automation I would like to speak with a real person . The majority of the time the question they have arent for me. The people at the store acts as though the there are 2 totally different places.

I decided to return 4 years later and write a review for this cable company. Service was good but they were always going up on my bill. After 1 year your bills shoots up an extra 40.00. This increase seems to continue every year while you continue service with them. I switched to dish, and been with them for 4 years. I love them. Mybill has been the same. 88.09 4 rooms no increase in price 🙌🏾 I will never use Comcast again. Was a bad experience.
I have only had a very positive experiences, personally, so I wanted to give them good credit for it. Everyone was nice and came promply, on time and installed cable & cable box without any problems. The people who take payments at the local office are always very friendly and helpful with any questions about my bill. I have seen them kindly, help many other people, also, at the office, while standing in line, who have also shown only good & very courteous & polite, good customer service, & fair treatment to all, so I can only speak very well about this local Comcast Cable company, and hope this continues to always remain a good service provider. :)
Tech said I needed a new cable installed outside from pole to my house. Made 3 appointments to correct this issue but no calls or anything. Now over a week without TV and Internet. Horrible company. If there was another company Id switch in a heartbeat.

Where do I even begin?? Their customers service just stinks. They were supposed to be at my house anywhere from 3 to 5 p.m. No show!!! Then they said they would be there by 6:45. No show again. I called back and the technician had turned the ticket in as complete!! He never even showed up or started the job!!! How on earth could it be completed???!!!! I called back twice, both times I was promised theyd call back within an hour, Im still waiting. Im about to cancel my service and switch to Direct.
Great cable, horrible service. Not just locally either. Even their people in India dont follow through on what they say theyll do. Comcast is lucky its a monopoly because when a competitor arises, Im leaving them for good.
Comcast tech called at 8:45 and said he was leaving to come here. At 10:00 he wasnt here. My daughter called and was told he was told to go to another call that was closer to where he was. Its now 11:30 and still no tech here. Im very disappointed in their service. This is the 2nd time Ive tried to get this taken care of within 2 weeks time. Ive had no Internet or on demand in a month.

If I could give less than one star I would. This company just sucks, there is nothing good about COMCAST. There is always a problem and they never seem to have a solution, plus they charge for everything even their mistakes. DO NOT start a contract with this company.
Comcast service is terrible in the Paulding area, if try to set a date for a technican to come out. Comcast will set a date for a week or so later. Really, Comcast you need to do BETTER.
Theres an outage in my area at least once a week. Its beyond ridiculous. And I had to make 3 different phone calls before they got my billing straight and were charging me the price that I was told I would pay. Ive never had such trouble from a company on both service and customer support
Always crowded with long waits. Done even get me started on the overpriced, monopolised service. This is probably the worst choice for Internet or TV. Avoid Comcast if you can.
I went in to get a new cable box because mine is about 5-10 years old and starting to malfunction. The customer service representative, obviously wanting to sit in her chair and read magazines more than actually do her job, told me that it wasnt an old box and there was nothing they could do. Not an old box? The last cable technician that came to work on it had to dig in his truck to find an adapter just so the box would connect to modern day coax cables. Ridiculous. This is the worst service Ive received anywhere, including the times Ive gotten food poisoning from restaurants.

Just opened a new business. Wi-fi is horrible. We have made numerous phone calls and gone to local office, had 4 appointments scheduled and still no one has shown up. Hunter at the local office tried to help and even called to follow-up yesterday, but unfortunately doesnt have enough pull to get the job done. I am looking for a new provider.
Trying to change service over to internet only but unless they are running a special my bill will be more than I am paying now for tv & internet. They’re advertising specials on their website but no one in customer service seems to know about. You can’t understand what they say anyway.
This is the crappiest cable service ever! They should pay people to go to direct tv. At least direct tv only goes out when the weather is bad! Comcast/ xfinity sux old nasty mule butt! If u r thinking of using this service dont! It a HUGE waste of time & money!

If you are reading this then DO NOT waste your time on these reviews this company is pathetic the worse one you could ever get for anything scheduled 4 Appointments and counting and they never show up and the service is absolutely horrible they do nothing but set up appointments, dont show up, and repeat the process. I hope they go out of business cause they are not helpful at all.
The speed is great but the service is crap. Service goes in and out and when they work on a line they mess it up.
The directions are good but the automated service is a fail on accepting zip codes and letting you speak to a live operator.

Comcast customer service Sucks!! Comcast has the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with in the world...... The hold time is unreal and you are transferred from one person to the other with no clarity. I pray that one day that theres another competitor for Comcast. I would just cut my losses and move on without any hesitation....

Worst customer service.. Does not care about you or your problems in the least.. Takes days to fix. Supervisor stated she is just going to cut our service off since I cant be there on monday to fix a cable issue.

I was planning to transfer service to another location, however, I called two days prior to the actual transfer date to cancel the transfer and I was told that the transfer was cancelled. My entire account was disconnected the day before the cancelled transfer date. I called and got the runaround for a few hours before being given an unacceptable answer. I really wish there was another cable company available to break up the Comcast monopoly in my area.
The internet goes in and out they always ask for extra higher bundle, they said that we we’re on the unlimited bundle but then Our bill went up and my husband talk to the representative they say we need to switch for another bundle and pay extra,
