I went here recently but its been years since I came out this way to shop. Literally 11 years. My daughter and I found everything we needed here and even got free samples which turned out great because one of the items Lotta Body creme turned out to work great on weaves. My daughter even found a ring clip for her 📱 cell phone which was cheaper than advertised on Amazon. The young Asian woman is so nice too and I appreciate how helpful she is in showing us where our favorite products are without rushing us at all.. I believe in service with a smile and I get that here... will definitely be back for holiday looks.

Had exactly what I needed

I sure do miss coming to this beauty supply shop for all of my hair care needs. The staff has become family friends over the years and I hope that this location survives this unbelievable time that we are in. See you all soon.

Prices mysteriously keeps increasing. Was shocked to see an item I have always paid $10 for has now raised to $15 when all of the other competing beauty supply stores have it for $8-$10. Astonished! Explained to store owner and asked the reason for the increase and he looked at me like I was dumb and didn’t budge with the price. Only reason I had to buy the product is because they were the only beauty store opened at 9am. However, after today it’s safe to say I will NOT be going back there!

Excellent customer service. Outstanding product selection. I told the manager that her staff was great and she shared that she trains them to respect each customer. Thats exactly how it should be done.

This store has a vast variety of beauty products at competitive prices. The staffs are very helpful and friendly plus they offer coupons. 👏👏

Overpriced and rarely has what you’re looking for. Brands of hair are very limited. Go to the one by laurel mall in the shopping center with Giant, great selection of products.
