Helpful staff and great prices, but ALWAYS out of what I need - I usually just end up ordering online. The good prices arent worth the weeks of waiting.

Hands down best customer service Ive had in a very long time at Cosmo Prof. The ladies working 3/2/20 10:33am both were very friendly. Was greeted as soon as we opened the door. Was asked if we needed anything told about up coming and current deals. I would rather go out the way and shop at this location then the one right next to my home.

Came into the store looking lost as hell because I don’t know nothing about hair products I just get whatever smells good . One of the girls there Cheyenne helped me out. She was very patient and knew what she was talking about. Definitely would recommend anyone to come here and get helped by her. I walked out with products that have not only helped nourish my hair but make it smell good too! Will be buying here more often .

Visited a few weeks back and received outstanding service from your staff. Especially Cheyenne I think her name was. She was most helpful and polite and extremely knowledgeable about a few products which I asked about. Keep her. Make her a manager or something but she definitely makes your business better.

I have never had a bad experience in this location and I have been coming here for over 10 years. The ladies that work there are personable, respectful, and always willing to help find a product or suggest a product. Friendly environment with staff always encouraging for new information and product knowledge.

I was recommended by a friend to check it out. The one day I went I was overwhelmed with the lack of professionalism they have in the store. It smelled like marijuana the young lady Kielly looked high and lost always on her phone. The whole store wasn’t organized I had the worst experience I won’t ever shop at cosmo prof in laurel.

High traffic store.Corporate needs to allocate more product.Always sold out.Besides the store manager everyone is clueless.Rude associates with little to no customer service skills.Today when asking a question the associate Skai(sp)answered me with a what.Throw the entire team away.Your in a SERVICE industry.Now I guess I have to continue driving 35 minutes away to the other location.Update: New management is amazing!!!Very customer service driven & knowledgeable.Keep up the good work.Corporate on the other hand needs to work on allocation. This is a high traffic store and sell out or don’t receive merchandise all the time.

One out of every 3 visits were good. Now Im annoyed wirh the service, as if IM interrupting their day... Few of the girls have zero product knowledge. You dont have to be licenced, but have SOME knowledge of what products you carry and dont carry. Im not impressed. The store is small enough to have a clue. Disappointing. Ill keep my business at the VA and NC stores.
