You need to give your Employee, Orville, a raise. I went into purchase a Mattress as a birthday present for my Nephew. Orville was pleasant and efficient. I was in and out within less than 1/2 hour. I was worried the experience would be horrific and long but with an Employee who knows what hes doing and is courteous as well.....the experience was delightful. Ill definitely shop there again. Im giving one star because I just tried to call to get information about multiple mattresses LATIA answered and she was very rude I wanted prices based on different sizes of a futon mattress and a twin mattress she told me they were 200 to 4000 dollars. I tried to be more specific in my question to narrow it down instead of her answering my question she kept saying i already told you 200 to 4000. After telling her that I was looking for either microfiber or spring mattresses and one of the specific price on those based on the specific descriptions I gave she kept repeating the same line that she already told me that pricing and the range which I feel is very unprofessional if Im asking for specific product she she got very quiet so I thought maybe the phone reception was bad but she just was ignoring me so when I asked her again she hung up very unprofessional and I will be trying to get in contact with the owner to let them know very bad for business for transaction that never even started

Oluchi Was amazing from start to finish. Very attentive, very honest, and professional. She got me my mattress and an adjustable base delivered next day as I had just moved and been sleeping on the floor for almost a week. Thank you so much Oluchi. Money well spent!Edit: A week later and I am not loving the adjustable base. I purchased for medical reasons and its doing more harm that good. The reason I spent as much as I did, is because Oluchi promised me that we would make sure it was a good purchase and if I wasn’t satisfied, I would be able to get something else. I called today to see about my options and her answer was they can’t exchange or return the base!! If I don’t like it up just use it down. I didn’t pay $2000 to use an adjustable base as a box spring! I feel lied to and I already got rid of old box springs so there’s nothing I can do!! I gave five stars because I appreciated her honesty among other factors. Honesty is no longer a factor. I’d just been sold.

My fiancé and I came in on a Friday evening looking for a king mattress that would be soft enough for me and supportive enough for him and we worked with Orville, who was wonderful. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy (which I’ve certainly run into at other retailers). He found us a perfect mattress! After delivery, I had to reach back out to the store for some help and worked with Oluchi, and she was fantastic as well! So very kind and helpful. You can tell the team at this store genuinely cares about their customers, which makes a huge difference. I will absolutely be a returning customer and will recommend the Laurel mattress warehouse to family and friends in the area! :)

The only reason I am giving a 2 star is because Orville the gentleman that works at this location who was working the time of my purchase was an amazing representative of Matress warehouse (his services deserve a 5 star). He was polite and demonstrated good knowledge of his product. On the other hand, I had an issue with my mattress and a warranty claim was made. I went in today to address the concern and the representative working at this location (0245) in Laurel (Oluci, Alicia Im unsure based on her accent when she says her name) was very rude!!! She seems a bit flustered because she was unsure what to do which made me a bit frustrated and she kept telling me to calm down as if I dont have the right to speak. She shouted at me and told me to get out and go home and scream which I was not screaming I was just aggravated by her lack of ability to properly help me. If I ever walk into this location and see her I will not be doing business with her Im appalled to say the least.

Im giving a 5 star to Marlo in Laurel. And a 5 star to Nina and Tionne for her exceptional help and service.

This was the best experience. Oluchi was very knowledgeable, professional and gave me the red carpet treatment. She spoke to me right away. I couldnt find my mask and she gave me one immediately. Loved the mattress test which measured my body from head to toe and gave me recommendations on which mattresses were a good match for my body type and sleep position. I tried all of the ones suggested (about 6 of them). Precautions were taken for Covid-19 (your own personal cover to spread over the mattresses you get on). On my first visit Oluchi was very very helpful to me in selecting a certain type of mattress that I was looking for. She took her time in assisting me with great detail. I was able to put a deposit on the mattress and box that I chose. I was to return that Tuesday to pick it up. Unfortunately I had a death in the family that happen so quickly. On July 28th I returned to the store to ask for a refund and was told It had to be processed through corporate. Okay 7 to 10 days I should be receiving my refund. It is now Sept. 10 and I keep getting the run around for my refund. The only thing I have received last Thursday was an email saying it was being processed. BAD customer services I will not be returning to purchase a mattress!!!!

My salesperson, Orville did well with getting the delivery set up but I had a mishap with my mattress cover being soiled so I was told to refuse it. I did. That was on the 29th of August. I was told a mattress protector would be sent out to me by the lady that represented Mattress Warehouse who was over the delivery. Needless to say It’s Sept, 2 and I still don’t have my mattress protector. I called the Laurel office and spoke to a lady on Aug 30 who said Orville was off & she was with a customer needless to say she did not call back. I called the 31st day to speak to Orville and he was there, he wanted me to call to the District Heights office to see if they had any mattress covers. District Heights did not. And I still don’t have a mattress protector. And Orville is off today. Which he didn’t notify me of. This has been a terrible experience . On top of this, I just got my period and I’m afraid I will stain my mattresses.

Orville is the best! Im a purchaser -- not a shopper. I dont like wasting time looking at a bunch of options. When I went in the store just to gather information (wasnt ready to purchase that day), I told Orville what I was looking for (adjustable bed frame and memory foam mattress), and he pointed me in the right direction. I was satisfied with the items Orville showed me and had him give me the prices for each item, as I wasnt ready to purchase that day. The next week (on a day I knew Orville would be there), I returned to the store to make my purchase. We recently bought a king size bed frame and needed to buy a new mattress. We considered buying one online but decided it would be best to visit an actual store to try the mattresses out. We were greeted right away by Orville at the Laurel Towne Centre location. He recommended that we do a test to determine the best mattress for our needs. He walked us through the process (you answer questions, lay on a mattress that is connected to a computer, change positions, it records the pressure points/posture etc. and gives you a list of best matches). After completing the test, Orville was incredibly patient and informative as we tried out every single mattress on the recommendation list - we were there for a few hours. Before deciding on the mattress, we left to get some lunch and told him we’d be back. During lunch I started researching the mattress and found it somewhere else at a lower price. When we returned, I shared the other price with Orville and he called his district manager - a few minutes later he said he obtained permission to sell it to us for the lower price! He arranged delivery/installation for the very next day and that went smooth as well. This was a great experience, Orville was very kind and personable - we really enjoyed working with him and we love our new mattress!

I went to mattress firm directly across the street from this location and they weren’t trying to work with me. I have been buying mattresses for over 50 years. This purchase was the best experience that I have ever had. Lee at the Laurel MD location was no only very professional but extremely friendly. Not at all pushy. Hopefully I will not have to buy another mattress but if I do I would definitely go back to Lee. The delivery and set up was exactly as they described. The men who delivered the mattress were fast and efficient .Overall a great experience.
